When I went there was no bad smell at all (it actually had no smell). (Added another star for that) General food was okay nothing special but one thing that was not the best was the ribs and corn (the ribs were cold and not warm or ANYTHING, it seemed that it was microwaved as well as the corn and french fries, I also had the chicken pattie it smelled as if it was bought breaded and not made from scratch it also was microwaved. ( did not add stars for that) Food seemed overpriced for what it was. The staff was really nice actually no problems with staff at all. The waitresses even asked if I needed anything extra (which they should in general) added a star for that. If you want to eat some where where you are really hungry I don't recommend due to it being overpriced and not made well.

Stone Water Pub offers a charming setting right in the heart of the Thousand Islands, with a…read morebeautiful riverside location, cozy interior, and genuinely friendly service. The food is great -- fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. It's the kind of place you want to like. That said, for the price, the portions feel underwhelming. The smashburger, while tasty, is about the size of a standard McDonald's cheeseburger, and a handful of fries just doesn't cut it at this price point. A bit more generosity on the plate would go a long way in matching the quality of the experience with the value. Still worth a visit -- just don't come too hungry.

I only recall trying poutine when I was younger so I figured I'd give it another try. They have Poutine as a whole order, but I was glad to see that they have it as a side option. The food entries comes with a side of your choice (fries, house salad, sweet potato fries (+$2.99) , caesar salad (+$3.50), or poutine (+$3.50)). The portions of the food were huge, so you definitely get your bang for your buck here. Each dish was neatly placed and was so good! The bread from the club was crunchy yet soft and the chicken was moist. The ingredient felt very fresh! The poutine was a tad salty, but I think that is how poutine is? Since it's gravy and cheese (two salty ingredients). It was just the perfect amount to share with the family since we all just wanted a little bit to refresh our taste buds. My family also ordered the Chipotle Chicken Caesar Wrap with the house salad ($19.99); Fish and Chips ($19.99), and Grilled Chicken Club with the house salad ($19.99). The chipotle chicken caesar wrap was HUGE. My mom said it was very good and that it wasn't too overpowered with all the flavors and sauces. I was able to try a bite of her house salad and was also impressed by the fresh ingredients of the salad. You can tell it is a good salad when the salt actually crunches and does not just wilt there. The Fish and Chips were pretty good according to my brother in law. Crispy, not totally too greasy and a large piece on top. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal here in this small town. It had a cosy interior with very nice staff. FYI, the menu is located solely online! Reception could be a little spotty, so they have wifi for you in case you need it! Service was pretty attentive and our waitress was phenomenal and really upbeat and sweet. They were on it with the refills too. I really thought the kids would love their food, but they just picked at it during the dinner. What kid says no to waffle fries and a hot dog? Apparently the hot dog looked to juicy? lol. My french fry loving son, had no issues with his fries but skipped the chicken nuggets. My poor husband had to polish off whatever was not eaten by our kids after he ate his burger and poutine. I had the plantbased burger and I had no complaints. I will say their pickles are really great on the burger and loved their house sauce that came on it as well. Their fries are on the meatier side and I only ate a couple and passed the rest on to the kids, since the burger was pretty filling on its own. They had toy story playing on the tv in the restaurant. Super cute. It was pretty pricey coming to around $100 after everything was paid out. I'd probably come back for some apps and small bites in the future when visiting in town.
