Date: November 6, 2025 I came through the drive thru today and had a really bad experience with one of the managers, Monia. When we asked for a tray (because we had 3 drinks), she immediately caught an attitude and started making faces. When she handed us our food, she left super fast only for us to realize we were missing two fries and one of our drinks was only filled halfway. We waited at the window and even though she came back and saw us, she completely ignored us. Thankfully, another employee eventually helped us, but the whole experience was just rude and unprofessional. For reference, she had bright ugly neon earrings and red glasses. This McDonald's is the worst. Two days in a row we had issues. Day one we go to get breakfast at 8:30am. We were told they were out of orange juice which seemed outrageous. The next day we ordered the hotcakes. Get to the window pay and grab the bag...no syrup. I ask for syrup and was told they were out of syrup lmao. Fries are always cold like from the hour before (even when ordering at 1050am), and amazing incompetence roaming. I saw a lady order 2 cheeseburgers and fries and they give her 1 and fries. So amazingly they were shocked that someone didn't look at the screen correctly. Staff always looks lost when things are simply displayed in pictures of what to do, and have no sense of urgency when making things. It's interesting that after all these years of getting such better customer service at CFA that the one-time king of fast food (McD's) still hasn't learned how to hire and train people appropriately to deliver better service and a better product. I stopped in for lunch and they weren't busy, so I tried their touch screen ordering system. It's pretty neat, but a pain to look up the meal numbers that are posted on the menu board, so I just ordered a'la carte (not sure if there was any discount from doing so). That process didn't take long and then I sat down. Within a few minutes, someone brought my food out to me. The burger was under-dressed and salty. The fries were nice and hot and over-salty. Overall, for the few bucks I spent, I guess I can't complain. But this was all basically how I remember it from a few years ago, which is why I typically only visit a McD's about once a year or longer. This particular restaurant is new, as they recently opened it. It was nicely laid out and decorated. The one cashier they had was walking around sweeping in the lobby and not paying attention, as I saw a group of girls walk in and take 5 cups from the stack of cups at the register and go help themselves to drink without paying. I found this typical of the service at McD's as they seem to be disconnected from the needs of customers in the restaurants. Not really interested in going back, but probably will if in a pinch and very hungry for a quick, cheap bite. read more

McDonald's my memories of you are fond. Me and my children and grandchildren have eaten with you for decades and now I think we must part. You show me pictures and commercials of beef patties coming hot and sizzling off the grill but in person your sizzling patties are fizzled out. I ordered a Big Mac meal. First Big Mac was cold, the cheese, rubbery but not melted. I figured if I ordered light sauce my burger WOULD BE sizzling hot, very warm at best. Ordered light salt on the fries with the same assumption. Hot fries. Second mac was the same temperature, I'm sad. I hate break ups! I know I am only one person. Night manager is the worst. She always seems soooo flustered even when the drive through isn't busy in the least. I've been the only patron and she's basically yelling at customers including myself. She seems overworked or not okay with this shift. Usually my food is correct but not always even when I order ahead on mobile. Hate coming here after midnight because of her. She copped an attitude with me when I stopped at the "pay here" window but was too lazy to come to the window and tell me to move Fwd. pretty sure the "cash only" after midnight is a way to steal money from the owner. If you place an order on the app they're fine with that but if you pull up to place a new order they say it's cash only. Doesn't seem very kosher. Ordered a SHAKE on the app that was over $3. What made my day that morning? One word, Madison. I am so glad that she works at this McDonald's and what's the best part of that is, she was working when me and my friend ordered. What a sh@thole. Tables were filthy, floor was sticky, and whomever the young man wearing the shirt and tie in the back was, was rude. The ketchup dispensers were empty, I went to ask for ketchup, he threw the packet container on the counter and walked away. When a customer asks to add an additional item to their order (because they weren't asked if they were through so you didn't allow them to finish), do not acknowledge there request by saying, "thank you" repeatedly in a disrespectful tone.
