We waited 45 minutes in drive thru. We used app to order ahead. The staff would not allow us to pick up order in store. We had already paid. Order time 7:15. Finally picked up at 8pm. Asked staff about the delay. I was dismissed. Order 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Don't bother sending a comment. They use AI to respond.

    Piece of bone.

I ordered 3 set of fries and only received two. I also bit into a chicken nugget and a piece of bone came out of it.. If i gave it to my niece , she would've choked. I don't understand why there was a piece of bone in it anyways.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Too soggy and cold. Takes forever to go thru the drivethru. Overall disappointment.

We made a reservation on their website and got seated promptly. We noticed how cozy and clean the restaurant was. Very inviting. They have steps to the main entrance door and a ramp for those with a mobility accessible device. Our server was very bubbly and friendly. We got a salad and a Lo Mein dish. Both were delicious and excellent. My salad could had been larger, but it was not bad. The Lo Mein had the right amount of seasonings and not too salty. Very good. Located right off the main square, it's a great choice for a meal. They have about 20 parking spaces in their private lot including one handicap space.

I will preface that the restaurant was extremely crowded and maybe short staffed. Our dishes took forever since a lot of the other guests (us included) were attending a comedy show close by. Our sever did apologize and mentioned the kitchen was backed up. And, the General Manager also apologized after the fact which I appreciated as well. Food: I ordered their Harvest Salad with Steak on it and it was awful. Steak had no flavor and also came with very little dressing. My husband ordered their Buffalo boneless chicken and said they were lacking sauce. Service: Lacked due to the overcrowded of the restaurant. We sat awhile before being greeted and our drinks took forever. Ambiance: the restaurant has a warmth and nice decor making you feel very comfortable here. Bar seats are very comfy. Overall: 3.5/5 we have been here before and always had a nice time. I think since it was very busy they could not handle the timing of the food and deliver excellent service. I will be giving them another shot for sure. Cheers ~

Yes, it really is gator, and they are bite sized! (Tenderloin in the description had me thinking they were larger) Now, since I've not had gator before, I really have nothing to compare to. Still, the dish seemed to be cooked quite nicely. The breading added a nice crunch, but these being slightly larger than popcorn chicken, they had a little more breading than I would have liked. Also nicely seasoned! Personally I could have used a touch less salt, but I know this is due to heightened sensitivity on my part. The kicking bayou sauce was pleasant, but didn't offer enough kick for me. It was creamy and savory, and did offer a nice dimension to the dish. They also have hot sauces on the side if you are looking to add that kick! I can't really comment on the price, since events like July 4th usually result in higher prices. The service was fairly quick, especially for something that came out fresh! I'd be happy to give this truck another try, only I don't see myself going down for o Rhode Island for it... yet

We decided to try their bison cheese burger ($11) and an added side of fries ($2). I judge my burgers by the amount of grease and cheese. This one was not lacking in either. It was so tasty, a bit messy but amazing non the less. Did I mention that the burgers are served on a Calise roll, so soft and fluffy. It also had crunchy bacon and the side of fries were perfectly crisp. I also am a fan of sriracha so it's always a plus when it is offered at a food truck or restaurant. The woman working was super friendly, fast and efficient.

The crinkle-cut fries were fried to crispy perfection. The quahog and chowder get a true New England stamp of approval (I grew up here and now live in the Philly area, so I know what I'm talking about). The fish and chips portions were enormous, golden, crispy, and delicious. Even though the inside was packed, the staff cranked up the heaters and gave us the patio all to ourselves, which was a great touch and showed how much they care about their guests. The place has a classic New England feel, bringing back memories of growing up camping at Normandy Farms down the road. The owners were welcoming and genuinely hospitable, which really set this place apart. Fantastic food, nostalgic vibes, and top-notch hospitality. On to see the Tom Brady statue -- Go Pats!

There are tables (self seating), sauces/condiments station, self serve fountain drinks, and flat screen TVs in the dining area. The gameday menu offers several appetizers, salads, BBQ smoked meats (pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, baby back ribs) sandwiches & platters, grilled cheese sandwich, and burgers. I ordered the Pulled Pork Platter ($17 plus tax) which includes choice of two sides and cornbread. The food was hot and ready at the pickup counter in under 5 minutes. The portion of food was generous with a big mound of tender smoked pulled pork, cheesy Mac & cheese, and a creamy potato salad with hard boiled egg pieces in the mix. The cornbread was crumbly and not too sweet. I dispensed some St. Louis and House BBQ sauces (sweet & smoky) and they also have a spicy BBQ sauce too. A local, I've eaten there three times and it's consistently good, with friendly staff. It's good for takeout or sitdown in a no-frills dining room. Patriot Place is a weird location - because of the football games and concerts that bring in lots of one-time eaters, restaurants there don't really have to try, and most just... don't try. So many food places sound good, with wonderful menus, but turn out to be deeply meh or outright inedible. It's been a nice change that Axel & Byrne is actually good food, every time. I really like their burnt ends platter, and the homemade vinegary Carolina sauce. I ended up stealing fries from my friend's plate and dipping them in the Carolina sauce, and mmmmmmm. So good.

The food and service were not up to snuff, as our waitress was rather slow and inattentive. The salad I ordered was STILL not correct in that it featured items which I specifically asked to be removed. I did note that my salad was brought out in a bowl and not a sheet pan, which was an improvement over last time. The thing was that there were less than 10 people in the restaurant at the time as we arrived around noontime and I would have thought that the waitstaff would have had the time to attend to us in a proper fashion, but they were content to mill about close to the bar area. The drinks were OK and though not spectacular, were still good and met with my expectations. Apparently, management has yet to take appropriate steps to ensure that the waitstaff is attentive and the food is brought out properly. My wife ordered things that were more in line with this restaurant's strengths and she thought everything was fine, but as with the last time I was here, it seemed that little attention was paid to dishes that are not fried or battered in some way. While I realize that it is impossible to be all things to all people, when I order something at a restaurant, I expect it to be perfect considering the prices. All in all, I will not be returning to this place unless some serious improvements are made not only in the quality of the dishes, but in the attentiveness of the staff.
