We were not having issues a lot of the time. The last couple of times they would mess up our order and we would just wait at the second window until they came to find out what they missed. This time on 1/9/2025 at 8:58pm they messed up our order again, they were very rude about it saying they didn't have our order in their system. It was a mobile order so they didn't give us a receipt so they were saying to pay for another fry. Why do we need to pay more money for fries when they didn't give us fries with our first order. Having along time to wait at the DMV I came here for lunch. Blood sugar was low, I had time, it was 3 minutes away. There was one car in the drive through. There was no one inside. I ordered the Big Mac meal. It had been a long time since I'd been at a McDonalds. I ordered NO pickles. Seeing that they weren't busy AT ALL, I asked for fresh fries, and a fresh Big Mac. Almost $10. I had about 40 minutes so really no hurry. I could feel my blood sugar dropping so I was ready to eat and go. What I got: I got a mac that was already made and sitting there. They pulled out the pickles. When they put it back together, the separating bread from the double meat was now the bottom. They pulled the pickles but the lettuce b/c of the mayo(?) was still had the pickle juice saturated in it. I hate pickles. The meat was cold. The fries were cold and tasted like they tried to re-drop them in the oil or they were just that old. The coke was how I remember McDonalds coke. It was good. Their worker have no integrity and no respect for the people that come in there to eat. I would have fired all three of them. Total disregard for their customers. A reflection of the workers themselves. I have no idea if they dropped the meat on the floor when they pulled a SITTING THERE BIG MAC apart, b/c they didn't want to make a new one and thought it would 'serve me right'. A totally Terrible Experience. I frequent the Harley dealer across from the parking lot. I made sure I told everyone what these people are like. I didn't have time to have them make a new one. I told them. The young person said 'sorry'. Well, sorry isn't good enough. What kind of integrity do these people have to serve that? I didn't have time to have them make a whole new order. The text from the DMV dinged me. I had about 10 minutes. I would NEVER go back there. With people like this, you NEVER know what you lunch went through. They absolutely do NOT CARE at all. read more

The morning staff here is great. The evening staff... not so much. They're not even good. I so enjoy being greeted in the mornings by the staff here. My favorite is a woman I see regularly, I believe her name is Susan. She always has a great attitude and makes people smile. I've very rarely ever had an issue with my order in the morning and everything is generally made very well. I've had the exact opposite experience when we've stopped in in the evenings. The staff has been rude, they're VERY slow, and the food is usually cold or made wrong. I was recently told by one of the drive thru staff to hurry up and leave the window, because of the timer, before I could even get my drink into my drink holder. The next time I was asked to move to window 2 to wait for my order. When they arrived at the window nearly, 10 minutes later, he quickly tossed my food out the window and RAN off. I didn't get drinks or sauces, and I was missing chicken nuggets. I had to then go inside to ask for the rest of my order. No apologies, just rudeness! The last time we only ordered a 5 or 6 piece chicken tender and a medium fry. We were again asked to move to window 2 where we waited OVER 10 MINUTES! When the girl showed up we told her that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a small order. Her reply was, "Ya, well they're fresh so you wait." and shut the window and walked off. What's worse is the fries were absolutely COLD. I doubt I'll be back here after about noon ever again. It's not worth the rudeness or wait to come here. As long as the morning staff, and Susan, are here I'll stop in for coffee and breakfast now and then. If it's wasn't for her and the morning staff this would have been a 1 star review. read more

I honestly love this McDonalds location. The absolute best employees, especially the ones who work at night! My order is almost never wrong. I've gotten to know the employees by name since I'm a regular to this location now. (I've been a regular to others, too, because I'm fat, sue me. It has been some time since I had breakfast at any McDonald's. My usual would be their Big Breakfast. These day's they offer an option of adding pancakes. The sausage was good but a bit thinner than I remembered. Hashbrowns were crispy and hot. My biscuit was very nice but the packets of grape jam was an odd consistency, half running and lumpy. It tasted great all the same. My scrambled eggs looked a touch on the, well the best word to describe them would have to be, "slimmy" but they tasted great and were not over cooked nor dry. Ok, its been a year now and I am actually quite impressed!! The turnaround from their "Grand Opening" FAIL has improved to be more of a WIN now as of December 2018. They got nice people working there that will actually take the time to talk to you if the rush is mellow and if its not too busy. They honor coupons compared to other McDonalds that refuse to even take coupons. This location gladly accepts them and I have been frequently been going there and I officially change my rating to 5 stars now. This is the best McDonalds by far compared to the others within the Portland/Clackmas Metro Area. read more

Check this out. I order a sausage McMuffin with egg combo meal with an orange juice. I pull up to pay and she says $7.29, I ask why so much. A number two breakfast combo costs around $5.25, she says it's because the orange juice is extra and they get a lot of complaints about that. So this is the way it works, you pay full price for the combo and then if you want orange juice they charge you full price for the orange juice as well. I understand McDonald's is a garbage fast food restaurant, but to straight up gouge your customers is a big mistake. I will email corporate. read more

Worst McDonald's experience in a long time. First off, people were not getting served due to a Spanish language barrier at the register. I tried to purchase a 2 for $4 French fry promotion that was on the computer kiosk, she told me they don't honor that and to order from the computer if I wanted to try that promotion. I asked if I could do the rest of my order too, the rude Mexican lady said no, go computer and then started talking to the family behind me, that spoke Spanish. I called this location to ask about animal fries which I've seen people get on YouTube from the "secret menu", and online . The woman who answered rudely said "no" and hung up on me while I was still talking to her. I called back to speak with the manager and the same lady that hung up on me said I'm the "manager". So an update 2019, Sunday day April 14. Apparently I can't order those donut sticks after 1030 per the manager on duty, I showed up at 10:40. The order taker told me he's not sure why but some managers allow donuts to be made after 1030 and some do not. Even though this is not on the menu. Apparently it's a hit and miss on when you can and cannot do it. The problem is management 100%.i do understand breakfast ends at officially 1030am. read more

The service is slow and they constantly get orders wrong. They always seem to be in a scramble in the kitchen and people are always waiting 20 minutes or more for their food. I ordered a Big Mac meal and it's taken almost 30 minutes while other people who have came in minutes after me, have ordered, and have gotten their food before I have. This McDonalds is really pretty small, but still cozy. The drive-thru is fast, and the drinks always come nice and cold. Usually, three burgers is enough for me. The breakfast is open all day, and I usually get an egg on biscuit without cheese. Plus, if your tank is running low, then a Chevron is literally right next to the McD's. read more

It's 8:31 pm January 1st, 2016. I pulled up to the window to order a large sprite mixed with orange in it. The worker proceeded to tell me a list of reasons why he could not make the drink for me, "we can't mix drinks, it's against our policy" "it's a new year" "my fingers don't work you can come in and mix it" I ended up getting so mad over a drink I left the drive through honking my horn. I arrived at the drive thru @ 9:11pm, October 29, 2016. I ordered a big breakfast. Got to the window and a pimple pock mark faced boy told me that it would be a couple of minutes and if I could pull forward and they will bring it out to me when done. After sitting in my running car for 10 additional minutes, I get out and go in and ask how much longer? The boy said "well, I don't see it, it will be a couple more minutes". Really? He then brushes me aside to ignore me and take someone else's order. I call that disrespect. As I am waiting patiently, I notice that in the back is a large woman with hot pink hair trying to teach the cook how to prepare my food. After an additional 5 more minutes, the boy packed up my breakfast, inserting it into the plastic bag sideways and putting it down on the counter upside down. I left feedback at the McDonald's website asking for a call back from someone, however, I've not heard back. This was a very poor experience. The pimple faced boy couldn't care less about me, the situation or my order. That person should not be working in customer service. read more
