I don't go to Mc Donald's often but my pregnant wife was craving a chicken sandwich from Mc Donald's so I decided to go and get some food. I got her the chicken crispy sandwich and I got myself a Big Mac, fries and nuggets. My wife likes to put French fries in her burgers so today was no exception so when she opened it up to put the fries inside the sandwich she noticed something dark inside one of the sliced tomatoes so when we used a knife to see what it was and sure enough it was a dead fly. She got so emotional and started crying and left the kitchen. This is disgusting and it goes to show how Mc Donald's is dealing with this pandemic. Ended throwing everything away and the nuggets were also not crispy at all. God knows when it was made. This location needs to be inspected by Mc Donald's. It is putting the public health in danger and we all know what flies love to eat. read more

5 stars for a Mc Donald's. My 9 yr old son is limited to 4 Mc Donald's meals per year. Yesterday, he asked me to get him a Grimace Shake so we stopped into this location on our way to a bicycle ride. When the manager apologetically told him that this was a limited time offer and that he'd missed the opportunity, my son was visibly upset. He had been looking forward to this for weeks and the disappointment was too much. He got quiet and just gave me a hug, burying his face in my shirt. At the register, one of the line employees named Anthony was helping another customer and had obviously noticed my son from across the room. After helping the other customer, Anthony casually walked over and handed my son a little toy from inside a Happy Meal to cheer him up. I was really impressed with this. He didn't have to do this, yet he chose to. Anthony clearly notices his environment, clearly cares about other people and his little act of kindness has given me hope in our youth. If you're Mc Donald's management reading this, I highly recommend that you consider this young man for a promotion. He is the type of employee that Mc Donald's or any business needs more of. JUSTIN was so professional and friendly. I used the drive-thru on Christmas eve, and I had kind of a big order. My order was repeated to me correctly and Justin was patient but also efficient. I have ks#13 order number 51 time is 3:39 pm!! Ordered crispy chicken meal and strawberry shake! They gave me old and very stale fries!!! It was soo nasty and i was soo mad when i ate it that i kept eating it just to see if they just sprinkled a few in there but it was the whole packet of fries !! Every single fry was nasty !! Was walking by and decided to grab a quick bite at 8pm. Doors closed and they wouldn't open the door telling me that they were closed. A giant hello later on all their door says inside is open for take out orders from 5am to 9pm .... If you're looking for location that has the wait time of In N Out and with food that looks and tastes like it was made by Helen Keller, then you're in luck! Waited way too long for my egg McMuffin and a flat soda. Felt real sorry for the gentleman waiting longer than I did for a simple Large Coffee. Upon reaching the second window to retrieve my set of bad calories, the worker apologize to me and told me they accidentally overcooked the fries. He was willing to make another batch, but I asked him "how overcooked are they?" He told me they all seem crispy. Well let me tell you something. These were some of the best gd fires I ever had. That night it beat In & Out's well done fries, Ruby's fries, and Red Robin's. All McD's are bound to ***k up from time to time. It will never have a perfect month, let alone a week. The food is typical McDonald's. You just have to be vigilant before leaving because they sometimes forget to give your whole order. Otherwise, I haven't had a problem except for one recent incident where they forgot to bring out the food after asking me to pull over at drive thru. read more

This location seems to have a faulty automated soda fountain in the drive thru, unless their drinks are supposed to be 85% ice... and you'd think with all the order technology available, the window person wouldn't have to ask you 2 or 3 times for your order again once you drive up to the pickup window. This is probably the WORST McDs Ive visited. Maybe have better, more confident employees. I spent 5 minutes with an employee who didn't understand the coupon given. Maybe have employees who know everything about their job. Maybe have a better training program. Maybe train kids on how to handle irate customers and have them stop worrying about looking cool bc you will never look cool in that McDs uniform so might as well own it. Ive never seen so many customers have issues in the 10 minutes I had to wait on my order. I recommend just going to the one in the Galleria or the one Central if you live in Glendale. BTW. I got the Spicy BBQ chicken sandwich and I gotta say, save the taste buds and just get the McChicken sandwich. They basically just spoon slapped a McChicken with wack BBQ sauce. No bueno. I know it's fast food but every time I come to this particular location, something is always missing. I'm not expecting much, but I'm at least expecting my order to be right. The most I've ever ordered is a combo meal, which is 3 items typically. And somehow that still goes wrong. The iced coffee never has the flavored syrup put in it (or sometimes it's watered down beyond belief). They always forget to put straws in the bag. They also have forgotten to give me sauce with my chicken nuggets. It's little things but it kind of makes a difference, considering not much else is supposed to go into the bag. When I do drive-thru, I always hear people laughing and talking in the background, and the employee I"m talking to sounds so distracted, which is probably why nothing ever goes right at this location. Even when someone is handing me things at the window, other people are talking and joking around with them. It's McDonald's, the lowest of restaurant standards, and this place can't even reach the mark. read more

I have loved McDonald's since the age of 2 when my parents took me to Hawaii and all I would eat was McD's cheeseburgers. As an adult, McD's is my guilty pleasure and now that I have gotten a little older I can't have it that much cuz it goes straight to the hips! Anyhow last week after some shopping at the Glendale Galleria I found myself starving and so I stopped at this McD's on the way home. Ordered a Chicken Mc Sandwich combo. Loved the dueling drive-thru lines and was happy with the service all the way through until I got home and ate my Chicken Mc Sandwich. It was perhaps one of the most unlively sandwiches I have ever eaten and made me regret my splurge as that sandwich was not worth putting on my hips. The bun, lettuce and meat were dry and looked to have been sitting around forever. Certainly didn't look like the pictures. Thank goodness for the fries, as that was the only thing that tasted fresh that night. Love, love, McD's but won't be stopping at this location the next time I get a craving. read more

Every time we end up at this location, it amazes me as to what issue will come up. Tonight is no exception. We specified "NO PICKLE," as our son has a melon allergy, and cucmbers trigger rashes and hives with him. (Of course there was pickle on the burger). When we received our food, I asked the server (drive-thru) if there was ice in my drink. He looked befuddled at the automatic drink machine and stood there. (There was an ice dispensing issue.) He looked at the manager and said "um...I don't know how to put ice in the drink." Re-read that last sentence. After his internal debate, I finally got ice in my drink. We get home, which is 3 blocks away and - fries are cold! Of course they are. Pickle on the burger. Oh, and two bottom buns on that burger too. That's a presentation issue. Gogurt specified, it was included as were apple slices. That's a cost issue. Quality control is out the window here. This location needs a corporate assist to get them back on track with correct brand representation. Send Undercover Boss in or something. Pictures to prove as well. read more
