Friendly service, but way too slow. Took too long for the food. They were just standing around.

My god the service here is so consistently terrible. The lady working the counter who always seems like she is actively under the influence never fails to take several minutes to simply acknowledge my presence. This is always followed by her taking another 5-6 minutes to take my order, which is then followed up with another 10-15 minutes to receive my order. She actually forgot about me one time, after having me pull forward in the drive thru, and I had to reverse my car back to the window to get her attention. Her compensation for such incompetence was a free Oreo pie and a paper Burger King crown. read more

Food is as good as BK gets, the place was clean and decorated for Christmas very nicely. The service was great, everyone was super sweet, this lady in particular. read more

Stopped on a long drive.Ordered meals and ate inside. Staff was so friendly ... A+ customer service. Food was hot off the grill. Fountain drinks perfect. Clean inside. read more

Absolutely horrible! 0 stars. Will not return. service is a joke. nobody inside gets along. nobody is happy to be at work and I understand but that is your job. if you don't like it then go elsewhere. food is cold and wrong 99% of the time. They don't keep a good inventory at all. Been coming here awhile and it hasn't improved The slightest. the speaker box is hard to hear from both ends. the inside is dirty and hasn't been updated since the early 2000's. don't waste money here. it needs shut down. the owners and managers should be ashamed of this restaurant. BURGER KING should be ashamed of this restaurant. read more

EXCELLENT costumer service. The food came out fast and super fresh. Management were very professional while making sure everything was just right for us. Ill definitely be back! read more

We ate at the restaurant and food was terrible. Luke warm nuggets, hard old fries. No cheese on a cheeseburger, which was dry and tasted like cardboard. It was like everything was cooked yesterday and microwaved for lunch today. Yuck!! Wished we had gone to the McDonald's across the street! read more

Actually shocked at how pleasant my experience was here! No part of our order was wrong, the burgers were actually beautiful & every part of it was made well, plus they gave me a crown. We're just passing through & felt so surprised by the experience that I had to review it lol. I love BK, but I usually expect a bit of a mess! 5 stars for this one. read more

Food and service is same as other but app show they are close no service but they serve drive windows! I just walk to window to get food

Wanted something fast and cheap so I stopped her real quick. Wow just pulling in this didn't seem right. This place looks rundown and a hair above abandoned. I was skeptical but whatever I drove to the drive thru. Nope nope and nope. The menu board was all broke up and lights showing. Ok if this is how they take care of what you see then what does stuff we don't see look like. This owner is obviously just milking this restaurant. The employees obviously don't care either. I pulled out with out ordering. Like I said this place looked terrible I'd hate to see the inside where the food is being made. DO NOT risk this place. read more

Scariest BK we've ever been in, avoid at all cost. No menu they said it didn't work and the one that did work they said is wrong. The pop fountain doesn't work either we should of left. Property is old and unkept. Horrible place, kid working was nice felt sorry for him. Food was meh' read more

Went through the drive thru while working in the area. The building and property need a serious facelift. It looks like little to no maintenance is done outside. The menu was broken and repaired with duct tape, it also had discontinued items on it. All very concerning. Against my better judgment I ordered anyway, my meal was actually pretty decent, but I drove away wondering about the cleanliness of the kitchen. read more

Worst Burger King I have ever eaten that always out of some thing from tomatoes to mail to a wet ass it's ridiculous buns are always usually stale do you not go there myself but my boss at work likes it and he buys it for everyone on busy work daysEmployees are friendly but I don't think the management cares about anything about the quality of the food read more

I stopped in here on the road. The place looks like.... well a normal burger king, and we were greeted by a friendly worker. The food came quick and was surprisingly good. The people there were the best part, would stop again.. read more

Went through the drive thru. Ordered chicken fries and a chicken fry meal. Very prompt at the window. Food was warm and came up very quickly. Staff was not very friendly- but still a good experience. Would come back 5/5 for warm food and quick service, but 4 overall because of the unfriendliness of the staff. read more

Yo what's up it's a girl so I'm a sucker for Burger King, they are the most beautiful and real restaurants I've been to like I am there burger queen honey read more

So when me and my mom went to Burger King the floor was so dirty and my moms food was hard and cold and it was gross the manger was so like I don't care attitude and we left and my mom got no new food but my food was fine but uh I hate that were ever we go she get bad food. read more

I don't think I've had a time here that the food was cold or the service was bad. The drive thru crew has always been pleasant, and generally drop everything fresh for the order. Sometimes they forget the zesty sauce on the first try. Sometimes you can pick up the free wi-fi from the nearby Denny's. read more

Not good man, just not good. I was there this afternoon and it was disorganized and sloppy. Food was warm and best and management seemed lackadaisical. read more

Went through the drive through. We had an order for 5 people, not terribly large. We were asked to drive to the front and wait. I found out they completely forgot about us and didn't know where our order was. It was placed on a counter and forgotten. Very unorganized not well managed. read more

Not good. Waited at the drive thru twice for several minutes and no response. Went next door to Denny's

why is this place never open?? it's currently a wednesday evening at 5 pm and there's not a person in sight even tho inside hours are 8a-8p, and drive thru is 7a-11p?! so many times the past month my family and i have tried to eat here and THEY ARE NEVER OPEN! who is running this place?! is it shutting down?! do they not have employees? i understand covid has messed a lot of things up but this is insane. it's hit or miss with this place. either change your hours or shut down or just be open when you say you'll be open! I WANT BURGER KING! IM LITERALLY BEGGING TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY AND I CANT! read more

Normally I do not write reviews on restaurants like this. However, this was unlike any other Burger King I've ever been to. My younger sister and I were road tripping to visit our sister who lives on the tip of Illinois. Yes, I know from Chicago going that far south is one far trip! We stopped by this BK along the highway. Seriously, I was impressed by how clean this BK was and the friendliness of their service. Perhaps the last few BKs I've been to have been a little questionable/shady/scary ...sometimes a girl just wants a whopper lol! Then I saw something that I don't think I ever saw at any national fast food joint ever...they ask for your name when you place your order. Then tell you to sit and they'll bring out your food to the table. Yes...strange, right? Then your food was presently nicely on your tray when it was brought to your table. Seriously, I don't think I've ever seen such a perfectly wrapped Whopper in a box nor have I ever seen a Whopper come in a box. FYI- they've free wi-fi too! read more
