This is probably THE worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The service was horrible and the workers were not very friendly. We were charged for and received an extra sandwich somehow, my wife took it back with the receipt. The manager told her "after we give you food we can't take it back". My wife said I knew you couldn't sell it to anyone else but we didn't order this, the manager said so you want a refund? My wife said yes, we didn't order this and we don't want it. Corporate needs to send secret shoppers to this location and quality review checks because something is definitely going on the person taking the orders cannot get an order correct it is not possible if you ask for anything modified and pay for it like extra bacon or special sauce, it adds another 2 to 3 dollars to your price but not only do you not receive it But you will get no sauce, stale bread and only bacon crumbles like dust. The person making the food is extremely vindictive. I cannot tell you how many times I have almost choked to death on one of their concoctions on my way to work. Several times they are not ready when they open even up to 10 minutes. The water tastes like straight well water with no filtration

Arrived at the drive thru (COVID era here...no going inside) around 8PM on a Monday , a dozen or so cars, more than I'd expect for the day and hour, but still got through reasonably quickly. Ordered the new chicken filet sandwich, and if the version I got here is a fair representation of it, I'd say McDonalds has a winner. Crispy and moist, more substantial than McD's other chicken sandwiches. It was still hot when I picked it up, something that is less often the case these days when drive through lines are longer than usual. Service was efficient and friendly. About all you can ask for from a fast food outing. read more

Terrible food at 7:15 PM on a Friday night. 12 minute wait for QP, fries, cheeseburger. Thought the QP's were now cooked to order. This one sure wasn't. ICE COLD And when I pay 30 cents extra for Mac Sauce it should be more than 3 drops. read more

I stopped in for an egg and cheese biscuit this morning. It was fantastic! The biscuit was soft , and hot. This was the first time I have ever gotten a really good biscuit from any McDonalds. 5 stars all the way!! read more

Ohhhh wow did these people grind my gears. I am the backseater on my current camping trip and I have the time to write about how they just ticked us offfff. Walked in to this establishment between 7:40-7:45pm tonight, ordered at 7:55 and left between 8:15-8:20. If we were looking to spend over a half hour at an eating establishment we would have gone to Denny's . Duh. We warned two people that came in that we had been there over 25 minutes, and they left. HERES THE KICKER. When we went to go pick up our food, the woman at the counter, instead of apologizing for the wait, told us that SHE didn't appreciate that we were talking badly about the establishment! Like what?! If we had our food in a timely matter we would have been gone and not had the opportunity to be courteous to the other customers and warn them about the long wait! We weren't wanting to come in there to slander mcDs, we came to stuff some burgers into our faces. And everything we said was factually accurate! Facts don't care about your feelings. Lesson of this post: if you want McDonald's food at the pace of a sit down restaurant, this is a fine establishment for you. If you are trying to put your tent up before dark, I suggest you use their shitter and then go to Denny's. read more

We have been going to this McDonald's for almost two years and have never really had issues but today my husband placed an order and there was so much miscommunication to begin with just making the order took over 5 whole minutes because the person simply couldn't understand what we were saying, we finally get there to pay and once paid my husband heads home, to find out they didn't put our fries in the order, and also our cheeseburgers weren't packaged they were open and just throw in there , so we call the restaurant to be able to just get our fries and the person that answered the phone said that he's sorry and there was nothing he could do but mail us a free fries coupon, didn't offer to give us our paid for fries or anything, in my opinion that's not how he should of dealt with us, because he then laughed and hung up the phone. Stopped here for a bite in the way home with my son. Probably the worst McDonald's I have been to. I used the kiosk which was cool. Ordered a fish sandwich and a side salad along with my sons chicken nuggets. About 5 mins later the guy comes to me and says we don't have any side salads. The ice tea was empty, there were no cups for ketchup, no large cups and they couldn't get my cheese half way on my sandwich. If you have the chance, keep driving to the next McDonald's. As I was traveling north from Chicago to the U.P. of Michigan on December, 2011, I had a lot to get done while I traveled. My laptop battery was nearly dead and I needed a place to charge it. Once those I was traveling with and I got our food and went to sit down, there were no clean tables to sit at and no outlets to be had. I asked at the counter and a very attentive employee (named Hailey, I believe) IMMEDIATELY came and wiped down a table for us and showed me where I could plug my laptop in to charge. If it had not been for this one kind and attentive employee, my trip to this McDonalds would have been awful. However, I do believe this McD should consider people traveling on business and should install more outlets and make this restaurant more user-friendly. THANKS. read more

Miserable service. They need a lesson here. Stopped for a quick breakfast because McDonalds is "all day breakfast" but it actually isn't. You can't get hash browns and other items after a certain time. That is why Mc Donald's is heading out of business.
