We waited in line for at least 15 minutes and no one acknowledged the long line of people waiting to order at the front counter. When someone finally came over, I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. I told her we have been waiting in line for at least 15 minutes and no one acknowledged anyone in line. I said if someone said I'll be right with you instead of ignoring the line of people. Also, an employee walked twice past us from the dining room to behind the counter and said nothing. The manager responded with, not everyone speaks English. I was like any kind of acknowledgment would be good. Also, there was no ice melt out at all. I almost fell twice in the parking lot. Then, we watched two people fall. One was an elderly woman and an employee was out there and didn't even help her up. My boyfriend asked the manager to let him go out and salt because two people just fell. She did hand him a bucket to salt the exterior. At the Gardner location, a majority (more than half) of the time the burgers are made incorrectly. When you go to a chain restaurnt like McDonalds, you expect your food to be made a certain way. Burgers are often missing pickles, onions or mustard when the burger would normally include such items. Sometimes, even if you request an extra condement, the burger is made without ANY of the condement at all. The evening hours seem particularly bad with order accuracy, and day shift noticeably better (although not perfect). I have made several complaints to management but the situation has shown little to no improvement. read more

McDonald's has both downsized their staff and upsized their prices. If you must get McDonald's, use their proprietary app to get access to the "deals" that will make the prices feel only slightly worse than they were even 2 years ago. If you go in without the app, expect to pay extortionate prices on everything, from fries that cost over $5 to a burger over $10. At these prices, you deserve better than the typical McDonald's trash they sell. Go support local business - Parker house has a hamburger sub for like 1-2 dollars more, and that comes 3 times the amount of food. Ale house has comparable prices to this place. I'm a local and have been frequenting this location for years, lately it's not good. Quality is very hit or miss; sometimes the order is correct, but most of the time they screw it up and get it wrong. They'll often ignore requests to add or remove condiments and toppings at drive through. Today got chicken nuggets and they were cold and disgusting. They also advertise special sauces, but never actually have them in stock; this is literally false advertising and seems dishonest to keep advertising promotions they are not competent enough to successfully run. Today was the third promotion in a row where they're consistently sold out, even on "days they restock". I'm done with this location, I'm sick of the poor quality, dishonest promotions they can't keep up with, and lousy customer service, no thanks. read more

Not a Bad Mickey D's. I have not eaten anything at a McDonads but fries and shakes since 2006 and I'm proud of it. I like that this one has 2 lines for drive-through. Even in bad weather, they are open on time and late. Sometimes especially in the morning however it can be very busy and you may be waiting a while. Service is always pleasant but nothing out of the ordinary. The new hot chocolate is becoming my new favorite. OK Mcdonalds you can have this one! read more

WOW what an absolute joke! This is by far my worst experience at McDonald's ever. Cashier seemed annoyed that i was ordering food. Then followed up with they were only accepting cash...which was a problem since 90% of the world uses some form of card nowadays...then proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure of the prices, this is after I had to stop at an ATM to get CASH, so I couldn't order certain items or i had to look them up on the McDonald's APP to tell the cashier what the prices were. It took 15 minutes to get our order of 3 burgers, a small fry, and 3 drinks. They didn't even give us our cups so we could get our drinks while we waited. It did give me a chance to watch the cleaning person at work. The SAME rag was used on the trash, tabletops, and benches. No disinfectant spray was used. The rag was dirty.
