While this McDonald's is placed in an ideal location, I don't stop here a whole lot; however, I was on this side of town today and had a hankering for a Big Mick...I mean Big Mac, so I stopped inside. This location has a couple of the self-serve ordering screens that are starting to become the trend in fast food. I enjoy using it because I understand how it benefits the staff, but I do see how some people may not like it. I chose to dine in - the drive thru was backed up, and it still took a few minutes to get my food. However, the manager was nice enough to deliver the food to my table, but I believe that's how it works now with the fancy ordering system. The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that there was what looked like a homeless guy sleeping in one of the booths. For as busy as this place can get (and because it has a smaller seating selection), you just can't have people sleeping in booths. However, once it was brought up to the manager's attention, he quickly woke the gentleman up, who ended up leaving on his own. All in all, there wasn't anything great about this McDonald's, but nothing horrible. read more

The reviews on this place shock me, as ordering on the kiosk and the wait for my order was very minimal. The cashier even apologized cause she was sure I'd been waiting longer. I order three cheeseburgers without pickles, and this is the first time a McDonalds actually followed that request. lol. The restaurant was clean, and empty, cause most folks were in the drive thru, and from time of order to grabbing my food, it was less than 5 mins. I don't usually expect much from a fast food restaurant, but this one met my needs. No complaints. read more

Early morning coffee run- we were met with such friendly drive thru attendants. Thank you for starting our Saturday off with kindness!

My 5 star review is based off of repeated dealings with them. It is generally quick, accurate and friendly. The slowest part of the process is other customers ahead of you who think it is a good idea to order for a party or a large family and not know what they want. As a case in point, Ashley today was cheerful, friendly and a wonderful representative of the franchise. read more

gotta be freaking kidding egg shells in my sandwich. horrible. employees should take better precautions when preparing customers orders. Glad I spit it out and noticed. Also better take job more serious had I returned back to that established i guarantee the outcome wouldn't be nice. read more

Employees are really rude at the 9 /75 location. Especially the counter young lady. Will not be going back !! Guess have to go to Rally's

How can I order 2 -4 piece nugget happy meals and one has no nuggets? Then the phone number for this location, no one answers. Bummer!

The young man that works in the drive thru collecting payment needs a few trainings when it comes to customer service. The fact that I got starred down at the window. When I asked for the total because I did not understand his mumbling he screamed it thru the speaker. Way to keep it classy. No better motivation to jump start healthier eating when you have to deal with people so nasty like this. read more

I can't believe I'm the person reviewing McDonald's but holy.. 20 mins minimum in the drive through. Sometimes they're nice, other times not. Plus, you're trapped in the drive through and have no choice but to wait. The line gets so backed up that people can't get out.oh, food was cold when I got it too. read more

Everytime I go here my fries are only half full. They never fill them like they are supposed to. I recommend elsewhere if you actually want fries. read more

Wish this location would figure out their hours. Says it's 24 hours and has always been a reliable option for people working late to get some food. NOT 24 hours! Really disappointed. read more

I think this location might be putting customers at risk by having staff coming to work while sick. When I went there earlier two of them were wearing masks, leading me to inquire about COVID as I'm extremely vulnerable. Both were exceptionally rude and acted like they'd just been found out; leading me to believe my suspicions were probably right. read more

This McDonald's is awful. I consistently see the employees wearing a mask under their chin. What's the point of even wearing it if you're not going to wear it right ? Many times they just open the drive thru window and give you your food and say nothing. Complete silence. My order hard been messed up many times. Nothing special with the order. Just an order off the menu. It's no that hard. I worked at McDonald's during high school and it's not hard to get an order right. I just think the crew at this location just doesn't care. read more

I went to this Mcdonald's On 2/5/23 @2:50 am There were only 2 cars ahead of me & the line took literally 10-15 min . When i pulled up to get my food There was a guy giving me my food while at the same time with his other hand smoking on his brezze & he seemed very bad like if he was drunk, I would Not be returning to this location. read more

Absolute, worst McDonald's in the entire country of the United States of America.. besides the fact that the food sucks horribly. The entire staff couldn't get an order right if they tried. Point is they don't give a crap. This place sucks. Don't waste your time or your money. If the McDonald's corporation was smart, they would demolish this building. Believe me when I say I am holding back how I really feel with this review. read more

The woman who works the pay window really early in the morning really brightens my day

They do not serve breakfast all day; which is why this busy location sucks. What is it with Michigan McDonalds owners being so dumb? You lose a ton of business by not serving all day breakfast...FIX IT! read more

The workers are rude more times than they are nice. I just got handed this Dr. Pepper and haven't even taken a sip out of it. They couldn't even fill it to the top...I understand if you're busy but don't cut people short AND be rude to them. read more

McDonald's - a hand holding a cup of coffee - Burgers Near Me - Hazel Park, Michigan

I'll keep this short and sweet. I came into this location some random, slow night. I was the only person in line and had an EXTREMELY simple order. 1 hamburger, no onions. My girlfriend was sick and for whatever reason was craving a McD's burger, but she HATES onions, so I couldn't stress enough how important it was that this sandwich didn't have onions. The guy said word for word "We don't ever mess up at this location." Boy was he wrong. Now I'm not writing this review because the burger has onions on it, I'm writing this review because the burger had ONLY onions on it. I kid you not. No ketchup, mustard, pickle, nothing. Just onions. I posted pictures as proof. Don't go here. read more

We placed an order for 2 apple pies and a large coffee. When we got on the road we noticed the pies enjoy by time was 3 hours prior. Is that a normal thing? This location is always the worst. Now they are serving pies 3 hours past the time? Geesh! The location is great as it is right off 75 however even with the remodel that was done recently this location is still lacking everything! read more

They can't make an iced coffee to save their life. I have ordered multiple French Vanilla Iced coffees multiple different times and each time they make it wrong. I get it at other locations and it's perfectly fine. This place makes iced milk or iced water with a bitter aftertaste. I've even handed it back and had them remake it with the same result. Leading to me leaving the store 20-30 minutes later with still no coffee. read more

Same old dump it's always been, complete with rude, entitled and dirty employees who don't do their jobs anywhere approaching properly, messing up virtually every order after keeping you waiting a literal 45 minutes stuck in the drive through while they chat it up with each other about boyfriend billy bobs drunken bedwetting or javontadantaes 6th baby momma, all while giving you an attitude like they've actually ever done a real honest days work. Trash employees for a trash town. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, and what makes it so frustrating is that it's only a couple blocks from my house. I knew how horrible this McDonalds was before I decided to come up here at 3am to get a McFlurry. I had prepared myself for the almost certain news that their ice cream machine was broken. What I was not prepared for was for the voice at the drive through to tell me they were accepting cash only and only taking orders for breakfast. There were only 5 cars ahead of me in the drive through line. I've been trapped in the drive through for THIRTY MINUTES now and there's still two cars in front of me. Trust me, this McDonalds is like a portal to hell because every time I go here I don't just leave disappointed, I end up leaving somehow in a worse state than I arrived at. read more

McDonald's - Wrong ass order - Burgers Near Me - Hazel Park, Michigan

I went here on a Sunday afternoon for a double cheeseburger and a coffee and was actually heckled by an off duty employee who was waiting for a ride. He hovered over my seat from an adjacent booth while I tried to enjoy my meal. Kid was talking to someone on the phone and when I asked him to stop he went in and talked to a manager. When I went in to consult with the manager, it was some 19 year old kid who told me I was going to have be kicked out if I didn't "behave". I asked him what his name was and the kid actually replied to me "Ipee Freely". I could not believe what I had just witnessed. I called the manager the next day Monday and my call was NEVER returned. I called corporate a few days later. BTW, both of those grease balls gave me phoney names. I advise you to never go in there again. EVER! read more

I work at a bar and this is usually the only fast food place open super late, so I always end up here. Usually whoever takes my order is super rude, until I get up to the window. They are super slow, expect to wait at least ten minutes to get your food. And once you're in the drive-thru, you are stuck. I've had them tell me they only serve six piece nuggets, they are only serving breakfast even though the sign suggests otherwise and my favorite; there's a twenty minute wait for food. Luckily, they are pretty on point with your order though! read more

Listen... I get that you work at mcdonalds. And I get that you probably had higher hopes for yourself, but Jesus Christ. This mcdonalds has the worst employees with the worst attitudes that I've ever been to and if you're going to be so rude can you at least get my order right? Not to mention the wait time in the drive thru is an average of 20+ minutes. God... Thinking of all the awful experiences I've had here is giving me a headache but I live so close and when you're on your way home from the bar and don't want to sit at Country Boy (TPR of HP) that's really your only choice. Not only could I not disrespect myself by using the P word anywhere in this review, but yes ladies and gentleman I'm going to have to say this is THE worst McDonald's I've ever been to, ever. And on that note they'll probably see me tomorrow so please don't spit in my food. BONUS STORY: I almost got into a fist fight with the manager after he snatched a bag back out of my hands and asked me what I ordered. read more

Horribly slow and congested. Waited 5 minutes to order in drive thru, then had to pull around and wait for food. Went inside to get food and found out why they're so slow. Plenty of workers, but clearly Incompetent with an incompetent manager. "Workers" standing around while others giving out wrong orders so the manager had to micro manage and try to fix everything. If you see this McDonalds, keep driving! read more

This location SUCKS! I walked in 05/27/22 and the staff refused to take my order plus the kiosk was down . So I had to do a mobile order, the manager was rude and threw my food in the car. I made a return 05/28/22 because I was headed home from work and curbside was closed around 7 o'clock and the lobby even though a sign states that they're open till " 10pm". My order was taken by Nancy at 12:35 AM Tuesday, 27 November the manager on duty's name was Martin. Nancy asked me to take my order and I said hold on and then I asked for her if she was ready to take my order yet multiple times before she responded to me that in a rude way said "I already told you that I will take your order whenever you are ready." I have a really low voice and I normally have to enunciate my words so that the people can hear me because usually I have to pull up and they can't hear me through the speaker so I repeated my order to her slowly so she got everything which was only three items and then she proceeded to tell me "not to talk to her like she is slow" through the speaker which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. I want this to be a great McDonald's. I pass it a million times a day. It's open 24 hours. It should be the perfect place for me to go get fries or coffee whenever I want. Unfortunately, it's always a mess. It's dirty, the drive-thru takes forever, and the employees are beyond apathetic. Customer service is once again horrible. After the renovation things got a lot better but now things are back to normal I guess. 1. If a customer approach your counter and your not ready simply say I'll be right with you. 2. Once you approach the customer it would be great if ANYTHING came out of your mouth rather than just looking at me. 3. Put some gloves on if your handling anything that a person has to eat or drink. 4.The response after a thank you is your welcome! Not just looking as if I made you get out of your bed and work here. These are all common curtesy things that's should be done automatically. read more
