Awful customer experience. One must use kiosk as there is no one there to assist. You literally have to almost walk back to the kitchen for any assistance. my first experience here was good when i went at midnight but they gave the same toys for every happy meal we had. The second time I went here at 5:20pm, the girl giving out the order was honestly so slow and so bad. I work in food so experiencing this was disappointing. She did not say a word. The line was super slow and when I came to the window, I figured out why. She kept handing the drinks so I asked for a cup holder because I do think it should be common sense to give a cup holder if there's 3 or more drinks plus mcflurry. She closed the window right away but we waited to ask for 3 straws but she just handed us 2 so we waited again and asked for another one. The bbq sauce in the happy meal was never there. The toys were all the same again. It was kind of annoying because aint no way ure slow and bad at your job. read more

As an uber eats driver, this is by far the worst establishment I could possibly think of to order from or pickup from. This establishment makes sense of the inconceivable and I couldn't care less for their business they are the worst and their employee base is garbage like they pick people and their questions to hire them are "how horrible can you treat every customer here while making their food in the worst fashion possible" and if they say "ill make the customer question people's morals entirely inside a fast food joint" they'll hire them. Their french fries are what I'm looking for. I want hot fries that have salt on them and this place sometimes doesn't always make the hottest fries. I love fish fillet sandwiches and I want my fish fillet done hot. Sometimes I've had to take back my fish fillet because it was not hot. It was actually a little bit hard, but sometimes I've gone here and the food has been absolutely wonderful hot fries, hot food and very sweet. Nice employees it's just a hit or miss but I do love this restaurant and they remodeled it lately so that is really neat. read more

Will get your order completely wrong, tell you they'll only refund you if you come in "tomorrow at 11 am" (I work overnights, it's the only reason I was at this shitty location at 3 am instead of my normal location who actually gets my order right). I've been to this location 3 times in 2 years, the parking lot is always full of trash left lying around. Submit a customer service claim and they will ignore you. Since I won't be getting a refund or getting my food replaced, I'm warning everyone so they can avoid this location and drive to better locations or, if it's after the others have closed, pick a better restaurant like Jack in the Box. This place hates customer service and getting orders correct the first time, and makes inedible food for you so you can't even just enjoy the wrong meal, you literally can't eat it. I am currently waiting in the curbside pickup area after going through the drive-thru. I've been here for 22 minutes to get two breakfast items and I'm still sitting in my car. This location claims to be 24 hours but blocks off the drive thru whenever they feel like it. I arrived and two employees (one smoking and one wandering) in the parking lot saying there "isn't enough crew" for 24 hours despite four cars existing beyond the cones... No response when I asked why they were helping the other customers then? Seems to be a theme with this location turning away customers instead of running the business. read more

Drive thru worker got my order completely wrong, at the window the new worker had trouble clearing it up and called the manager, manager was giving rude looks and rolling his eyes when addressing the issue, after we told them our correct order they had us wait in a drive thru spot and brought out the order with missing items, when I went inside to get said items I was given a stern attitude and then walked away and slammed someone's food on the table. Very poor management and the kid in the drive thru was very tired and they have him taking orders for a whole line around the store at 10:30 at night. At this moment I would recommend avoiding this location. They are significantly short staffed resulting in no service. Not poor service, I mean no service. I went to get drive through breakfast - hungry and eager. They have two drive through lines, both which were rather long. I eventually made my way up to the order screen and I waited 10 minutes and nothing. At first I thought it was just because they were backlogged and were taking a minute to catch up. I tried saying hello and waving my hand to get anyone's attention knowing they have cameras. Nothing. Eventually I gave up and drove up to the pay spot. I received an apology and nothing else. I haven't eaten at McDonald's at all this year. I thought I'd treat myself even though I only like the breakfast there. I was parked for 2 minutes max trying to download the app. I was going to order online then go into the drive thru. Immediately what I assume as the manager came out and told me I can't park there? What am I supposed to do? Order on my phone while I'm in the drive thru? The passive aggressive attitude was really unwelcoming so I went elsewhere. Considering the 1 star rating this store has, I strongly suggest that the owner swaps out these ungrateful employees. I hate the micromanaging culture that is being pushed onto paying customers. Now I live right next to this pace, but I rarely go here and when I do, it's the same experience every time I ordered my food on the app and come pick it up at the front counter every time I enter the store I'll be waiting inside for at least 25 minutes There could be at least five customers standing in front of the counter not even one employee will even come ask us if we have an order or need to make one And today was no different placed in an order at 6:04 and since I know they take ages to even make the order, I give them a little grace period and don't even go down there until about 6:30. I make it to the front counter at 6:37. They had a hard time finding my order said the code was invalid, even though I placed it on the app the lady helping me at the front desk. Said it would be a few minutes next thing I know it is 6.50 and I still have no food. at this point, I am standing at the front counter just waiting for someone to ask me about my order at about 7:10. I finally get the manager over. She has no clue about my order at all says it hasn't popped up on their screen, but I had already talked to an employee prior to this conversation. I asked for a refund at this point I would assume since I had been waiting for an extended amount of time I would've been offered for them to make it but no against policy I guess...... read more

Ok I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's but my smallest son is allergic to garlic ok that's in EVERYTHING!!! So when me and my husband want to go get food from somewhere We stop and get a cheeseburger with only ketchup NOTHING else and my two year old son is so happy!! horrible, second worst McDonalds I've ever eaten at. three of us went all 3 burgers were assembled like the person did it with hatred in mind. their were 3 pickles on my Big Mac but they did not even get them on the bun, I was not sure that was even possable, frys were way undercooked, dinning room was dirty, ketchup dispenser empty, employee came and inspected it smiled and just walked away, everyone who came in seemed to wait a min of 10 minutes for food, we ordered chick nuggets that did not come, I showed the recipe and said did not get them, worker said she would get those for me, 15 min later she clocked out and walked down the road. at least one employee seemed to be in the bathroom at all times, each employee who took food to cars waiting for pickup txted and talked on their cell phones each time while about 8 people standing at counter waiting for food they had ordered 10+ minutes before. read more

I'm sorry this is a long one. Literally 0 stars. The place is awful, for 1 they say they are open 24 hours and they are not at all. For 2 when they do decide to be open the line is a mile long and the food is cold by the time you get it and it's always messed up in some way. My final straw was I placed a mobile order through the app (since it said they were open 24 hours). When I got there they had cones blocking the drive through. The door was proped open and when a worker inside saw me he walked to the door, made eye contact with me, and closed the door and walked away. Didn't bother to come and tell me they were actually closed, which I would have just dealt with and been on my way. So I canceled my order and was trying to place a new order at another location down the street when a different female worker comes up to my car and told me I was not allowed to be in the parking lot. I had let her know that the app allowed me to order here but that I was just reordering at a new location. She then very rudely said that it was a private parking lot and that I had to leave immediately. I literally just had to put 1 more item in my order then I would have left. If they had updated their hours I would not have had to waste my time and money to sit in the "closed private parking lot" to reorder my food at a different location. All in all, awful food and customer service. I would recommend going to literally ANY OTHER Mcdonald's. Also for god sakes if you are not gonna be open 24 hours DO NOT advertise 24 hour service. read more

The long lines aren't really a big deal and usually only happen at peek times,, but the bad food is a problem. Ordered a mcdouble cheese, nuggets, fries, and soda and got Stale fries, Old burger buns, Missing condiments on my cheeseburger, Chicken nuggets that are not crispy at all. The only good thing is my soda. The mcdonalds closer to the Everett Mall is faster and has better food, I'll be going there from now on. read more

I wish I could rate this 1.5 but sometimes they actually do everything right . I'm writing this out of pure frustration ... 90 percent of the the time it's dried/ overcooked, or in the case of last time straight raw food, or the orders are messed up 95 percent of the time... I wouldn't recommend but because most of the time it's there and close and on the way because far as recommendations no please avoid... There are better fast food options, the only met positive is after remodel the staff got nicer. read more

Terrible service, very slow. Came to pick up my order and I should have saw the red flags right away when there was a big line of customers waiting and frustrated not getting orders. An example was a little girl waiting to get a regular coke for a half hour, nobody was serving the counter and it seemed all the attention was going to the drive through. The employees came and asked several times what my order was"just a chicken nugget happy meal " and would go back to the kitchen and seemingly forget about me and other customers waiting an eternity for simple orders. Several people was canceling orders and it took forever to get a refund. The manager and employees were very disorganized and understaffed. Manager was running around like a chicken with his head cut off and everyone else working there seemed very confused about what they was doing, they got tunnel vision and focused solely on drive through orders and ignored and delayed orders from the counter. Another customer complained about the woman's bathroom having a big mess in it , so they had to close the bathroom. The main lobby seemed clean and the ambiance was chaotic because so many customers was in line and upset. Avoid this McDonalds if it's really busy or you're gonna waste an hour of your life waiting and very frustrated. These employees need better training and organization skills. This is the longest time I have ever had to wait at any McDonalds to get a simple order. Terrible experience at this location! read more

The staff has always been kind however, we ate inside recently and asked to use the restroom. It was disgusting. Poop all over the stalls, toilet paper trails, trash overflowing...I mean it was so bad we left in a hurry to locate another option. They also recently gave out expired milk in the happy meals.
