September 1st, 2024 My fiancé and I went to this chipotle expecting a very good meal but we got the opposite. We got our usual with steak and sofritas and it was salty A$F!!!!! ( excuse my language. ) We've never had a bad experience with Chipotle till we came to this location. I've been going to this Chipotle (Easton, MD) for years now. Tonight was probably the sloppiest service I've ever received there. The counters were in need of a wipe down, yet the staff simply wiped them down with their hands, and then continued to put their hands in the fixings going down the line. That's pretty disgusting! Some of the fixings containers were empty yet the staff continue to try to scrape Rice out of the bottom of the pan. When I asked if they had any fresh rice, she simply replied, "there's enough in here." The Carnitas were dry to the bone, and when I asked for beans on my tacos, they probably put about three beans on each taco. The girls were working much too fast, and much too sloppily, and I don't think I got a single "thank you" or "you're welcome" except for one particular person that works there, who is always extremely kind and polite. I think tonight's service will probably end up keeping from patronizing that particular Chipotle. It's a shame, I've gotten great service from other staff. But tonight's crew was the worst, from a food service and cleanliness perspective. read more

Went to this particular Chipotle twice and not only are the portions small - I have to continuously say more of this...more of that.. - BUT the chicken tastes weird. Service is HORRIFIC!!! The food was placed wrong in the pickup bag which was saturated and when my daughter picked it up the ENTIRE order dumped to the floor, on her and her Rainbow flip flops. No one made eye contact or attempted to help her in anyway. She told them what happened and they said "I guess we have to make you a new order". I asked for a cup of water for my 2 year old and the cashier said "there is no water." They need to fix the water machine. Horrible customer service, other cashier lady threw a sour cream in my bag, double checked it and didn't care enough to fix it. This was the FILTHIEST Chipotle I've EVER been in. The food line was dirty with food all over the line, some dried up so it had been there a while. Then when I got to the cashier I noticed how dirty the back of the Chipotle was. Who knows how filthy the part that I couldn't see was, seeing that the parts in plain view were extremely dirty. I got salad dressing for my burrito which was pulled from a tray under the table pictured. I've never been to a Chipotle and the salad dressing wasn't in the refrigerator or right on top of it. I mentioned that the store was very dirty and the reply was "We have a lot going on right now." I guess too much to actually clean. I threw my burrito away and went to Panera to get a sandwich. I couldn't stomach my burrito after seeing everything. Whoever are the managers should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Takes both cash and credit card. Tons of free parking. Next to a hotel and Panera Bread. We came here one weekend while in town. The lines were short at the tome and we ordered 2 burritos. Both were good. In terms of cleanliness, this place is fairly clean. The staff here are very friendly and willing to make sure you order the way you want it. The design of the interior is quite nice. Plenty of seating here if you decide to come here with a large party. If I'm ever back in town, I think this would be a great place to grab a quick and easy meal. read more

So my friend and I walked into this Chipotle thinking we were going to get a filling meal after a long trip on the road. My friend and I were being yelled at for "not speaking loud enough" we were practically screaming, we heard the workers yelling and saying "for some reason we have people deciding to go to chipotle." You aren't gonna get paid for nothing idiot, the worst part about this experience is that my friend found HAIR in his food yes HAIR. We are both blonde and the hair was black. Have ate here many times, food is hit or miss, sometimes it tastes fresh/good other times it's just an overly salty mess. Your order is often wrong/mixed up and oftentimes the portions are very small (especially with the meat) you will even see employees at times take meat off if they think they put too much on (I understand this is probably a directive from management) but it doesn't feel good as a customer to see meat removed from your bowl, especially being they have hiked prices so often. App is also often wonkey and payment wont work which is annoying. read more

Brought our family of 5 in for dinner tonight and had a horrible experience. The restaurant was filthy. There was food and trash all over the floor, soda spilled but not mopped up, and not a single clean table. We had to wipe one off to eat. It was a Wednesday night and not busy At all. Only 3 tables occupied and no line. Someone could have been cleaning. The person who took our order was very unfriendly. The Coke Zero was out but was replaced when we asked. For a $70 meal I expect a little more. Will not be dining here again anytime soon even though my boys love the food. read more

I love Chipotle, but this location was a mess. Dirty, dirty, dirty! Both trash cans completely full (seriously, trash spilling out and on top), dirty tables, the entire place seemed grimy! The prep station was a complete mess, and the glass in front of the food was filthy. I asked if tables could be cleaned because every single one was dirty, and the napkins replenished. The cashier was right on top of it. But why not have a designated employee for this? Service was good, but I would not return because it should be cleaner. This really has to be the worst chipotle I've been to. I feel like I was scammed when I ordered guac. They gave me the tiniest portion. I mean I've gotten skimped before but never like this, it really urged me to write a review which I never do. I stopped here on a whim while driving home. I usually get a burrito bowl and as it was my last week of summer vacation (I'm a teacher) I decided to treat myself by taking that delicious tortilla and making it into a full on burrito! I was so sad when I opened it up to see a hole in the tortilla, when I unwrapped it further I saw that the ends were just folded over! They were not up to that tightly squeezed burrito perfection I expect! I ate it anyway because the flavors are all still there but it was messy and not satisfying. When I was about 2/3 of the way done I but into a huge jalapeño like someone added one as a prank! At that point I was done. I stopped enjoying it at all. Let me start off by saying THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE CHIPOLTE STAFF! I am the mother of an autistic child whom I am trying to teach life skills. Tonight his task was to order and pay for both of our meals-by himself. I joined him when he got to the register; at the point where he was set to pay for our orders. I noticed he had not ordered his food and got my order wrong. Although we have been to a different Chipotle a number of times (he got nervous because of the loud music and new location). At that point I mentioned to the cashier that the order wasn't correct. My son then told the cashier what he had intended to order. She immediately said not a problem and got the order corrected; and assured my son that it was no problem as he was very embarrassed and she likely sensed him becoming distressed. Despite the growing line the entire staff stopped what they were doing to help my son! Thank you for recognizing that each customer is as unique as the meal they create!!! I stopped in at opening time to try a couple of their dishes for a future catering event. Got there a few minutes before and waited in the car, and then at the opening time walked up and found the door still locked. Another customer came up tried the door, and even knocked on it and no one ackowledged us. I noticed a person inside eating at a table inside and about five minutes later they got up and walked out a side door, Walked by us, now four customers, laughed and walked on by. The second customer then walked around to the side but before he got to the door an employee ran to the side door and locked it so he couldn't get in. That was enough for me, I got in the car and we left, 35 minutes after the time that the store was supposed to open. The second customer was still standing at the front door, when we passed the restatraunt on the public road. The guy that was eating inside and came out was standing at the other side of the restaraunt smoking the cigarette when we left. He was an employee. I ordered food online with a pickup time 20 minutes from when the order was placed. I'm here now and it has now been 43 minutes and a room full of people are standing here waiting. Decided to get in line because this is the most efficient way as people were walking in the door and walking out within 2 minutes. I gave them my order. As they began making it, a lady walks up next to the person making my order. She had one hand with a glove and the other was out. She laid her dirty hands down on the food prep table and then started scratching her head with the ungloved hand. This isn't even covid-19 related. It's just plain dirty. I just can't take this anymore and left. As I was walking out the door, my order from 45 minutes ago was ready. I grab the bag and threw it away. I also watched as the people on the back we're not wearing gloves but throwing food into a bag. I am normally very tolerant of certain things that are not health safety risks, but this really grosses me out and I assuredly will never ever ever step foot in that place again. After living in Colorado for so long...home of Chipotle, I have visited quite a few outside of the area. While I love that the lines are not long, the people who create the food here may be friendly but have no clue how to truly make the food correctly. I have eaten at Chipotle for almost twenty years, and whenever ordering a burrito, have ALWAYS had a burrito rolled for me that was enough for two meals. Not so with the Easton Chipotle. And no, I was not hungrier by any means...especially as this was right after Thanksgiving. The burrito I paid for had more tortilla in every mouthful than actual burrito filling. Disappointing. I have now had 3 consecutive bad experiences here, and I hope (but doubt) someone from management will read this review. I worked at Chipotle and have frequented 3 Chipotles over the past 10 years - one in Severna Park, one in Annapolis, and one in Easton. I can't remember one bad experience in Severna Park or Annapolis. But since I've moved to the Shore, the Easton Chipotle has managed to destroy my belief in the brand. Every time I go there, the employees look beyond stressed and on their last leg. This usually translates to service, where I will have to wait longer than expected for an order or deal with employees in a terrible mood. The last time I ordered pick up, I arrived when my order should have been ready, but had to wait for 15 more minutes (pre-Covid, thankfully). Fine, whatever. It's fast food - I can't kill them on the service as long as the food's good. Until the food sucks. I went last night and after dealing with around 4 eye rolls from my server and waiting 15 minutes for the 3 people in front of me to order and get their food - I finally get my food and the pinto beans are entirely undercooked I get that the job, particularly working for Chipotle, is hard. But don't serve me crap, if you're serving me a mean mug too. read more

It was ready when I arrived( awesome) but when my coworker and I tasted the food we were disappointed. We have both received the same food last month from this same store and it was BOMB.
