Just had to add a review to this place. It is in a great location right off the highway. But the best part about it is the wonderful workers at the drive-through window. They are so pleasant and friendly. They always say hello and have a nice day and it's not just because their manager tells them too. They are obviously very pleasant people. And they really make the experience in the mornings better. Obviously the food is typical to McDonald's, though they just seem to take a little more care with it. I don't need it at McDonald's a ton, but when I can choose this one over another one I always do. read more

Not only did I have to repeat my order 5 times, but they still got it wrong and I had to go back through the drive thru again, to repeat what was missing like 3 times, and then they charged me for it! That's right, not only did they not listen, but I had the privilege to pay for their mistake! The cashier for the evening (8pm) shift has had an attitude both times I've come. And today there's hair in my food. They can't get an order correct. 3rd time in a row after a while of going there and they never got my order completed. I ordered and paid for items they never gave me then stated I have to come back after noticing it was missing. It wasn't worth the cost to drive back and forth again. When I asked for a refund they said the same thing. Do not go to this location as they are horrible. Most incapable place on the planet, slow, never open on the inside (it looks so "clean and nice " ) because the random days it's open, it's untouched. If you order a DoorDash or etc. from there, the dashers can never get it from them so good luck to you honestly. Every single person that works there stares at you like a lost child if you ask a question. The food is not really ever hot, and I guarantee if you ask for a coke In the AM, you'll get a diet- happened twice - twice too many times I went there. I went here on a Friday night around 8pm. They weren't terrible busy, but I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. Probably because the delivery girl was outside talking in an SUV. All the food was cold by the time I made the 9 minute drive home. My McChicken wasn't in the bag. My Sprite tasted like water. The bread was hard on the spicy chicken deluxe. The lettuce was wilted. I stop in here just about every night before work; Wednesday - Saturday night about 6:15/30 or so. They seem understaffed, as are many places right now. So sometimes there is a wait which is completely understandable. Overall I've always had good service and pretty fast service and good meals. I'm not sure why this location has bad reviews but the times I have been here for fries, the service was good, everyone was friendly, and the fries tasted fresh and sufficiently salted. Also, I have come by for chocolate chip cookies and that was good as well. It's not someplace I go to often, but when I do, I can expect a high level of service and product. No complaints here, this place is what it is, and everyone already knows, lol. I have eaten inside and used their drive thru window, and most of the time they get my order correct and to me in a timely fashion. I usually am there during off peak hours, so maybe that helps me too, but normally the drive thru has been pretty quick getting my food, and I even order my burgers without onions, which takes them a few extra minutes to make fresh. I like when they have the 2 big mac's or 20 chicken nuggets for $5 deal. Now I think it's 2 egg mcmuffins for $4, and they serve breakfast all day long now too. read more

Not that I expect a high bar from McDonald's, but just witnessed something disgusting. The restroom looked as if it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. As I was about to wash my hands before leaving to order, a McDonald's employee enters the restroom and uses the bathroom. But as he finishes, instead of washing his hands, he pulls out the cleaning sheet and initials that the bathroom had been cleaned (which it hadn't), even with the toilets unflushed and water all over the countertop, then exits the restroom and heads back into the kitchen, again, without ever having washed his hands. I work in Greenfield (exciting I know). I do hit this McD's up on the way home or when heading into work to get a soda. I don't know what they do to their soda, but the Diet Coke is freaking delicious. It's always crisp and fresh tasting (I'm having withdrawals just thinking about it). The drive-thru is super fast and they have yet to screw up an order. I honestly haven't been inside the actual place, so I can't speak to the service inside. When comparing to other McD's, this one is higher on my list, so I recommend. read more

Passed through this joke of a town heading back east. Women's and men's bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Chewing tobacco all over the men's toilets, urine everywhere, stalls beyond atrocious, and the women's was just as bad. The employees laugh at you when you say there's an issue with cleanliness. I can't imagine the sanitary regulations that are broke every day in this building. They must spit chewing tobacco in your burger meat on-top of probably a 1,000 other kitchen violations.
