I went through McDonald's drive thru this afternoon for a large fry and a Dr. Pepper. After paying I was asked to pull into a parking spot because they were making fresh fries. No complaints here when I have to wait for hot fries. I'll happily wait. The worker delivered hot fries to my car in less than 3 minutes, but it wasn't until I pulled out of the parking lot that I discovered that my fry container was only half full. The Dr. Pepper was lacking syrup too. What a waste of $5. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could! Absolutely terrible customer service, don't know how to talk to anybody let alone a customer. Rude, obnoxious, using profanity. Had me thinking I was three seconds away from being on Instagram reels coming through the window. Let's not get it twisted I went there at midnight on a Saturday, however neither I or the girl in front of me were drunk or rude. The audacity to think they have the right to speak to customers like they did. The food came out quick, but cold. The inside was closed, and the drive-through was long. Typically I don't have a ton of issues here and I do go multiple times a week for a drink or a happy meal BUT today was a bad experience. I came thru the drive thru and after giving my drive thru code I had to repeat my order 3 times. I pulled up to pay and they didn't put the code in so I had to ask again. Then I got handed the wrong food. Then asked to pull ahead to get the correct food. I watched the kid come out twice and try to hand it off to the wrong car. Even though I don't go to McDonald's or at least not very often, this is the best location in my opinion. I would recommend this location.

McDonald's gets things done in a pinch. While it's not my personal favorite, it might be my three year old boy's. He loves burgers, fries and a milkshake. I do like their Big Mac if you add bacon. And if I visit at breakfast (now served all day?) I like that pancake sandwich thing they have while my toddler likes the pancakes (of course). I did the drive through one evening with my kiddos. We just wanted a little snack and fries sounded just right. I recommend asking for some honey mustard to go with. They filled our order quickly and correctly. read more

The Scott family has got be ashamed of their running of the McDonald's that they have here in Fairborn especially on Kaufman Ave. First thing is 90% of the time you go to their drive thru you don't get what you ordered or it's wrong, I go to this McDonald's because it's convenient especially if my wife and I are to tired to cook after a long day, but I went tonight for their seasonal favorite the mcrib and you'll never guess what, they were out of the mcrib, it's time people to take a stand and stop excepting the mediocre, and your excuse to just say oh it's just McDonald's,. The general manager as of August 6th is a nightmare. Snapping at the poor employees who asked for her help voiding something, didn't even acknowledge me at the first window then when my order was wrong at the second snapped that *I* told her the wrong thing. Employees not wearing masks ! Watched your employee named Hannah think was her name put unsweetened tea in my sweet tea and then she straight lied to my face saying she didn't and refused to remake my tea. Cheeseburger buns were hard and burnt . Burger wasn't hot and tasted old and cold . Wont go to this McDonald's anymore. I travel the farther distance to Broad street where the customer service is excellent and friendly. Might wait couple mins at Broad street but food is hot and everything is made correctly and the workers are friendly . Kauffman ave is rude employees and excuses excuses excuses . Terrible customer service. I tried to just ask a question and ended up having to raise my voice and say "excuse me" several times. I figured they just didn't hear me. I know it gets noisy back there. No, they heard me just fine, and when they finally acknowledged me, the girl just snapped at me that she was "doing something" and I needed to wait. Had an awful attitude. I don't mind waiting, and all I wanted was a cup. I really didn't think I was being rude. Finally, I asked to talk to the manager, and found out the girl who was rude to me WAS the manager. She just hid behind the wall and again didn't acknowledge me. As I was leaving another girl said "have a nice day" in this real snotty way. You can tell when people are being rude just to be rude. I'll endeavor to never go to this location again. I don't get Mcdonald's much anyway, but this really bothered me. Maybe it was just this manager, but I can't recommend this location. read more

Under normal circumstances, I like this McDonald's due to it being close to home. However, tonight, it was the worst experience ever. My husband and I came in, ordered our food. That was ok. What made this trip bad was, there were three teens in there, throwing food at one another, being loud, rude and just plain obnoxious. Management did absolutely NOTHING, not one word, NOTHING to put a stop to them running around, making a mess. One cannot not excuse them as teens being teens. Their behavior in a public place was inexcusable. So, management, please, if teens(no adult was with them) are acting up in the place, have the guts to throw them out or call parents to come and get them. Thank you. read more

This past weekend has been the best. As a PA all star softball team we traveled to Ohio to participate in the World Series Tournament. After our games we stopped at McDonalds and right as they were closing 10:56ish and we still got amazing service. Krichonna was our cashier, she made everything fun and uplifting. I'm so glad to have walked in that night because I now have a great new friend and at the time I received great food and great service. Thank you Ohio! Btw we went more than once ordered about 6 frappes and 10ish teas along with 40 nuggets 2 quarter pounders and a lot more and still received it fresh in a small amount of time. read more

This morning was absolutely ridiculous! I frequent this McDonald's as I work very close to there. With the understanding that this morning was very busy, the dual drive thru was NOT being used properly and I watched 4 cars that ordered from the other drive thru, go in front of me. I usually do not post reviews especially if they're bad but I felt this was warranted and needed to be addressed . I went through the drive-through at 9:15 AM on Friday, July 17 and was greeted at the pay window by an employee that was not wearing a mask. I then pulled up to the window to receive my food only to be greeted by another employee not wearing a mask who then proceeded to open up my bag of food with her face over top of the bag and asked me if I needed ketchup therefore potentially contaminating my food. Due to a time constraint I left the establishment and immediately called the store and asked to speak with a manager. I explained the situation where the mask was not being worn when she was handling my food and was told that some employees, due to health conditions, don't need to wear a mask. I said then why are you having that person work the drive-through, that's not a safe practice. He said that he understands my situation and we ended the call. I am usually a regular there; however, not so sure I'll be going back to that drive-through until this UNSAFE practice is changed. read more
