After my wonderful visit at the location down the street I pull in here and noticed the drive through was clear, just a pick up in front of me so I stayed in my car and figured I'd order in the drive through. Get up there, everything is great, prompt service, polite woman, everything is going good! Well until I pull around to pick up my food.... 2 signs 1 over one window 2 over the other, well McDonald's all have the "double drive throughs" now (another joke on their part but whatever) the truck pulls up to the first window and then pulls ahead to the 2 window, as he pulls forward I stop at the first window and see a heavyset girl WITH HER BACK TOWARDS ME paying absolutely no mind to me, I'm thinking the window must be closed so I begin to pull forward and wait behind the truck. About a minute of waiting I hear someone saying "this is the window you're supposed to be at" I back up and said excuse me. This girl decides to scold me because I pulled forward, I said I didn't think this window was open since YOU had your back towards me, she shot back in her nasties tone this is the window, the other one is for held orders. Well my asshole switch just got turned on, I said if you were doing your job instead of standing with your back towards me maybe I'd know, do I look like I work for McDonald's?! She did the old eye roll, someone handed her my food and she handed it to me and I was gone. NOW for everyone pushing this $15.00 bullshit, most emt's barely make that, your lazy ass nasty attitude is exactly why I am completely against a high schooler being paid as much or more than someone who saves lives. Your attitude sucked and if I really wanted to be an asshole which is still a possibility I would've went in and had a conversation with you and your manager, maybe tomorrow I'll pay your manager a visit and explain what a wonderful job you did. read more

As of today, the McDonald's BTS meal is a meh for me. Nothing too good about it. The sauces (Cajun and Sweet Chili) are not to die for. Other than the special sauces, it's an ordinary meal. 2/5 wouldn't recommend. read more

I stopped in at 9:00 for a quick breakfast. This is one of my favorite McDonalds location. The staff is usually very nice and friendly and the food is standard but good McDonald's fare. This morning was a little different. I guess Ameana was having a bad day but my arrival at the register seemed to be inconvenient for her. I ordered by number but asked for milk to drink. She was fairly unpleasant serving me. She didn't ask if it was an eat in or a to go order. I suppose that she must fill a lot of to go orders because she grabbed a bag. I was able to get the manager to let her know that it was an eat in order. When she had it all assembled on the tray, she was just short of throwing it at me. She was dressed like an assistant manager or a manager trainee. If she was a trainee, she must not have reached the customer service section yet about being pleasant and making customers feel welcome. The food was as good as usual but I felt uncomfortable after receiving such abrupt service. I am sure that I will return because this location is convenient for me, but I will steer clear of Ameana if she is there. read more

Waited on her help for 5 minutes while ordering in the drive through The sign wasn't updated to reflect a meal that wasn't available anymore and she seem to blame me! The replacement food was wrong and all the fries were cold probably due to the seven minute wait. Actually went in and tried to return the food and waited so long I left the food and the receipt on the counter and walked without my 8 bucks. went to Wendy's success. I attempted, on two separate occasions, to contact the corporate office about the intentionally rude behavior of a manager, to no avail. The treatment from the female manager with a first name beginning with "A" was like something from the Twilight Zone. The original error was McDonald's - not a big deal - until she stepped in. She was not only rude and condescending but seemed to enjoy being that way. I fear for the young people working with her and thinking this is acceptable behavior. read more
