I forgot my breakfast this morning so I stopped at McDonald's. To get my usual the Oatmeal is not bad not great just something to get something in my stomach. It comes with apple crumbles & raisins all it really need is cinnamon & some vanilla. But it was very hot which I was shock but grateful. The food was fresh and so good! The dinning area was big, clean, and looked like it was remodeled with new tables and chairs. The employees were sweet and patient while we tried to figure out what we wanted. The ONLY thing we didn't like was the arctic temperature inside the building. We were freezing! This place always has something wrong, forgets something, or was made poorly. I went there yesterday and got what was supposed to be a hamburger but could pass for a hockey puck used in the NHL playoffs. There really are differences in the way these places are run. Yes, I get it. It's a McD's. But this is a very schizophrenic McD's. Although I try not to eat McD's too much, on occasion, I'm just too lazy to cook, so I'll go through the drive through - which is super efficient, fast, and runs like the well greased machine it is. But, if one should decide to go INTO this McD's, you're going to get the world's slowest cashier...who will not understand your order...and will take 3000000 hours to pull it together. It's not just once...but EVERY time. Drivethrough - miracle of speed and science. Dinein - medievel house of fatty torture. So of course, I now try to always dine-in. I'm usually so frustrated by the end of getting my fatty food that I can't finish it and have to throw it away...which will also be the basis of my new diet plan empire. Seeing as I work right behind this McDonalds, I visit this location often (probably more often than I should). Usually I have a great experience, and it's in and out in less than five minutes, unless it's a large order. The drive-thru is a completely different story. This is the worst placed drive-thru I have ever seen at any form of fast food restaurant. As I mentioned, I work behind this building, so I constantly see all of the cars blocking traffic, all of the car horns honking, and the occasional fender bender due to the cars in line for McDonalds. I once timed someone to go in and place a rather large order, just to see how quick it was as opposed to the drive-thru. It took seven minutes to get in and out for that person, while the twelve cars in the drive-thru had only moved up one space. Now, as far as the staff itself, almost everyone is pleasant and friendly. However, when I went in to this location on 5/17, I was not happy with how the experience went. I walked up to the register, and was "helped" by a man named Robert. Oh, Robert. Why do you have to be so incredibly condescending? I asked if the salads were back yet, seeing as they had signs up for the past two weeks stating they were out because of the E. Coli craze sweeping the nation. Robert looked at me as if I had grown another head and said "uh.. yeah of course we have them, why wouldn't we?" I said "well the sign on your door for the past two weeks stated that you didn't have any", to which he responded with "well we must have been out that day." Note how he said "that day" when I said "the past two weeks". Anyways, I proceeded to place more of my order as he rolled his eyes and punched in the items. I asked for a McDouble, and I admit this was my mistake as I forgot that they no longer carried McDoubles. Robert, however laughed and said "there's no such thing as a McDouble, unless you meant a bacon McDouble." I said "sure, can I have that please?" He rolled his eyes, said "I guess" and punched it in. I then asked for a twenty piece nugget meal, which when I have ordered that in the past, wasn't an issue, however I felt the deja-vu hit me as he said "there's no such thing as a twenty piece nugget meal, unless you want to add a fry and a drink." I said yes please, and he rolled his eyes for the third time as he asked me what size. I said large, and then he proceeded to look my body up and down, laugh to himself, and punch it in. The entire ordering process was an absolute nightmare and I have no idea why the management at this location believes he should be in direct communication with the customers. I informed my coworkers the second I got back to work that if we all decide we want McDonalds, and I walk over and Robert is behind the counter, I'm walking out and we're going somewhere else. I would also like to note that in case any employees of this McDonalds read this review, this would have been a four star review with high praise (except for the drive thru). However, the sole reason it is a two star review is because of that rude, arrogant, and condescending man that you allow behind the counter. I'm talking about you, Robert. read more

Drive-thru is great. Friendly people and fast service. Every now and then they might miss something off your order though. If you can. Steer clear of going inside! It's a hang out spot for all the local "thugs" and high school kids. Someone's bound to ask you for some change. Definitely my go to Micky d's. I just never go inside anymore. read more

Drivethrough people are very friendly - though sometimes VERY slow In terms of food, however over the past few weeks their EGGS have been HORRIBLE!! I try to stop and grab eggs there if I forget to make breakfast, and they look like they have been made the day before and left to harden overnight. Steer clear of the eggs - they will disappoint 80% of the time. They also lack attention to detail - you may get many napkins and condiments, or none - and its as though they KNOW they aren't handing you the right thing. I got my food, and a delivery man yelled at one of the cashiers "It's a 2010 Toyota Corolla." That's what I drive. I asked what the problem was. I have been coming to this McDonald's for years and today out of all days I had to come inside because the drive thru couldn't get my order right.
