On the 5 HWY you're sometimes limited on places to stop quickly but this McDonald's on off the 5 hwy is our usual stop to pick up a snack and use the restrooms. In the past the restrooms have been dirty and we just survived it but today we just stopped and the restrooms were more than disgusting, unsanitary, beyond wrong!!! One stall was out of order and the other two were so dirty. Trash, used toilet paper all over the floor and the trash can in the stall was full and over flowing with dirty diapers and women's things. I wanted to throw up, I was beyond being able to wait another moment to run somewhere else. The floor was filthy and you could see that a mop Had not been used for a long time under all that trash. The sink was just as bad with a huge jug of soap that had to be picked up And poured out, along with no paper towels and no toilet seat covers. The thought of eating anything that came out of that kitchen of employees that had to be ok with these conditions in the restrooms spoke volumes to what they might consider ok in their kitchen and use of our food prepared. If this is what raising our minimum wage is going to bring in our country then we will find other courses of bathroom use that will be much cleaner, even if we have to carry it with us. Packing our own lunch or dinner won't be a problem either. So disgusted and disappointing !!! So beware if you stop here. read more

I came here because it's connected to a gas station. My son was hungry and I decided to order. When you're in a rush the self ordering menu is a little confusing. If I'm doing half the job it should be cheaper. There was a long wait. When I got my order a woman called my number set the bag and walked to the back. She was missing my drink and did not offer ketchup. I stood there fo a while then the manager was doing an order I asked her for my cup. She grabbed a cup with her fingers on the inside. During Covid-19 I'm sure it's not ok. Overall a bad experience. If you're hungry go to the gas station. read more

Dirties McDonald's I have ever been to. McDonald's is McDonald's when it comes to food, but the service and the cleanliness makes a difference. This was the worst experience ever, sad to say. You're supposed to order at the touch screen kiosks but it barely works, no employees willing to help. We got an order number but come to find out they didn't have it on their end. Was around the corner to charge my Tesla so grabbed a quick bite to my surprise a young man name Eddie not only greeted me right away while occupied as he was mopping the floor but after I picked up my food he said I kid you not "drive safe brother" in a very genuine manner. This pandemic has been tough on folks this young man's kind demeanor is exactly what some folks need right now. Also I didn't know his name so called in to ask. The lady took the phone call was very polite and kind. I seriously did not this kind of customer service from Mcdonald. Wow. Also food tasted fresh and hot. read more

Super super slowest McDonalds that I have ever been to. Kiosk, online or in person doesn't matter. People wanted to order at cashier but no one showed up so forced use kiosk or left. We did online ordering in the store and have been waiting over 20min now. And still waiting! read more

Well this is the rest area that seemingly everyone decides to go to, including us. The bathroom is always very crowded with a long line (especially the women's), and parking can be a hassle. But hard to avoid the siren call of McDonald's after hours of boring driving on the I-5. This McDonald's is combined with a Chevron and it's not that big inside. read more

Ok, I've been to this McDonald's over 30 times and seen it evolve and improve. The staff is fast and efficient. The gangster managers are gone. They have remodeled the interior. This has always been a busy McDonald's all hours of the day and they get your food quickly now. 4 stars are in comparison to other McDonald's and not other real restaurants. There are two new burgers s Swiss mushroom burger and a bacon smokehouse burger. The restrooms are in the back of the convenience store. The reason I wind up here is the Chevron Gas station that shares the building and parking lot. read more

I'm a McDonald's supporter in general. I admire how standardized and dependable they are, and how they run their businesses around the world. You can pretty much count on going to any McDonald's anywhere in the world and not worry about getting sick. You know what you're going to get at McD's. My recent visit to this location was disappointing. Although we went at 11:00am, the burgers we ordered were all cold and hard as if the meat was leftover from the night before. read more

Coffee machine broken at this remote McDonalds spot conveniently attached to a Chevron off Panoche. Make sure you use your McDonalds app code to save on your deals. We utilized a BOGO $1 breakfast sandwich this am but left with Coke instead of coffee since the machine was down. Bust. read more

We stopped here for lunch, the women behind the counter, young, heavy set, blonde with tattoos was not wearing a mask and was rude as hell to everyone who wore one. We noticed she was rude to her co-workers. When we ordered she looked us up and down, gave us attitude and said really can't you make up your mind? I just looked at her and thought she must be rather unhappy. The place also was dirty. The counters were dirty. I hope the owners see this. read more

I only come to Mikey Dees for their breakfast. Gotta say, this McD's severed one of the best sausage egg McMuffin. So soft and fluffy, and the juiciness of the sausage and melted cheese makes this place a must for the I5 stopover. Thank you store 16753 for the amazing breakfast! The absolute worst McDonald's restaurant experience I've had in a long time. Probably because I swore off McDonald's for the poor service and terrible food I've experienced at McDonald's restaurants in the past. These employees are NOT able to handle modifications to the sandwiches. They did NOT include the condiments we asked for. The McCafé Frappé is a JOKE. Huge ice chunks in the "blended" drink, and tastes like weak coffee is the base. The nuggets were warm, but the fries were tossed into the bottom of the bag. This is seriously my LAST TIME eating at a McDonald's restaurant in the U.S. I'd give the restaurants a go abroad just to compare, but I'm done with Mickey D's. Pure trash. read more

Unclear why a Tesla Super charger is next door, since most Super charger locations are near quality places. Unfortunately, no fountain drink machines were working as this location and the restrooms were disgusting and flooded and not useable. Avoid this location at all costs. Ordered food from drive thru. They had us park to wait for our fries to cook. They delivered our food and we drive off wanting to hit the road again. They forgot my son's chocolate milk and toy in the happy meal. What a big disappointment! Fries didn't even taste fresh. McChicken & chicken nuggets were dryer than usual too. Would really be nice if you'd listen to the customer's order on the drive through and to tell us that we'd have to move around again to make the additional order when the fault is on the person who takes the order. It's an inconvenience and a hassle especially when we rely on what we tell you and not pay attention to the screen as we trust you would have our orders as we tell it to you over the speakerphone and most often tired from a long drive. No apologies from staff and treating us like it's our fault. This hasn't been the most friendly mcdonald but its the only one on our way whenever we do our long drive. Not the 1st time we have been treated bad by this mcdonalds. read more

Always stop by this McDonald with a gas station when going down highway 5. The workers here are nice and friendly. Tables here are dirty and the floor. My wife said the woman restroom had a cockroach. The mens restroom was out of service so I had to use the one outside. Oh my gosh, its so dirty. read more

McDonald's is not healthy, I know...but I grew up on Micky D's and if I'm traveling and want something cheap and delicious, it's going to be the sausage mcmuffin with egg combo meal. It's always good. There are restrooms inside this McDonald's/convenience store or you can use the ones that are on the other side of the parking lot.
