The food was perfect with cooked beef from the quarter pounder. The fries are salty and well seasoned. The worker didn't know the allergens in the chicken nuggets. My husband and I were driving separately during our move down south and met up at this McDonald's because they're 24/7 and we were still on the road at 2am. I've been to this location several times with almost the same results. It seems the younger the employees, the less they care about taking orders, customer service and accuracy of the food. Im not sure why someone decided to put the wrong bread and egg on my sandwich which was made twice! I pulled off assuming that they got it right the second time. On a whim, we decided that we both wanted a Big Mac from McDonalds. So, we went thru the drive thru and ordered two Big Mac Meals that came with the burger, fries and a soda. It has been a really long time since we stopped at a McDonalds for lunch. We were shocked at the price of $17.47 for 2 meals. Went to this location tonight. Manager on duty is barking orders at employees and trying to assert his dominance over them. I couldn't help but laugh at the guy. It was rather pathetic. Talk to your employees, not scream and yell at them. Doesn't matter if it's rush or not. Ordered a couple of the holiday pies. Had to wait 10 minutes on them to cook. They were cold still. Other employees were great. Manager needs more training or to just be fired. I'm sure the employees would be much happier and a better work environment read more

I placed a mobile order and ordered two quarter pounder with cheese . June 28, 2020 11:30 a.m. Due to Covid-19 we understand there are restrictions at restaurants and that they can seat up to 50% capacity. I could not find under Phase 3 that restrooms were to be closed or seating was not allowed at fast food restaurants. Is there a restriction for fast food venues that I missed? On our trip from Pittsburgh to North Carolina we stopped at the McDonalds at 5420 Jefferson Davis Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA, on June 28, 2020 around 11:30 a.m. Dine-in seating was not available and the restrooms were blocked off to customers. Carry out/drive through were offered. Staff was not very friendly and I felt that they thought they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. Are there local restrictions for fast food restaurants or does the management team not want to pay their staff to clean tables and restrooms? Won't be stopping by here again. read more

This event happened literally less than five minutes ago. My family and elderly grandmother came to this establishment to use the restroom after a long day of driving and to pick up dinner. There was about 3 cars in the drive thru on our arrival. My grandmother, mother and daughter went to order while my son and I finished using the restroom. My elderly grandmother and mother stood there about 5-10 minutes after a tall bald employee said he'd take our order we waited and waited and I came from the restroom asking another employee who was purchasing a drink at the register if he could take our order. He told us no one would take our order and to use the kiosk which we were unfamiliar with. My mother asked why couldn't they check us out if the other man said someone would be right with us. The tall bald man told us he was checking out the drive thru first who was here before us...at this point it had been about 15-20 minutes of being in this establishment, the wait so long my children went to the play area and only two cars in the drive thru which the three that had been there when we arrived were already gone. The man kept saying he would get to us and never did at that point i told my mother I don't want to eat here my mother went to the restroom while my elderly grandmother and I went to take the children to the car who were exhausted and hungry at this point since the workers refused to assist us after my mother asked if it would be better if we went thru the drive thru to which the tall bald man replied someone will be with you and we had been nothing but polite and patient and now being frustrated because we just want to order, eat and go home facing many hours ahead. My mother goes to the restroom and a male of Caucasian descent walks in uses the restroom and approaches the register the tall worker immediately stopped taking orders from the window and went to assist this Caucasian male. My mother approached the tall worker and asked why he immediately took this man's order after we had waited for so long he said we were "wrong to roll up on him" when we questioned what was taking so long. We are educated women of African descent and were nothing but patient and respectful and when we "questioned this worker because of the extensive wait" he decided to ignore us. But when the a Caucasian male walked in he immediately served him. This was nothing but racism at its core and McDonald's should be ashamed to employee such a person read more

However, 9/10 times (no exaggeration) this restaurant is closed (either they tell me or nobody answers the drive thru) when I go there between the hours of 12am to 4am. This has happened 10+ times, it's honestly ridiculous. I don't know if the employees just clock in and ignore everything or what... but it's too consistent for it to be chalked up to mistake. Almost every time I come to this location I experience some sort of issue, usually with customer service. I normally only stop here if someone else is with me and they want me to stop. By far the best out of any other McDonald's location. The food was extremely fresh, delivered promptly, and the staff were very friendly. I wish I lived closer to this location because the food tastes completely different from any of the locations near me. It may become our break stop when traveling in the future. read more
