When picking up, it did look like the space could use a bit of TLC in terms of cleanliness, though it was a busy Friday night, so that might have just been timing. After ordering, we grabbed our iced tea and headed for the condiment station, where I discovered the true MVP of the experience... ketchup ON TAP. I don't know why this impressed me so much, but it did. It felt oddly luxurious. Like a soda fountain, but for fries. The food took a few minutes, but when it arrived, it was straight-out-of-the-fryer hot. I have to admit the chicken was really good. Crispy, juicy, and worth the hype. The fries were average, the one-and-only chicken sauce was decent, and the Texas toast was surprisingly solid. Overall, I'm glad we tried it. Dining area was fairly clean and staff is doing the best they can. They do get the line moving quickly as well as orders. Bathrooms were a mess. Food was good - very hot (temp wise) so if you have kiddos pull it apart to cool. Delicious and good portion. I will say packaging for kids combo is meh and also there wasn't a prize and the line was too big to ask for one. Food tasted like it would at any location. Soda machine was down but luckily we are tea drinkers. Probably go back but would be drive-thru. Might take a few months to figure out that dining situation.

The food was delivered in about 7 minutes and was hot and good. A bit *too* heavy on the Cajun seasoning on the fries, but not really a complaint. The bigger issue, of course, is the price tag for what it, essentially, a minimalist dinner. I'm pretty sure that's the case with most Five Guys, so it'll probably be a couple years before I visit a Five Guys again, unless either the prices go down or I get a helluva raise.
