Made an order at 9:45pm at the drive-thru and arrived home to discover my sandwich drowned in sauce. I drove all the way back to inform management and get a refund. I received my refund but the information that others should know is this: the employee who spoke with me at the register asked this before I even brought up the fact that my sandwich was ruined: "how bad is it?" Employees are aware that someone is doing this, and her question indicates it's happened multiple times. Well, this (pictured) is how bad it was. Completely inedible and disgusting. I appreciate the manager who chatted with me (it was a civil conversation) and refunded me, but I recommend anyone/everyone to avoid this location as you never know if someone on the food line will ruin your food and waste your time having to come back to have it remade or refunded. I would urge management to consider looking into what employee is doing these rude things. read more

Mobile ordered at this McDonald's. Had 2 sauces come with my order. I asked for the ranch they didn't put in my Bag that was IN MY ORDER. And they proceeded to ask me for 20 cents, to which I gave them a quarter and then were extremely rude telling me to "go the fuck home". Beyond disappointed with my experience. After being on the road all day, tired and hungry, I decided to stop at this location thinking it would be a decent place to grab a meal. Instead, it turned into one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. Even after paying for my food, I ended up not eating it because I no longer trusted its condition. I was so uncomfortable with the situation that I chose to make the full two-hour drive back to an area I know and trust before eating anything. To make matters worse, we waited over 20 minutes for our order, and I was the only car in line. After ordering and paying for our food, we pulled up to the second window and saw a young employee smoking inside the restaurant, out in the open and near the drinks. The employees were running around laughing and joking for about ten minutes before finally bringing us our order, which immediately made me uncomfortable about the condition of the food. When we received our order, one of the drinks was only half full and appeared tampered with. After checking the bag, we discovered that a large portion of our order was missing, despite having already paid for everything. I pulled around to the speaker, but no one answered. I then went back to the window and explained that we were missing our 10-piece nugget and sauce. An employee handed us the nuggets but still did not include the sauce. I waited again at the window to ask for it, but was ignored while employees continued messing around in the back. After spending $14 on a 10-piece nugget, sweet and sour sauce, and a plain burger meal, I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. The behavior of the staff, the missing items, and the condition of the order made me feel unsafe eating the food I had paid for. I really don't want to write this review but the experience I had here really made me upset. I went through the drive thru and I was told to go to the 2nd window to place my order. I didn't mind waiting in line for a while. I figured the reason the wait was 20+ minutes might be some technical problem, so that wasn't the issue. When I got to the 1st window where you normally pay, the woman at the register told me I needed to pay, and I explained "Oh I was told to go to the 2nd window to place my order." The LOOK this woman gave me was withering. She got extremely defensive and said "I didn't tell you to do that" and "You must have heard wrong." I really didn't want to cause an issue so I was about to drive off, when the woman I assume was the manager stepped in and told the woman SHE had been the one for me to go to the 2nd window to order. I assume it must have been due to some technical issue with their system, but the woman who had yelled at me kept giving me dirty looks and trying to defend herself to who I presume was the manager. The manager handled the whole situation really well, but I felt really embarrassed by the whole mix up. When I got my food I told the manager to let the woman know I was sorry I was just confused, and she handled it with grace and told me not to worry. But honestly, I feel really bad and I know it wasn't my fault but now I feel very uncomfortable going there. I know it's a fast food restaurant so I don't expect impeccable service that you'd find at fine dining, but please don't yell at me when there was a mix up with the system. I just moved to Michigan and am new to the area. Me and my boyfriend thought that we were so lucky to be so close to everything in the area we live in and that the McDonald's was only 4 min away. I have been to this McDonald's only 3 times now and every single time I've had a bad experience whether it be food or service. They must not be changing the grease traps because the fries and food always taste like burnt grease, but we could have handled that taste. The reason I will not be going back is because of the service. I went this afternoon, I ordered a large Frappuccino with 2 extra shots, I got to the window and was informed that the person taking my order had put me down for a cappuccino, I can understand the mixup! I would never hold that against someone that would be weird. But I do not understand the attitude I was given when I said "oh I'm sorry, but I ordered a caramel Frappuccino, they must have accidentally misheard me, please allow me to pay for the mistake" and the person at the window that I was explaining this to rolled her eyes at me and told me that I ordered a cappuccino and shut the window on me... then the person proceeded to tell me that I needed to park in spot number 1 which was already taken by a car, so they weren't even paying attention to where I'm supposed to be going. And I'm telling you heavy attitude coming from this person, like someone probably felt this persons' aura like 3 miles away. Pop off tho because that attitude deserved an award for how much of a performance they gave me, after I was extremely polite, understanding, and accommodating as I always try to be. And I waited 30 minutes for my order on god, I was understanding because they were super busy, but I didn't appreciate being treated that way. We arrived at this location 20 minutes ago. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. As we walked in, Mc Donald's employee was partially blocking doorway, vaping and laying down in the entryway. Waiting for our food after I walked into the kitchen to grab a spray bottle to clean our table because it was dirty. The employee saw me grab this and said nothing. An absolute terrible experience. Visited the Drive Thru late one evening. It was very cold and windy out, there was a bit of a line at the Drive Thru. The walk in portion of the restaurant was already close (as I first attempted to go inside). I ordered a Filet of Fish sandwich with extra cheese - add onions, lettuce, tomato. Nothing worse than sitting in a giant drive-up line for some light fare over paying the exorbitant prices of sodas at my hotel. After waiting nearly twenty minutes for a Sprite and a muffin, paying for it and leaving, I find the muffin is not in a plastic wrap as they are in Chicagoland and I paid a $1 for a large water. Seriously, McDonald's is not a place I visit and after calling to the manager on duty, her excuse was their restaurant was slammed because of a concert which doesn't cut it with me and now looking at other Yelp reviews doesn't hold any water either. She offered to give me a freebie the next time I visit which will be never.
