I had specified extra meat and cheese. This looks exactly like what you'd get if you order it without extra.

I've ordered sandwiches from this Jersey Mike's location multiple times and never had a problem; until today. I ordered their #9 Club Supreme on Rosemary Parmesan Bread with Extra Cheese, Extra Meat, Bacon, Lettuce, Mayo, Olive Oil Blend, Red Wine Vinegar, and Tomatoes. On the positive side the bread was delicious, the cold cuts were tasty and of high quality, and the veggies were nice and fresh. On the negative side, and I've included a couple of pictures, there's highly doubtful there was extra meat or cheese on this sandwich. A single layer of cheese and the same amount of meat I've had when ordering sandwiches there before without specifying extra meat. There weren't enough tomatoes or bacon as you can see. They also forgot the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Jersey Mike's used to be able to satisfy my taste for a pretty authentic New Jersey sub where I was born and raised but after this experience I'll have to think twice before ordering again.

A piece of wood chip was in my sub noticed it after I chewed on it .I called and spoke with the manager on duty she said it might be a piece of paper like I'm the crazy one ... ... I'm waiting for someone more professional to reach out ..thank you

Well I had great interest in this place, as I am a native Pennsylvanian from the Philly local, I wanted to see what there take on a Philly Cheese steak was. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Usually my problem is with the meat here in western MI. This place had it right, rolls were spot on too. I will say no philly shop would put green bell peppers in there steak though, this seems like a common misconception around the country other than in Philadelphia. I got a mini Italian sub too, they cut the meat right in front of your face, I LOVE that!!! The other thing that I was extremely happy about was cherry pepper relish, almost any sandwich shop in eastern PA has this delicacy but not around these parts. All and all this was a great experience and I will be returning, without a doubt!!

Jersey Mike's has a nice menu, and good breads. However, there are not many options for condiments. Having a sub "Mike's Way" definitely makes up for that! Turned out to be pretty expensive. Almost $50 for two giant sandwiches, one regular, 2 chips, 3 drinks. And the drink machine was serving flat pop. Employees were very nice, and great at multitasking.

Slow and poor service. Never clean the toppings area. Unsanitary. Chips are stale because bags are left open and put on shelf

Ordered a #17 which has a variety of sliced meat each generously piled on to a long slice of bread. You get your choice of custom veggies and select from a wide variety of condiments. Highly suggest the zesty ranch or the garlic and herb mayo. Pro tip: get it ROGUE! They season and toast panini style the sandwich! The sandwich was crisp to the first bite but perfect balance of bread to meat to toppings. The flavors of the customer mayo and mustard cmade the sandwich melt in your mouth with all the flavors hitting at once. You actually get a couple free bites as the meat extends beyond the edges of the bread like an oversized hotdog in a small bun! It's a bit pricy but it's two meals for sure unless you have a serious appetite. To top it all off the servers were super personable and friendly. They wrapped each half separately as I mentioned we were jumping on a plane and this was also going to be our layover meal. So nice so professional I cannot recommend this place enough. I also have to give props to an experienced customer in front of us who guided us through the labyrinth of ordering and showed so much enthusiasm for Boardwalk I thought he worked there. Yummy yummy 5+ stars. Well done. My best rated place on yelp would be this one so f

This sandwich chain is known for their oven toasted subs, salads, and milkshakes. They also have mac and cheese, soups, combo deals, and kids meals. I got the small farmhouse salad and Nate got the Italian. There are a lot of options for sandwiches, including white or multigrain bread, flatbread, "thin cut" for less bread, and three different sizes - skinny, original, and big. It's kind of overwhelming but we just got the original size and multigrain bread. Once it's toasted, you can add toppings. Mayo, mustard, pickle, tomato, lettuce, onion, oil, Italian seasoning, and hot peppers are free. I like their hot peppers which is like a giardiniera mix. The person who rang us up was super helpful and polite which I really appreciated. The salad was fresh and tasty, and I liked the portion. The bowl was a bit too small for me to mix the salad up easily, but not a big deal. The sandwich was full of flavor and the bread was perfectly toasted. The tables were in need of wiping down, but they were pretty busy when we stopped by. Overall though, I really liked this location of this chain.

There's a lot of seating available, and different types including a massive couch. It is noisy in there with everyone talking, but I dont think its too bad if you want to study there. They do have a stage where they have bands perform, they also have trivia nights. I hope to check out one of the trivia nights. There is a decent size parking lot in the back. At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. It's worth every penny. We'll be back for dessert, they have seasonal crème brûlées!

I dined at TOG today for a business lunch and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing…read more At the end of our meal, I asked for a to-go box because I had barely touched my food. My guest and I spent most of our lunch talking, and I left with nearly an entire meal. About 20 minutes after leaving, I realized I had forgotten my box and immediately called the restaurant to see if it was still there. The young lady who answered the phone asked where I had been seated. I explained that I was at the very first table at the front of the restaurant. Within seconds, she told me there was nothing there. Her tone made it clear that assisting me was not a priority. Given that the hostess stand is located at the back of the restaurant and I was seated at the front, I do not believe there was enough time for her to actually check before dismissing my concern. After I sent an email regarding the situation, the hostess responded that she had walked through the restaurant looking for the box. Based on the timing of our phone conversation, I find that difficult to believe. In her response, she also stated that she checked with the servers after our call had ended, which suggests that no real effort was made while I was on the phone. What is most disappointing is that I am a regular customer. Today, I paid $56.00 for lunch for myself and my business guest. Between a server who was largely absent throughout the meal and the dismissive interaction when I called about my forgotten food, the level of service fell far below what I have come to expect. Everyone has an occasional bad day, but customer service is often defined by how issues are handled after something goes wrong. In this case, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I do not plan to return.
