This place continues to go downhill due to the staff, rude management when something goes wrong and you bring it up to them, like a Big Mac made without cheese and pickle and they use a piece of meat that's torn the top patty had half of the patty left, a spicy deluxe mccrispy with mayo and 2 bottom buns which defeats the purpose of it being a spicy. I don't recommend this place unless you want a messed up meal and management that'll be rude to you when you tell them your foods not right, they'll fix it most of the time but will still be rude. read more

An alright McDonalds that's reasonably quick at preparing food (maybe a little slower than others near the highway), in a fairly friendly manner. The store itself is fairly clean and the food is consistent. Parking is plentiful here and all the standard favorites are on the menu. read more

Place was disgusting! Flies, no napkins, sticky floors, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, sinks on the bathrooms look like they haven't been wiped down in months. Stopped by to grab some breakfast on they way, and I can honestly say this was the best Location I have ever been too. The McMuffin I order looked exactly like the picture and was delicious. The muffin was toasted and the sausage, egg and cheese were stacked up nicely. I am not even joking. You can tell they take pride in the food they are putting out. The hash brown was golden crisp, not soggy like you get in other locations. The apple pie I order was perfectly cooked, not stale on verge to expiring like others. So I wondered how a McDonalds could be a 2 Star rating. Well it is easy. We ordered some basic breakfast items at almost 8am sausage McMuffin, Biscut and a apple pie. Were quickly informed they did not have any apple pies. So as we paid for our meal at the window I inquired as to why no apple pies. A manager then proceeded to tell me that they were short handed, opened late, blah, blah, blah. I am thinking to myself this is simple. It takes literally secs to drop the darn things in the fryer then you ate off till the timers goes off doing something else. SMH the service was really quick and the food hot. While the restaurant was modern and clean, it failed its primary function of providing the food customers paid for. They forgot two drinks, a milkshake, and a nugget meal. We caught all of the mistakes, except for the nuggets, while still there. The people who fixed the errors offered no apology, no "have a nice day" or even eye contact. All of the technology in the world can't replace the personal touch of good customer service. This McDonalds might be modern but it lacks the time proven benefits of a staff that cares. This location was remodeled about a year ago at which time they installed 2 drive up order stations. However I think I've only ever seen them use one of them. Generally the service is good, staff friendly and food is hot and fresh and my orders are 99.9% of the time, they get my order right. Twice in the last ten days, the locations on Route 50 in BOURBONNAIS has not given me something that was supposed to be included in the meal.. And the wait time there is REDICULOUS. When the McDonalds employee came to the window she rudely read back our order and asked is that you? I told her that she didnt need to be rude because we were the ones that just waited 30 minutes for food that they usually have ready in a matter of minutes. She repeatedly tried to cut me off and then ended up refunding the order and refusing service to us. Rudanne delivered the two McRib meals to our table and even made a follow up visit asking how our meal was. Were we in the twilight zone or a prank tv show? Nope. Stopped on a road trip. Ordered food at 10:29 am. Breakfast. All workers screaming at each other from behind the counter. At 10:50 my husband asked where our food was. The woman behind the counter told him she was short 6 people and was dealing with teenagers. He responded that was fine but it had been over 20 minutes. She threw two sandwiches in a bag and basically threw it at him. Got on the road and found two spicy chicken sandwiches when we had ordered two breakfast sandwiches. My husband and I just went through this McDonald's at 1145pm after deciding last minute to go through there after getting off the interstate. It closes at 12am. We sat in the drive thru for ten minutes before I called and told them "hey, we've been in your drive thru for ten min and no one has taken our order". The manager said "yeah we're closed babe all the lights are off". I said you close at 12am, we've been here for 10 minutes. She told me that they had someone "coming in to do some maintenance".
