We stopped here on the way to Ocean City to get a bite to eat. We ordered our food via the app and…read moreenoyed our food outside. The food was what to expect of chick fil a. Good quality; however, the service on my second order was less than quality. After our main order I placed another pick up order for my free reward brownie and I went inside to wait at pick up (next to register counter). Two young ladies behind the counter were chatting around the lemonade dispenser while helping themselves to a cup of lemonade. I waited a couple minutes at pick up and then approached the counter. I was greeted by one of the young ladies named Amanda. I explained to her that I placed the order on the app and requested pick up and was waiting for my brownie. She said sarcastically you don't pick up here. I told her I know that (already offended because I know she saw me originally waiting at pick up). She rolled her eyes at me and approached another young lady bagging orders whispered something to her that I couldn't make out and then approached me with my brownie. I have eaten at chik fil a restaurants everywhere and this was by far the worst service I ever received. Do better. The attitude was not needed. I was simply inquiring about the status of my order.

We had an unexpected situation when our car broke down in the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A. It was…read morestressful and inconvenient, but the staff went above and beyond to help us. Tyler, one of the employees, and Trevor, the manager, both came outside in the rain and tried to help us get the car started. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out to us was that after the store closed, both Trevor and another manager, Abby, stayed an hour and a half past closing to make sure we were okay and that our car was safe until the tow truck arrived. They didn't have to do that, but they did -- just to make sure no one messed with our car and that we felt taken care of. We're very grateful for how understanding and supportive the team was during a really stressful situation. Thank you again to Tyler, Trevor, and Abby. We won't forget how you treated us.

On a girls' weekend trip to Easton we wound up falling in here for dinner - I was excited bc I love…read morea good burger and the options were interesting! It's a small place with an eat-in area and a bar - the craft cocktails were really good - I ordered a grapefruit crush and to my surprise an employee was sent off to get a grapefruit STAT - I really appreciated this bc they just as easily could have said they didn't have it. My sister asked for a MaiTai - the bartender said he was missing one ingredient but it was good and packed a PUNCH. We both ordered the Aloha Burger. I had mine with tots, my sister had onion rings. We also had the candied bacon appetizer. It was a little soft when served but given a little time to cool it crisped up and was tastier. The crispy brussels sprouts were also good, they needed a little salt and additional sauce offered would have taken it up a bit. It would make a nice date night spot, definitely more casual. The outdoor patio would be cool too, in less humid weather. We didn't see much of our server after the food arrived, but I kind of get it - it's not like you're at a Michelin star fine dining place. I also note that seating is limited so you may find yourself waiting or doing a take out order instead. Service was friendly, dining area was clean. I thought the price was a little steep for what we ordered but we did sit and eat and the food was good.

The cashier was extraordinarily kind and helpful in picking from their various options and definitely a highlight of my time, she was even notably kind to the group who ordered right after me. The food itself was OK, but nothing to write home about compared to some other BBQ I've had in my travels across the East Coast. I would try again with different meats and sides, but it just felt more like a middle school lunch order than a BBQ joint on the night I was there.

The interior was just as nice with high ceilings, classy dining furniture, and a few large planters. A few tables were decorated with the BK paper crown (Star Wars theme), which really enticed my kiddos. We arrived mid afternoon and their kitchen and registers were fully staffed, despite the low traffic. Even the drive thru barely had a line. The guy that took our order was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, especially since we had a large order for our large group. I would say the price is pretty outrageous but it seems pretty average, in my opinion. Wait time for our order to be ready was about average, as well. There was a mess up on one of our orders where they forgot to add the bacon. Usually we won't make a big fuss about it but we did have to pay extra. They asked to see our receipt, so integrity goes both ways, I guess. Food came out hot and fresh, including the fries. We found no issues with the soda (i.e. Coka Cola & Root Beer). The food also tasted as expected so it was pretty good. There are separate men & women's restrooms. The women's restroom had 2 large stalls and appeared family clean. I would say that there was an odd smell, like road kill or something. According to my dad, the urinal in the men's restroom was literally by the door so you'd better be careful in case someone passes by. One last things, even though we didn't have to use the drive thru, it looked like it would accommodate 2 lanes, which is great for busy dining hours.
