We had the Pretzel Bites to start...pretty darn good little bites with cheese dip. I went with The Culver's Bacon Deluxe...my first Culver's Butterburger, but definitely not my last. Also ate an order of onion rings, which were good. The Butterburger was the item that gave 5 stars. We ordered at the drive-thru, made fresh to order, so you aren't looking at the fast food like lesser drive-thru's. Service was great, but it was a drive-thre. Our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon has a pretty nice ambiance, so we can't comment on the interior of the location. read more

Always wanted to try Culver's. Got the double butter burger, which was pretty good. It gave me fancier and bigger McDouble vibes. Tasty and the bun was soft and added well to the burger. Crinkled cut fries were well seasoned and crispy. And the cheese curds were crispy and gooey on the inside. Had a great lunch at this Culver's, counterman, Zack, was great, we were deciding what to order, he gave us some menu suggestions which was very helpful. As is the case that we have always found at Culver's, the store was very clean, and we really like the customer service that you get here. Something that they do that is really nice is that their staff, after bringing your meal to the table, will come around and ask if everything is ok with your meal which is a really nice touch, something you don't find in other fast food restaurants. I would go to Culver's on a more frequent basis but alas there are none to visit in New Jersey, the nearest one is in North Carolina, so I make sure I stop there on different road trips that I go on... read more

When my fiancé come out to the Midwest we try to revisit places we can't find in NH. So we're now here coming back to Culver's, who we love, to have some of their famous butter burgers. I know there's a lot of people who'll talk about which chain is best - In and Out, Shake Shack, Five Guys, etc. Not going to debate that - just talk about our experience here in Elkhart IN. My fiancé got the mushroom swiss burger and onion rings. She said the burger was delightful and had lots of flavor. The onion rings are battered, not breaded, and were cooked to perfection- sweet onion and crunch on the outside. I went for the bacon cheddar burger and an order of chili cheese fries. Culver's burgers are available in single, double or triple so I opted for the double with all the fixin's. The burger had that crunchy texture the butter burgers are known for along with the added crunch of bacon. The bun was soft and fresh. Great burger! The fries are the crinkle cut variety, smothered in cheese sauce and chili. The ratios were good. I'm a fan of their chili, so this was a great pairing. Lastly, we split an order of chicken tenders. Another fine choice. Breaded chicken fried just right so it's crunchy on the outside and tender, juicy and flavorful inside. We paired these with honey mustard and a side of gravy. Good honey mustard, and so-so gravy. We thought it was a little shy on flavor- almost artificial tasting. Although we didn't go inside, the people at the drive thru and the person who brought the food out were Super friendly! We have to say that the service here is top notch. Regarding the custard -We ate dinner next door at the Olive Garden because we are on a road trip and wanted some solid food to eat before heading back east. I think if I had one more something with fries I might die or I would have chosen to try something here. We walked over to Culver's for some custard treats and were delightfully surprised. At this point, Yelp doesn't even have a category for custard, and they should because this stuff is similar to soft serve with a creamier taste and thicker consistency. I give it 5 MMMMM's. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and pleasant. The service was very helpful and nice and suggestive. There is a drive through as well. I can't believe I am the first person to do a review of this place, not from being remotely in the area. Per people from the East, think DQ but better organized and cleaner. The first time I took my 2nd oldest son into this location, he was absolutely flabbergasted by the customer service. He mentioned to the cashier how impressed he was and he talked about it to everyone for weeks. Having worked at another, less popular food chain as a first job, he didn't realize what good customer service is. Today I took my boyfriend and 2nd youngest son, neither of which had been inside before. The customer service was amazing as always. It's so nice to not be ignored and then rushed by a sour-faced cashier who acts like the customer is interrupting their job, rather than providing it. The food was great. I seriously have never had hotter steamed broccoli in my life and everyone says I like my food the temperature of molten lava. My boyfriend's chili came with cheese, onions, crackers, and sour cream. Who does that? Staff members just about never stopped cleaning the lobby. They even put little table toppers on the tables after cleaning them, so customers knew which ones were clean. March 28, 2024 Drive Thru, ordered 3 Walleye sandwiches, 3 onion rings, bill was over $36. Got home the Walleye was so greasy the bread was soaked and when you picked up the grease ran down your arm. I called spoke with a female manager, she said she would mail coupons for 3 combo meals. She also stated they would check the cameras to see if the cook forgot to drain the Walleye. April 11th, have not received coupons, so went inside to day to order Burgers ($3.50 cheaper than Walleye), to be told my name is not on the log and that I would still need to pay, he could only do 25% off. I had $24 worth of Walleye that was thrown away on March 28th and he wants to offer a $4 discount. Ridiculous. Also, the managers (male) needes to be introduced to a tooth brush, hygiene nasty. I do not appreciate basically being called a liar. I promise that Culver's will never get another dime of my money. Decent service, my problem is their highway robbery, me and my wife went to this culvers, hoping for a fulfilling meal of their delicious chicken sandwich and their famous cheese curds, we ordered at the window and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 curds. We got out receipt and they had given us a fry instead of a curd, when asked to be given the thing WE ORDERED, we were told it would be an up charge and that they couldn't fix it and give us our curd for free because "if we gave away free food we would be out of business". We stopped at this Culver's on our way home from a long road trip and decided to go in when we saw how long the drive through line was. Inside, they were busy but right away we had a smile and wonderful service from Dave at the front counter. Dave was kind and engaging, a textbook example of perfect customer service. All we ordered was a kids grilled cheese meal but apparently there was an issue with the cheese slicer so the order took longer than usual. We didn't mind the wait but must have looked tired from our travels. Dave came over and gave us a coupon for next time we came and apologized for the wait. It was so kind of him to do that.
