We tried the new Cheese Steak sandwich. We both thought it was terrible. The meat was hard to chew and the flavors were offsetting. Took two bites of mine and spooned rest in our dogs dish. Service was impeccable for a fast food place. Always staffed with friendly, personable people. BRING BACK THE FISH SANDWICH PERMANETLY PLEASE. How? Just how?? Isn't their slogan "WE HAVE THE MEATS"?! I came in today to order lunch per my brother's choice around 11:25am. Waited in the drive thru line upwards of 15 minutes before even making it to the speaker. When I finally did, I ordered the following: -1 4pc. Mozza stix -1 5pc. Jalapeño popper -1 Crispy Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich ONLY -1 Double RB medium meal, curly fries + coke Upon reaching the pickup window, I was handed my soda & asked to pull ahead to the designated "wait" spot for my food. Before pulling away forward, I asked the woman for several sauces, including ranch. She reiterated these back to me as she was readying the sauces on a nearby table to put into the bag. I pulled up and waited a few minutes before receiving my food. After handing me the bag, I did a quick glance in to see that all of the sandwiches & sides were there: 2 sandwiches, 3 sides, 1 soda, sauces. Seemingly all accounted for, so I make my departure. Getting back to work and doling out food, I realized there is no ranch. That's okay, there are other sauces in the bag & we can make do. But do u know what is REALLY hard to overlook? The fact that there is 0 chicken or bacon on my brother's Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich. How is that even possible?! How was this sandwich allowed to leave the line without the MAIN component? What the heck?! Of course I had threw away the receipt. I called their phone number listed via Google to complain, but its just repeatedly busy. I was in there on Nov. 29 2022. We got the wagyu burger. We were waiting, and I did not feel like it was a long time, but the manager offered something for our wait. That was so nice of her. I don't understand why this Arby's on CR. 17 is so incapable of getting your order right. I just don't get it. No matter how many cars are in the line there is no excuse. I ordered a French dip meal and never get the sauce. NEVER!!!! I normally don't order it because they just can't seem to get it right. Another time, I ordered the new chicken sandwich, I got fish. My husband still ate it. When you pay almost $40.00 for fast food, you expect your order would be right. Maybe what is needed is to have the supervisor on the line and not in the office. That might be a good start. I finally had enough, so I am writing this review. People need to know, at this Arby's on CR. 17, there is a very good chance that your order will be wrong. If I could give this no stars I would. We waited 25 minutes, understanding the whole wait that they are short staffed. We pull up to the screen to order and it's 2 mins after 8 and there are 3 more cars behind us and they literally say "we are closed, it's past 8pm" they list they close at 10. I understand being short staffed but someone should have come out and let us know they close at 8 so we didn't wait 30+ minutes. read more

The employee are so rude here. We were in the drive thru and asked for aus jus the girl told us to remind her when we were at the window so at the window we asked and she didn't know what it was said shes never heard of aus jus then when another employee came up to help she told that employee that we were rude and she was trying to get us out the door. We asked for their names they wouldn't say and didn't want to deal with us anymore. So they got the manager and all the manager could say was the girl was in training. This Arbys is ALWAYs faster than the majority of fast food restaurants, and they always get your order correct. The employees appear happy to work there and are pleasant to interact with. Also, they double check your order before asking you to pull around to the pickup window, so this increases the likelihood of an accurate order on their end. Great management! read more

I go here quite often, love their shakes! Yesterday I ordered a shake, mac and cheese, fish sandwich and 2 sliders. I got home and, no mac and cheese. I called and talked to Tara, the manager. She was very nice and said she would make it right. I stopped by today and she made it right! Very happy with this arby's!! We'll keep going back! Employees are rude and need to watch their mouth when speaking to customers at the drive thru. The employee thought i could not hear him but the mic was still operating quote he said " Hope that fat ass chokes and dies hes the only one in the vehicle" (which i was ordering for three people).... Most shitty drive thru I have ever experienced. They need new management obviously. Ended up not even getting the food I was so pissed form that comment. I work my ass off and I can eat what ever my fat ass wants have some respect. read more
