*Sigh*.. I wish this McDonalds would get their crap together, as it's one of the few fast food locations in the immediate area. I stopped in today and used the McDs app. The "deal" was for a $6 Medium combo meal, so I ordered a medium Spicy McCrispy meal with a Coke. Upon getting to the window where you pick up your food, I was (as usual) asked to pull forward. Before doing so, I asked the gentleman working the window if I could please get some sweet & sour sauce to which he agreed. After about 5 minutes, I received my food. But shame on me for not checking the bag prior to my departure, because of course there is no s&s sauce in the bag. After getting back to work and biting into my sandwich, it was clear the employees misheard my order for a McCrispy & gave me a McBurnt instead. The sandwich itself tastes charred beyond measure, even the minor pickles & spicy sauce they put on it did little justice to mask the burnt flavor. I don't know how anyone on the staff could think that was acceptable to serve somebody. The remainder of the sandwich went into the garbage and I was left with lukewarm, saltless fries as my entree. Shame on you McDonalds. This restaurant is an embarrassment to your brand. Here's the issues I came across on my drive thru visit today: 1) Guy who took my order couldn't hear anything, got order wrong, had to repeat myself multiple times (ordered a coffee and a slurpee). 2) The ice cream machine was broken so unable to order milkshake 3) Large coffee was cold, not even Luke warm. They had to get a new one by making a new pot. Good thing I sipped it before driving away! 4) They had me park while I waited for the coffee, when the lady came out with food from other orders behind me she asked me what I was waiting for and I told her just a coffee. She looked at me bewildered and asked if I had cut in front of someone in line (wow, some customer se vice there!) I told her nope, I just wanted my coffee. 5) She comes out 5 minutes later and proceeds to ask Me what I had ordered. I told her again a large coffee and that they said they needed to make another pot. 6) 15 minute wait time from when I ordered the coffee it finally came out. 7) I noticed the top was not on tight and had I not noticed this it would have spilled all over me. I tried to secure it and even though it was somewhat bent/mis-shapen I got it on. 8) I was wrong, my success with the top was short lived, 15 minutes later, as I take a sip from the half drank cup the top comes off and 4 ounces of coffee spills all over my shirt and shorts. The franchise owner and manager of this place should be cut loose. The indifferent environment they enable for their lackadaisical employees was truly despicable. read more

Terrible terrible rude service. They missed an item in my order that I clearly asked for but the screen wasn't working so I didn't catch it until I saw the receipt. So at the pickup window I said I had asked for two but there was only one on the order. The girl proceeded to argue with me and then asked me to pull forward. Later when they brought out the order and I had exact change in hand for the missing item, they handed me the bag and walked away. I said again I needed to add the missing item. Girl walked away. 5 minutes later another woman comes out and says I'm blocking their drive through. For the third time I said I'm just waiting on the missing item. She then rudely quips with a snarky smile on her face "you'll have to pull around and go through the line again." I worked at McDonald's 20 years ago and remember what good service we had. The only reason to go to this McDonalds is if you go at the start of lunch for the sheer amazement that your food will somehow all be cold and stale at that time. Thought this had to be a fluke when it happened to me, because how can everything be cold when it should have been made in the past 5-10 minutes right? Nope, 2nd time I went here: same thing. Bad experience with incompetent employees. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the large black woman who was taking orders didn't get my order right. She then proceeded to give me the wrong items and even forgot my sweet tea. Oh, but she didn't forget to charge me for it! As for wrong items, instead of telling me that they had no large frappe glasses or using a large cup, she instead gave me a medium frappe. When I got to work, I found out that not only did she forget to include a straw, she gave me a knife and fork to eat oatmeal with! I guess it's a good she did since the oatmeal was hard enough to cut with a knife. There almost was no moisture in the oatmeal. The poor quality of service coupled with the atrocious attitude makes me want to avoid this place at all costs! I will not be back, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. read more

Not busy. Went in on a Sunday at 1 for lunch. NO clean tables. Sat at the least dirty one. Tv was on and loud. I asked the manager if they could turn off the CNN that was playing, he said he can't change it that the OWNER wants that on and they are not allowed to change it!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Not to mention we ordered a filet o fish, the guy after us orders 2. All our food is sitting waiting except the filet. The guy after us gets his 2 and leaves!!! What the hell just happened there!? Then the burgers on my McDouble were smashed super thin, burnt crusty hard on edges so bad I didn't even eat the whole thing and holes in the middle of the burger!!!! This is the very worst McDonalds in North America. Need to pull their franchise. While other McDonald's time the drive through service for quick orders and quality service this lazy place has you order at the second window and serve you like a caveman. By far, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Last year, I used to get breakfast at this location a couple times a week, but the service got so bad and the flies inside were so disgusting that I quit going. Then, after a few months I thought I'd give them another shot, hoping they had cleaned the place up and service had returned to normal. Well, it's worse now than ever! They never have you order through the drive-thru and have you pull up to the window instead, causing massive delays. They're typically pretty rude and callous. The food was terrible! Worst McDonalds franchise ever. Unfortunately, I had to give a star to write this review, however in my opinion its not worthy of that. I think maybe one out of the 5 times I was there I received a "hot" sandwich. Fries (as part of your meal) on the other hand are always undercooked or barely warm. They are consistently "out" of something whether it be a simple as bacon (which probably 1/4 of the sandwiches advertised have this ingredient on them). Last week I wanted to buy my employees breakfast...I got the "please pull ahead - we are waiting on the biscuits". So I'm thinking I arrived at the right time. I waited for 20 minutes to get my order and the biscuits were hard as a rock. So apparently I was not waiting on biscuits. I called them to tell them about my experience, their reply was "well...if you want to come back..." *ell no - I'm at work now!! Today, I tried to order what I consider (or hope) to be the safest thing on the menu, a salad. It's 11:00 in the morning...and they "just sold the last one". Right. Not once, but now twice they have been "out" of salads. So DONE with that place. read more

Cool Employees, loved hanging out with them while they were on their break. They're really helpful, and even got us some lemon for our water and they paid us money out of their own po and were really cool the past few times we came in. I remember when this place was built. It was halfway decent. I'm back in town for a visit and stopped with my grandson for a happy meal. It was filthy. The tables were dirty, The floor was sticky there was no ice and it took them forever to get me some I'm my cup. There was a big group of workers filling up the main sitting area some eating and most loud The manager sat at the table yelling across the room at other loud workers. There must have been 10 people working there tonight. We didn't get the extras in the happy meal!! I tried to get someone's attention for 5 min. To get the order straight. That was a hassle too!! Trying to leave - the trash overflowed and one of the workers apparently on break was smoking right outside the door while her boyfriend who had been hanging around inside with the crowd earlier, was pawing at her. We stop by after church on Sunday and there were only a few cars in line in front of us at the drive. 15 minutes in the line at the drive-through for a cheeseburger and drink. Simply Luscious! Well, for those who know me you know I'm very picky about restaurant service and "quality" of their products service. For those who don't know this about me, you will...I complain a lot! I just want people to do their jobs whether it's minimum wage or an executive job. I digress. Since I usually make comments or posts about my bad experiences, I felt I also need to give a shout out for a good experience. I stopped this morning for a Chocolate Chip Frappe, without chocolate drizzle ...that usually messes them all up... everyone from the order taker, to the cashier, to the girl who serves the product, was incredibly friendly and seemed to have a brain. My order was prepared quickly (I had to pull forward wait 2 days ago...for a Frappe!...see previous post) and it was correct! It was a thing of beauty. The drive through mic was not working and when I pulled around to the window (after waiting for 7 minutes to get around) the lady at the window was snappy and nasty to me claiming that it wasn't her fault and that it was the rain (which it was no longer raining) and the fact that I wasn't speaking up (I was yelling). Could there be a worse place for costumer service?! I could tell you some stories, but let me just begin with the end, because I will not ever go back there. One morning I ordered an Egg White Delight meal. I slid in my card and the machine said do not remove. After several seconds, I pointed out that the message hadn't changed. She said not to take the card out and we waited. I was well aware that she needed to push a button, but I was trying to hint and not be rude. Finally, she realizes and tries to play it off, but it's done, so whatever. Then after waiting longer on my sandwich, the manager says, "Well, I don't KEEP egg whites up." I was irritated, but off to work. Later, my grandson wants nuggets. I cringed when I saw the same staff members, but I was in a time crunch. I order a meal with no salt on the meat or fries. My son orders a McChicken meal, which is no longer on the menu. She appears to be ringing it up, though, so I ask. She just says no. So what was she ringing up? My son was about to change his order, but I just told her to add the fries and drink. I'd ordered sweet and sour for my grandson and bbq for my daughter in law and my son mentioned hot mustard. I said no because I didn't know if she liked mustard. Cashier reads the order back, bbq, s&s and hot mustard. I was agitated at this point and again told her no, just bbq. She pushes a bunch of buttons and stares at me. I insert my card and she says, "Oh!" (Like she was unaware we were ready to pay, even though she just read back the order.) The charge goes smoothly and she says, "Ok... your drinks..." She looks around like she's not sure where the cups are, but manages to find my son's large cup. She then thoroughly examined the screen, reading with her finger, looked up and me and laughed. Very irritated, I pointed out that I had a medium. Another, "Oh!" As we wait, I notice my receipt says bbq, s&s and hot mustard. I about screamed. I told the manager that I had repeated ONLY BBQ several times. When we finally left, I pulled out VERY salty fry. I looked at my receipt again. Nowhere does it say no salt. I was enraged, but still in a hurry, so we didn't go back. Worst McDonald's ever. The girl who attended me in the drive through took about 10 min to finally give up on understanding that I wanted two (no special requests) meals. I was passed on to an other girl who also had trouble figuring out my order. Once at the window the first girl who attended me was eating fries while pouring our drinks. She then passed me my food which was messed up anyways after 15 min of explaining the simplest of orders. I hope they re-staff this McDonald's because it is sadly terrible. Horrific. Worst in the 38 states I've been in . First time I asked for a iced coffee with 2 pumps of cream and a pump of hazel nut. They acted like I ordered the plans for the space shuttle . And then after a minute told me they were pre made and no . We all know they make them as they go. Lazy people. Second time they gave my food to the care ahead of me. The lady dug threw and gave it back. We pulled up and they gave us the bag but the fries were 3/4 missing. I said please get me out fries. The manager then came to the window. I real winner of a mgr. she told me that my bag never went in the car . We just looked at her stunned. I said replace the missing fries. She said there at the bottom of the bag. I handed the bag to her there were none on the bottom. The lazy person then got mad and got me a fry. Then just looked at me. I said how about my 2 coke that where literally in front of her. Between her and me. That she had her grimy long fake fingernails all over the lid. She handed them to me I said wait. They are covered in coke. Please give me napkins to wipe them off. I dare not ask the useless excuse for a worker. She got mad at me for asking. I will contact corporate and file a complaint. I will also pay my niece to videotape interactions so we can make it a YouTube channel joke... till these people either close or get new workers. read more
