I'm not sure why this location gets negative reviews. I've been coming to this location on off for quite a long time. It is large and spacious inside. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. It is clean and well kept. You can use the mobile app like any other location. The drive-through has a bit of a sharp first term but otherwise it's reasonable. It's McDonald's. I have lived on the Eastern shore for two years and this Mcdonalds is one of the best ones I have been to. The staff is always nice and pleasant, the food is always hot when I get it, when you dine in the ambiance is always relaxing and calm, I really like going to this McDonalds. read more

I've been to this place a few times in the last two weeks. This mcdonalds fits the stereotype because everytime I go there, their ice cream machine is never working. To make it worse, the food is always terrible, sloppy, and cold. Unfortunately, this location is the one that's convenient for me. My order almost always gets messed up. This McDonald's is an encapsulation of extremes. It's incredibly muggy and infested with flies. Gross! But they are remarkably dedicated to cleaning the dining room. Great! Unfortunately they are so dedicated to cleaning that they cleared my table while I went to the restroom. Oops! Bad! But then the staff made it right. Good! Speaking of the bathroom, this McDonald's has the biggest bathroom I've ever seen at a McDonald's. Not to go into too much detail, but you can imagine a scenario in which a small, limited-receptacle restroom could be a problem at a McDonald's. It was really bad the service was horrendous, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food they even got our order wrong 2 times. Gave no spoons with 2 McFlurrys, the two times we went to it twice and both times we had to wait a lot and the food tasted like dog food. The laziness was at top level, I would not recommend anyone to go to this Mc Donald's. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant and the ice cream machine was broken. read more

The cashier was OVERTLY racist to an elderly Asian couple trying to order. She pretended not to understand them (meanwhile I clearly heard the gentleman ask for two number 7). Even after I stepped in to explain what he was asking for she gave him trouble while he tried to pay and the. gave him the wrong order. Shameful. The drive-through audio system was not working so we drove up to the window & the woman ignored our presence for legit 8 minutes. It seemed like she was taking an order but there was no one behind us or in front of us...when she finally helped us she clearly had a rude attitude. All the food was completely cold. By far the worst McDonald's I've been to in my life. The management was terrible and everyone was rude. No one seemed to know what they were doing and orders constantly messed up. If you are going to stop here I really hope you get lost and don't have to deal with what I've had to. read more

(12/13/2013) Substandard even for a McDonald's. Needed to get breakfast fast, and don't usually do much fast food, but went for the old standby #1 Meal (Egg McMuffin, Hash Brown, Coffee). Sandwich was cold, unusually tough and chewy muffin. They put cream and sugar in my coffee at my request, but did not ask for my proportions (did they stop letting you do it yourself)? Hands-down, this is the caps best McDonald's that I have been to in years! The last time I visited a McDonald's they gave 100% quality customer service, fresh food, and clean bathrooms was in los Angeles over 10 years ago! My taste for coffee is very distinct. I know exactly what I want, and how I want it. The staff member at the counter delivered it to the T! By the time I visited a nice, fresh, and clean bathroom, my food was already waiting for me. Black coffee was made fresh and was absolutely delicious! Not too sweet, thanks Jess right! My fries were fresh out the grease with a nice light golden brown color, this is EXACTLY the way that I love them! My Fish fillet sandwich looked exactly like him the menu photo!!! What I love the most was the climate. I myself started out in the restaurant industry at 14 years old. The manager provided a fun, and pleasant atmosphere for his employees. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure each customer was greeted and taken care of. I actually left my phone at the counter, he make sure he did everything in his power to contact anyone on my call log to find the owner. Luckily I was sitting down, enjoying my food LOL. McDonald's like this one reminds me of why I fell in love with this place as a young child. This Easton, Maryland location truly makes every McDonald's across the world GREAT again! The staff went above and beyond today. My sister and I brought my nephew in and he wanted one of the batman toys. The manager (I believe that's who she was) brought out the box of toys and let him pick out which one he wanted. She then was saying how they are running out of those toys and would have to switch to a new one too. She asked my nephew how many of them he already had, he stated none but that it was ok since he had other toys at home. This woman then told my nephew that if he promised to come back that she would give him all six for an early birthday present. What a wonderful thing for her to do. My nephew became ecstatic and thanked her. It is hours later and he is still talking about how nice it was for that lady to do. read more

The food is typical McDonalds. However my food was hot and fresh so it was good. Staff were friendly and quick. I had to knock off a star for the dirty bathroom and one for the dirty dining area. Plenty of workers here to clean up. read more

After having a woman working the drive thru last night treat myself and my pregnant fiancée like complete garbage and speak rudely in more than just her words but through her actions, half ass sloppy thrown together milkshakes and half cooked food. That we still said thank you for because some people in this world have manners. Only to have a grunt from the young woman and the window slammed shut in our face as fast as she could. All topped off by the employee FAILING TO RETURN MY BANK CARD. Of all the simple things to mess up that is considered THEFT. Endless phone calls to my bank to review my statement and cancel the card. Then led to calling and requesting to speak to the stores GENERAL MANAGER who at first was extremely short and rude finally a return call from him stating HE HAS MY CARD IN HIS OFFICE! What sort of circus show is this McDonald's running???? This is the most poor experience I have ever had at any fast food resturaunt in my life. And while I spend the next week waiting for another bank card and dealing with all the other issues that come from having to cancel mine because of an employee who mistreats customers. The complaints WILL CONTINUE. And everyone up through corporate shall be contacted so hopefully no other customer is ever victimized by this store again. God forbid I hadn't had enough gas to get home with MY PREGNANT FIANCÉE last night in the freezing weather. Or god forbid I hadn't been able to make it to work today. read more
