The app takes orders for items they are out of. Then you have to wait like a new order. There over 45 mins for an order I did on my phone.

I believe the machine has been fixed. Sodas are cold and carbonated. The staff are friendly and quick, as usual. read more

Mixed run-of-the-mill results of this visit to this Mickey Ds. Crowded parking lot with drive-thru two lanes very busy (6-8 cars in each). Quite a few folks also making their way across the parking lot towards the entrance. (And it's an hour and a half past noon.) I decided to try using the app to order and get curbside delivery. There were only four slots available for that, & only one was open. So I quickly navigated my way through the mobile app menu. (Innumerable cars still backed up in drive-thru line behind me.) I waited likely no more than three or four minutes and my order was delivered!!! Holy cow I never expected this kind of efficiency. 5 stars - no question. As for the food...meh. I did get free fries with my Mac rib. But, the Mac rib was a disappointing hot mess. Fortunately, I had covered my chest & lap with a large towel, anticipating just such an occurrence. LOL. Sandwich was bland, and had only two measly pickles and just as few onions. Really!?! I think I remember a much more generous dressing (in terms of condiments) with the original. Then again, I haven't had one for years and of course things change....often not for the better. Soft drink was extremely watered down. Another disappointment. Fries were good...they haven't changed much. So for food ..... a scant 2 stars. No, I can't say I'll be back anytime soon. read more

This McDonald's looks clean and well kept looking in from the windows and appears to do a great drive through business. I prefer to eat inside but found the doors locked (which is probably why it looks so clean.) I was there for breakfast and not wanting to do the drive through opted to find a Chick-fil-A. I am only rating it a one since I could. Not eat in. I would have rated higher if they bothered to put a notice on the door About the inside not being open in the morning. read more

Looks clean but customer service is HORRIBLE. The lady at the counter could barely speak English. Overcharged for my meal, she didn't know what to do, the drive-through 'supervisor' type person came over and basically told me to go call corporate and corporate will fix it. After I got home and researched the topic this is 100% an outright lie, you need to get refunds from the store. Absolutely the worst managed McDonald's out of any I have been to in the southern Nashville metro area. Completely trash. They close early and haven't had correct business hours on their website since Covid. They just don't care at this location. Unfortunately, they still make money, so they have no incentive to change. Oh - don't waste your time ordering breakfast here on if you're remotely close to 11am. They're looking to get out of breakfast as soon as they can (no surprise). Even if you mark yourself at the restaurant at 10:57, they don't *actually* start working on your order until you get to the ordering screen, despite clearly saying otherwise in the app. McDonald's is already trash. We placed a mobile order and they told us to pull forward and gave us our receipt, our drinks, then told us to wait at the next window. After about 10 minutes, someone came to us and said "can I help you?" And we were like yeah we were told to wait here for our order. And we gave them the receipt and they apologized and came back with our order but it was missing like 3 things. If you want McDonald's find a different one read more

This location is the worse. It says it closes at 12 am but they are so lazy they are always "closed" after 10. They won't answer you on the drive thru but you can see them all inside. I drove in to the drive thru at 10:54 but apparently they close at 11 I sat at the window until 11:03 and she finally opened the window and said we're closed. absolutely terrible. Pulled up to the speaker after driving around and sitting at the speaker for almost 20 MINUTES!! The person on headset was an absolute prick. Pulled up to the speaker the second time and he yelled "WE ARE CLOSED!" and we sat there and shock and he goes "WE ARE CLOSED!! WE ARE CLOSED!! WE ARE CLOSED!!" Nice, modern location with quick service. The only negatives were that bathrooms were not well maintained, sinks were pretty gross and toilet paper roll was on the ground which meant having to decide to skip it or pick up the roll and use it knowing it had been on the ground. I rarely go to McDonald's but I needed a quick breakfast and iced coffee and their egg and cheese McMuffin never disappoints. What gives this 5 stars is the very friendly and attentive staff. The drive thru line was long but no wait inside. The space was very clean. If you must go to McDonald's, this one is great, just don't supersize, no one needs all those calories. read more

Hardly eat here but when I do it's mainly for my kids. Over the past year or 2? the drive-thru lines are extremely long and too slow. And more times than not the window cashiers are not friendly, no customer service skills. Oh yeah, the last time the cashier at window made me sit at order screen 3 min before I said hello. Then she took my order. I know they have cameras but.. at window, she was on her phone. So she was on her phone instead of taking my order. What? Now I save my time and go in to get my order and I'm out in 2 min. Not very convenient. Went through last night at 10:05 pm. Got fries in the drive through that were cold and chewy. Went back but doors were locked. Had to wait through kind again (5 cars, maybe 5-7 min) to get new fries. I've been to this location many times (I live in the area) and I've always found it to be fast and friendly. The food is always hot and accurate. It's typically a busy location and yet can usually get through the line quickly. The staff has always treated me to a friendly and attentive attitude. I'd rate it a five star but it does appear to need some updating in the dining room area. read more

Nashville was busy today for the total eclipse. They have no idea how much money they lost in one day. It has to be insane. You cannot go in the restaurant. Doors are locked. It was 3 pm. We got in the drive thru line only to find out the ice cream machine was broke and they were out of other things. We left without making any purchase and went to Wendy's down the street. Very clean establishment. Average service. Ordered sundaes but they didn't have any ice cream at 9:30. Excellent chicken sandwich, but the sauce was a bit scant. Thoroughly enjoyed the industrial feel. Comfortable seats. The lack of ice cream really disappointed our medium sized party. read more
