But with six kids all in sports and trying to run our own business, we have to resort to cheap fast food often. This is my kids first choice. We arrived at this McDonald's location at 9:00pm, had our order taken a little before 9:20pm, and received our food by 9:40pm. You're probably wondering why I'm still giving it 5 stars right? Waiting 40 minutes for 2 drinks and 20 nuggets DOESNT sound very ideal. However, there was quite literally only 2 people running this location in the mist of a night time rush. I don't mind the wait at all, especially because our order taker was taking orders, taking payment, running across the store back and forth to make drinks, and handing out food. We tipped her. As one of those many foodies that have been following the Travis Scott & Spicy McNugget hype, I decided to drop by this local McDonald to try! This McDonald has two drive-in lanes, and they were pretty efficient in getting people in and out. Once you place your order and pay, they have you park in the parking lot according to the number they assign you. You wait there and a McDonald food runner brings you your order. We ordered 3 Travis Scott meals and 40 Spicy Chicken Nuggets. (If you have the McDonald app, make sure to download to get special deals. They had the Travis Scott meal for $6 with coupon. $9 without.) McDonald was able to get our food fast, but was very stingy about the new Mighty Hot Sauce they had. They only gave us 2 of those. I had to walk into McDonald and get 3 more since my other friends were planning to try as well. Once we got back to our place to eat, we were super disappointed to find that 2 of our Travis Scott burgers didn't even have bacon.... like not even a small piece. We paid for the Travis Scott burger with the bacon and it wasn't there. Must be a common thing with every McDonalds. It happened to my friends too. More the reason to not eat McDonalds ever again. If I do, it will be for McFlurry, but looks like that won't happen since the McFlurry machine tend to be broken at McDonald often. As for the Travis Scott burger, the whole burger was mediocre and the patty was dry & flat. Wasn't juicy at all. The Spicy Chicken Nuggets were crunchy and not spicy at all, however the new Mighty Hot Sauce was bomb! It was spicy and sour, and it does not taste like sirarcha at all. I'd really like to give this McDonald's a negative 10 star review. I used the drive thru to purchase a happy meal for my son and an Iced coffee. I approached the pick up window was handed a happy meal box and my coffee and without any words they closed their drive thru window. I waited for the girl to open the window and simply asked for the juice box for my son and she said something in the regards to because I used a code from the app they had to balance off the order. I said excuse me? I just ordered a happy meal box it comes with a juice what are you talking about? She closed the drive thru window door and was visibly upset checking the receipt she had because I didn't get a simple juice!! How ridiculous! I'm a regular customer because of my picky toddler. I always oversee the little things because it is always and to me it's not big deal. I always treat the workers with respect because ive worked the food industry. this time around I was mortied with the incident that happened and what the manager suggested as a resolution. I ordered food for dine in at table. The food was never delivered to table and after 20 minutes I decided to check in food and my food was in the counter the whole time. Waited 30 min each time before I went into the restaurant (with my two kids mind you) to find out what the hold up was. The first time the manager gave me two coupons for free sandwiches. The. I ordered a McFlurry and a bottle of water from the drive through and was given possibly the worst service ever amongst all my McDonald's visits. No greeting was exchanged.
