Everything was 5 stars: the service, the food, and the place. We were greeted with a smile, which made us happy to bypass the automatic kiosk. We chose a booth by the window. Our drink orders came up quickly at the counter - they were specially prepared for us, so we only used the drink machine for refills. Our food came up quickly, hot and tasty, Aldo at the counter. Went in to order and roaches are everywhere! We walked right back out. Do not eat there!

Everything and everyone in this place is god awful. Their workers to their service to the food. 1. Everytime I'm there they always get the order wrong. 2. Snobby worker with pink/purple hair is lazy as hell at her job. She added two fries and two extra burgers to the checkout and proceeded to not give us HALF OF OUR STUFF. I'm more than livid with this place. If you apply for that job DO THE JOB!!!! I've worked at McDonald's and never have I worked in such disorderly manner. Nothing is good about this environment. Utterly disgusting. I would give 0 stars if I could, First came here to get 2 chocolate milkshakes and a vanilla shake, with a 6 piece chicken nugget, takes at least 30 minutes to get someone's order, the service is utterly slow. Then when they finally get are food , 2 straws for 3 drinks , didn't even get are sauces //Honey mustard that was asked for 3+ times. Then doesn't even come out with the milkshake tray, expects me to hold 3 milkshakes while drinking?? Got a small cheeseburger no mustard ketchup add mayonnaise. They put so much mayonnaise on it. You couldn't eat it. Will never go back.

I usually just get iced coffee (sometimes not enough French vanilla flavoring) but now that they have a new frappe machine, I may enjoy a frappe now and again. Staff members are courteous and helpful. I normally use the drive thru and never eat inside the restaurant. I do have one issue: my McDonald's app gives me trouble at times but this isn't the local McD's fault. For what I buy, I'm satisfied. Thank you. read more

It's funny. Order food to pick up. There within 4 min of being placed. Fries are cold as can be "which got replaced" and we also ordered two bacon McDoubles. Manager on duty ASKED the "burger flipper" if it was the right menu item based off of how it was wrapped and he proceeded to say it was. Drive ALL the way home just to open it up and it not be right. Drive all the way back for the two guys in the back to watch me tell the manager that there was no bacon and wanted to argue with her about it saying that there was bacon on it. THERE WAS NO BACON! I swear I order the same coffee the exact, same way and I get a different kind of coffee every single time. This time my coffee was so dark. I could tell that there was not 10 creams in there. Food is so so. Just what you would expect from a McDonald's. But the worst thing is. Since they reopened from the remodel the service is terrible. Every time I go there now I will be in line for at least 15 minutes. Sometime much longer. And on top of it my food is cold most of the time. The food is fine. Speed needs to be improved on though. I've seen people that has had the order time out. Quarter pounder meat is supposed to be cooked to order but with other peoples' orders first the meat gets cold. At this place there has been a couple of quiters and some got fired after the place re-opened. All of this is true, from an employee. BTW if you are looking for a job just work here for experience. The minimum wage is not worth the work for only $7.25 an hour, unless that has changed. I should be making $8.00 an hour. We are hiring people of ages 15+, I'm not kidding we have three 15 y/o. After our horrible experience at the Madisonville McDonalds we stopped in Etowah since we were heading south. The order was 1 bacon egg cheese biscuit , 1 hash brown and two large coffees with cream and Splenda. There were no large coffee cups, coffee pots were brewing and the wait was 5 plus minutes for the coffee in two small cups each. The gentleman is front us was still waiting when we left because they were out of sugar for his coffee. That was bad, but the truly terrible thing was the floor. It was like a skating rink with the grease. We had to be careful not to slip and fall. This is not this first time we have experience the greasy floor in this establishment. BE CAREFUL or at least have a personal injury lawyer handy. read more

This place is NASTY! We were passing through and wanted a bathroom break and lunch. We parked up at the door and there was a stinch of garbage In The Parking Lot! We walked in and the floors were filthy and a smell! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. We did NOT eat there and warned friends that were a few hours behind us! This McDonald's is kinda terrible. Sometimes it takes forever to make food. It has improved in the past couple of months though, but i still can't shake the bad memories. There have been times I've gone through the drive through and it takes a million tries for them to understand me, and I had one case where the worker was so incredibly rude I couldn't stop talking about it. It is really not even a 1 star. Today I went there and the drive thru was 20 minutes . Finally I got to order and the young man could not hear anything I said. Finally, he got it. When I picked up my food I asked the young man what the problem was. He said they had a terrible mess in there. I should have requested my money back then. I opened the sandwich a fish filet. Tartar sauce all over the the outside of the bun. More than enough. The french fries was cold and hard. I did not eat it. Ridiculous... The time before I went there the bathrooms was filthy. No toilet paper. The manager was so frustrated he totally ignored me. Yes, the floor was horribly sticky. The woman at the counter was so dirty (I'm not exaggerating folks.) Worst McDonald's we've ever been to - have given them multiple chances but wait times for breakfast are ridiculously long - 10-15 minutes for two egg mcmmuffins and staff is stubbornly and defiantly SLOW even when restaurant has only 5 patrons inside.
