She was kind, considerate, and professional in her manner. On the morning of the party; we called to ask if the order was being processed. No one answered which threw me in panic mode thinking something happened that closed the restaurant for the day. Not a minute later employee Jenisis returned my call putting my mind at ease and apologizing for not being able to answer right away. She was kind, sincere in response, had the order ready early and designed, filled and cut each sandwich to our specifications. Everyone LOVED the sandwiches, I appreciated not having to make them myself - which after checking at 3 grocers would have been a higher cost - and enjoyed the day with family.
