Never again! Never! I am not generally a huge McD fan, though sometimes it really hits the spot. On this night I ordered it because I had to UberEats it for dinner, and it was the fastest and cheapest thing available. My first order arrived, and it was totally wrong. Not even close. So the Uber driver called McD, and spoke with Kaitlyn (some sort of supervisor or manager, I think). She said she realized after the order left that it was wrong, and my order was still there waiting. She seemed to expect the Uber driver to come back and get it, even though the Uber driver would not be paid for the second trip. Also, my food would already have been cold by this point, let alone by the time it reached me. I told her I didn't want it, but would attempt to place a new order. She apologized, but offered nothing at all in the way of any sort of compensation. I placed a second order, almost identical to the first. Quarter Pounder Meal. It arrived, and all was well... or so I thought. I started it eating while I watched a video on my iPad. It was dark. I wasn't looking. At some point, I had to turn on the light, and was horrified to see that the entire inside of my burger was RAW! I don't mind *medium* rare from home or a nice restaurant, but not RARE, and never from McDonalds! GROSS! I should call the health department. I had a stomachache the rest of the night. Remember back in the day when McDonald's was the epitome of customer service with a smile, and hot, quality food? Yeah me neither. It's hard to believe, I know. This particular store is on the bottom of that steaming pile. The staff is often rude and typically look very unhappy. Their lack of common courtesy is taken almost to an art-form. They are slow and inaccurate. I typically order via the app for curbside pickup and it's not unusual for it to take 15 or more minutes after getting there to get my food. There are numbered spots for mobile orders and yet they walk around to each car like it's the first time they've ever been outside. The space number is on the receipt for heaven's sake. I ordered some chicken nuggets a little while back. These guys were so backed up, busy, chaos inside, etc., that they had me go park (somewhere), before they would bring me the nuggets. What they DIDN'T tell me, was WHERE to park, SPECIFICALLY. So they went to a location that they assumed I would be at. Obviously, I wasn't there. There were no hesitation in opening this cheeseburger. The only thing I noticed was the greeting I was given. Then the burger was placed upside down and I opened the wrapper regular. How hard is it to get a simple cheeseburger correct? I went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with NO onions and NO pickles. Got my order, pulled into the parking lot and opened the cheeseburger to find it full of pickles and onions. Went inside since inside was open and told them they were made incorrectly. Waited like 5 minutes for the replacements, and then opened them out in my car and saw they took off the pickles and onions but didn't put any of the ketchup and mustard. So now it's literally just bread, meat and cheese. Dry as hell! I asked for no pickles and onions, that's it! So why would you take off the sauces as well?! It wasn't very busy, it was only 11:30am, how can you manage to mess up a simple cheeseburger order TWICE! I've had plenty of unprofessional experiences when I try ordering at this location, and it's getting really ridiculous. Packed and busy or not, I'm constantly being parked after ordering through the drive thru and there's not any reason for it either. We wait continuously for at least 30 mins in the parking lot to just either get my food passed to another person or to have it all wrong. Attitudes are shown from the workers when it's there job to make sure their customer's food are suppose to be correct before handouts. It's pathetic that not one skill is ever shown. One of the workers even attempted to give my food to me after passing the food to another customer-- who by the way, dug her hands all into it. Disgusting. This is kinda neat to visit, or drive through after we visit our fav Thai place up the street. Starch-boy doesn't like much in the way of Thai food so we make the quick visit here on the way home. The restaurant has the "retro" style of the older/original McD's the one's with the "golden" arches actually built into the building, it's kinda neat just to see this reproduction. I have been ordering here often for the past 30-60 days, both in person and thru Grubhub. Services has always been great. The food has always been great, properly cooked, received hot, and all orders correct (even sauces). This is absolutely my goto McDonalds. One time I was asked to pull around front to wait for my order and they forgot my medium sugar free vanilla iced coffee. So what did they do, they gave me a large one instead at no extra charge. The fries that I received were lukewarm at best while the sandwich, which was ordered without onions and pickles, instead had everything on it. If it wasn't for McDonald's shiny new toy (the new interior & exterior design) no one would notice the fast food restaurant. Their not much of a difference between all the McDonald's stores and I think that's why they are so popular. OK burgers, great fries & shakes, clean location, fast impersonal service, always near major roads & highways and a kids play gym which is a gem collection.
