This is the first time that we've been to this location. We were down the street shopping at wings and my daughter said she was hungry for some McDonald's. She ordered a six piece nugget Happy Meal with extra fries. This is a real nice location, there are several large booths and also a lot of tables short and one tall table. They also have a cafe style table. I posted a video so you can see all the different options. My daughter said her happy meal came out perfect. I ordered a large latte and it tastes great. Some of the McDonald's we go to... the latte's smell and tastes off but this McDonald's had a really great latte. Slow... They call themselves a fast food joint but what's crazy is that the drive thru line is prioritized more than the people eating in the restaurant. The workers always seemed confused and not really friendly. As far as a McDonald's goes this one is fairly new and very clean. I came in so my girlfriend could use the bathroom, but I felt guilty so I ordered an unsweetened iced tea. The iced tea at Chick Filet is better, but it is also more expensive. read more

I can't believe I'm reviewing a McDonald's, but here I am. We live nearby and have been to this location dozens of times. The service, especially in the fast food lanes, is terrible as noted by many other reviewers. However, what I'm here to talk about is the quality of food which is the absolute worst I have ever eaten at any McDonald's ever. Everything tastes old, the fries are almost totally unsalted (ever single time) and the Coke doesn't taste right. I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's I ordered off the app and gave the code in the drive thru, they told me I hadn't paid, I asked how I got the code, they told me to go sit in a parking spot and they would figure it out. 20 minutes go by I opened up my Apple Pay app and it showed I was billed when I went through the drive Thu so I went inside I didn't get an explanation or an apology. I came here from work to my house. The lady who took my order was nice and also who gave me my receipt. I ordered a Large fries i got halfway. The girl who gave me my teas and food didn't even say hi or have a nice day. As a fast food place this is a requirement! Did mobile ordering and they kept telling me I didn't pay and my card declined when I got a confirmation email that I paid and I knew I had money on my account. Tried another card that I knew worked too and still nothing and claiming it was not them and they wanted to keep my card. They also saw I had a wheelchair in my car and tried to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about because I'm disabled. Horrible service!!! I I live down the street and refuse to go too another location but here I am with the same results. My son doesn't like cheese and some how when I order his food they managed to put cheese on it. I told the manager Martha and she tells me I don't know how too order my food even tho today I ask for two HAMBURGERS with only ketchup and you guessed it they put cheese on and charged me!!! I placed an order on the app and requested indoor pickup. When I arrived the doors were closed and so I waited in the pick up spot. After 10 minutes no one came out so I went through the drive thru and gave my order number. The person said they had no record of my order even though I showed him the number on the app. Told me the retry the app and change to drive thru. I left the line and tried but no success. Went back to the drive thru and he told me to reorder since the original order didn't go through. After ordering and paying I went to the pickup window and saw my original order waiting. I asked the cashier to cancel my drive through order. They took my receipt and said they would cancel. They never canceled my order. No return calls from manager. Came here on a Saturday night, it was very busy, only a few tables available but those tables were all dirty so we had to wipe it down ourselves. We ordered from the touchscreen, grabbed a number and sat down, they kept yelling our ticket number which we weren't paying attention to since they were supposed to bring it to the table. After a few minutes I realized it was our stuff (soft serve cones) so we got up to get it but it was almost melted but they didn't care. Then one of the employees walked right by to drop off an order to another table and snatched our table number. Easily the highest quality McDonald's I go to. Overall, this satisfied my craving and I'm definitely going back for their breakfast menu for some hash browns and lots of Sausage McMuffins. They have never gotten my order wrong. The employees are very pleasant and provide excellent customer service. The restaurant is always very clean and the food is very fresh. Management has been there for years. They seem to run very efficiently as well. This location is above and beyond other fast food restaurants. Always have great service and great food. This McDonald's has terrible customer service especially Merceilla also known as Mary , who is a 30+ year old McDonald's employee who has a smart mouth and no sense of good customer services. I was basically in line to get to 2 six piece nuggets and a medium fry when I pulled up to the First window my total was 5.37 which I paid in cash . So then I pulled up to the second window and they handed me 1 six piece and a large fry so I told them this isn't my order, I had 2 six pieces and Medium fries so Mercellia basically tells me I owe her 2 Dollars and tells me to pull up which is fine , but I am thinking if I am paying the extra money I wan't my large fries . So They bring out my bag and I look inside and they gave me a Medium fry after I just paid for a large , So I go inside and ask ,Hey since I just paid for a large , can I get my large . She tell me straight in my face you didn't pay for a large , when she obviously had seen the original receipt I gave her , Also she looked inside the bag and seen that it wasn't correct. Just went to go and get a Diet Coke with my mom on a hot day like this today. Not only were the drinks not correct but they wouldn't even give my dog a cup of whip cream! They wanted 45 cents for it, when you can go to Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts and get it for free. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever gone too! I had a simple order of the #2 cheeseburger meal with no pickles on the cheeseburgers. What do I get is extra pickles on the cheeseburger! Drive thru is super slow here! I have worked at McD few years ago (a location @chicago) and know they care about the time it takes from order to food delivery at drive thru, so I don't understand why this location is working the exact opposite. It's probably the incompetent managers bcoz the managers I had at McDonald's ran around all the time to help cashiers (usually high school kids) deliver order quickly on as less time as possible. read more

This place has the most incompetent workers I've ever experienced. They run around (I should say walk slowly around) doing nothing while customers wait and wait. I ordered a simple cup of coffee. The ice cream machine is always "broken." It's not only this McDonald's, but every time I come in there's something wrong. Weird hours too. On google maps it says it's open 24 hours. Wrong. I get off of work late and want a quick meal and I get hit with the "sorry we close at 9 tonight" sign. Even if it is open there doesn't seem to be anyone working the drive through.
