The reviews on this place shock me, as ordering on the kiosk and the wait for my order was very minimal. The cashier even apologized cause she was sure I'd been waiting longer. I order three cheeseburgers without pickles, and this is the first time a McDonalds actually followed that request. lol. The restaurant was clean, and empty, cause most folks were in the drive thru, and from time of order to grabbing my food, it was less than 5 mins. My 5 star review is based off of repeated dealings with them. It is generally quick, accurate and friendly. The slowest part of the process is other customers ahead of you who think it is a good idea to order for a party or a large family and not know what they want. This McDonald's is awful. I consistently see the employees wearing a mask under their chin. What's the point of even wearing it if you're not going to wear it right ? My girlfriend was sick and for whatever reason was craving a McD's burger, but she HATES onions, so I couldn't stress enough how important it was that this sandwich didn't have onions. The guy said word for word "We don't ever mess up at this location." Boy was he wrong. While this McDonald's is placed in an ideal location, I don't stop here a whole lot; however, I was on this side of town today and had a hankering for a Big Mick...I mean Big Mac, so I stopped inside. This location has a couple of the self-serve ordering screens that are starting to become the trend in fast food. I enjoy using it because I understand how it benefits the staff, but I do see how some people may not like it. I chose to dine in - the drive thru was backed up, and it still took a few minutes to get my food. However, the manager was nice enough to deliver the food to my table, but I believe that's how it works now with the fancy ordering system. The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that there was what looked like a homeless guy sleeping in one of the booths. For as busy as this place can get (and because it has a smaller seating selection), you just can't have people sleeping in booths. However, once it was brought up to the manager's attention, he quickly woke the gentleman up, who ended up leaving on his own. All in all, there wasn't anything great about this McDonald's, but nothing horrible. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, and what makes it so frustrating is that it's only a couple blocks from my house. I knew how horrible this McDonalds was before I decided to come up here at 3am to get a McFlurry. I had prepared myself for the almost certain news that their ice cream machine was broken. What I was not prepared for was for the voice at the drive through to tell me they were accepting cash only and only taking orders for breakfast. This location SUCKS! I walked in 05/27/22 and the staff refused to take my order plus the kiosk was down . So I had to do a mobile order, the manager was rude and threw my food in the car. I made a return 05/28/22 because I was headed home from work and curbside was closed around 7 o'clock and the lobby even though a sign states that they're open till " 10pm". I went here on a Sunday afternoon for a double cheeseburger and a coffee and was actually heckled by an off duty employee who was waiting for a ride. He hovered over my seat from an adjacent booth while I tried to enjoy my meal. Kid was talking to someone on the phone and when I asked him to stop he went in and talked to a manager. When I went in to consult with the manager, it was some 19 year old kid who told me I was going to have be kicked out if I didn't "behave". I asked him what his name was and the kid actually replied to me "Ipee Freely". I could not believe what I had just witnessed. I called the manager the next day Monday and my call was NEVER returned. I called corporate a few days later. BTW, both of those grease balls gave me phoney names. I advise you to never go in there again. EVER! read more

I work at a bar and this is usually the only fast food place open super late, so I always end up here. Usually whoever takes my order is super rude, until I get up to the window. They are super slow, expect to wait at least ten minutes to get your food. And once you're in the drive-thru, you are stuck. I've had them tell me they only serve six piece nuggets, they are only serving breakfast even though the sign suggests otherwise and my favorite; there's a twenty minute wait for food. My order was taken by Nancy at 12:35 AM Tuesday, 27 November the manager on duty's name was Martin. Nancy asked me to take my order and I said hold on and then I asked for her if she was ready to take my order yet multiple times before she responded to me that in a rude way said "I already told you that I will take your order whenever you are ready." I have a really low voice and I normally have to enunciate my words so that the people can hear me because usually I have to pull up and they can't hear me through the speaker so I repeated my order to her slowly so she got everything which was only three items and then she proceeded to tell me "not to talk to her like she is slow" through the speaker which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. I want this to be a great McDonald's. I pass it a million times a day. It's open 24 hours. It should be the perfect place for me to go get fries or coffee whenever I want. Unfortunately, it's always a mess. It's dirty, the drive-thru takes forever, and the employees are beyond apathetic. Customer service is once again horrible. After the renovation things got a lot better but now things are back to normal I guess. 1. If a customer approach your counter and your not ready simply say I'll be right with you. 2. Once you approach the customer it would be great if ANYTHING came out of your mouth rather than just looking at me. 3. Put some gloves on if your handling anything that a person has to eat or drink. 4.The response after a thank you is your welcome! Not just looking as if I made you get out of your bed and work here.
