We ordered their French Dip with broccoli cheddar soup and potato salad. Plus a Chicken Salad sandwich with potato salad. The French Dip was dry and chewy without any cheese. Bummer since I have had one before and was good. The Broccoli Cheddar soup was absolutely fantastic. The potato salad was good but the potato chunks were harder than I liked. My wife had the Chicken Salad sandwich which she devoured before I could take a picture. LOL......which she said was fantastic. I'm not saying we were not going back just not getting the French Dip. The major issue I had was the baked potatoes were undercooked and hard. The restaurant has fallen in my view from where it used to be. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and my boyfriend ordered a French dip. She read back the order and said grilled chicken club. I said, no, not the club, the sandwich. She redid it and I paid. We got back home and they gave me the club that I didn't want, they didn't give me the broccoli I ordered and my boyfriend's side was wrong as well. The only thing they got right was the French dip. Watched a couple in front of us leave cause they couldn't get waited on even though there were 2 people standing by the office door and could see customers. We walked up to counter to see if we could get waited on. Same 2 people left office and checked on food that was up and never acknowledged us. We finally got someone from the kitchen to wait on us. I order "choose 2" (1/2 sandwich & 1/2 spud). When our food came out, I got a whole potato. I ordered the choose 2 cause I can't eat that much. I have been to this location twice now. Today my husband order the choose 2 with a grilled chicken salad and a spicy turkey melt. There was NO chicken in his salad, the pickle on the side should have been thrown away it was limp and looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it, the avocado on the sandwich I'm was so hard it could have chipped a tooth. On top of all this the manager was outside in the dumpster area with a chair sitting in there talking on his cell phone and smoking cigarettes. He was outside smoking at the tables when we got there. Today was our first experience with this establishment. We were really delighted at the healthy menu options. We each ordered something different and tried each other's meals. Everything was wonderful. The food was delivered quickly and accurately. We were also very impressed to see how friendly and accommodating the staff was. During our visit we had a visit from the manager who was just checking to see how things were. Also we noticed the CEO was there helping his staff as well. It was a very family friendly environment and warm. My only suggestion is they need WiFi because my service was terrible in their building. We will return and try more things on the menu. read more

Just had the weirdest experience today, and not in a good way. We waited for our food for about 30 minutes before my husband went and asked if it was almost ready. They told him they were doing the best they could, and they were working on it. So he sat down. At about 45 minutes of waiting I decided to ask again where our food was. She asks for my number, and then said they don't have my order. They were never making it. They quickly brought it up in the computer, and said they were very sorry and would give us a refund. Then they stated they would make sure to get it started now, and would bring it out as quickly as they could. We sat down, and waited another 20 minutes. At that point a young employee came to our table, with no food, and asked us what we were still doing there and if we were expecting them to make our food. Yes! We were very hungry, and still needed to eat. They never made our food. No apology from a manager. Basically just expected us to leave. We had to go find another restaurant to eat at since my family still needed to eat lunch. Seriously the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. read more
