Walked in, smelled like a trash can that'd been sitting in the sun for 4 business days, walked right back out.

Ok, I usually don't do reviews on fast food restaurants as I understand they are short staffed and we have to allow for Grace. However, today... I pulled up to the Drive Thru and I was third in line. The restaurant staff was super efficient as the line moved quickly. Once I arrived at the mic I ordered a Small Fry, Lg. Sweet Tea, and a McDouble with EXTRA Ketchup. Once my order was placed, I was on to window 1. Arriving at window 1, the young lady confirmed my order and accepted my payment. The order was confirmed exactly as I had ordered which also matched what was on my receipt. Arriving at window 2, I was served my order with a smile. The young lady at the window was very pleasant and further confirmed my order. As I drove off, I looked in the bag and my McDouble had the sticker that said xtra ketchup. Baby listen... as I began to eat my sandwich, not only was it stale and reheated (mind you, it was 1:54 pm, why are they reheating already) however, there was NO KETCHUP AT ALL on my sandwich. WHAT!!!!! Extra ketchup was ordered, confirmed at window 1, confirmed at window 2, and confirmed by the sticker on the sandwich. Yet, to my dismay there was no ketchup at all. Just stale and DRY!!! Can you say OVER IT!!!!! Nonetheless, McDonalds still has the BEST Sweet Tea and Fries known to Man Kind!!!! They can keep this dry reheated deplorable sandwich. read more

I haven't given a 1 star in a while but this McDonald's location definitely deserves it. I ordered a Big Breakfast, and two additional hash browns in the morning via mobile order. I got home to find that I had only received what you see in the photo below. $7 for this?? So to sum up: 1) they messed up my order, 2) I waited ~10 min in Curbside Pickup before I just went inside to pick it up instead, 3) they gave such puny portions that it feels illegal, and 4) I drove all the way back to retrieve the two missing hash browns from my order because I had ordered them for my friend. Luckily the staff wasn't too rude and gave them to me, but I felt it would have been nice to say sorry at the very least. read more

Ordered delivery here at night. It says it's open 24 hours a day, but when we ordered McDelivery at 12:38 am, the delivery time kept getting pushed back. Eventually, it was telling us it would come at 2 am, and basically said that the delivery person had been at the McDonald's waiting for almost an hour. Upon contacting support, this McDonald's wouldn't respond to their calls, so all we could do was cancel the order. read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Orders are never correct. You drive up to the window and you've gotta repeat your order back to them. Shouldn't they have it there on their screens? I ordered nuggets. I drive away from the window and guess what? I've got no sauce to dip my nuggets in. Food was missing and the food we did have was horrible. Partially cooked fries. Wrong sauces. Hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. Service was absolute trash. Unfriendly employees who obviously shouldn't be working with people. Ambiance - no comment. McDonald's has really lowered their standards. Way to go with this location. read more

I am giving 2 stars because even though the line moved quickly, I still had to pull over & wait on my food. I ordered a Filet-o-fish combo meal with a Sprite to drink. I payed for my food & received the drink & then I had to wait in the heat for about 15 mins while I waited on my order. Their curbside pickup area was full of drive thru patrons like me waiting for their orders. I think this is unacceptable. I waited for 10 mins for 2 cookies........... I had to ASK someone in the back about my order. Which is ridiculous!!!!! I work in the food industry and know how it can be but WAIT. Yep. Expect service just like you would at any other mcdonalds. They'll give you your order with all sorts of stuff missing, and don't even bother to check. And sometimes they'll even forget the whole order leaving you having to remind every other minute. read more

One star for bad creepy vibes. Literally there was maybe one or two people waiting for food. But they get weird/ quizzical if you don't take the receipt with the order number. The manager had to help the cashier with my discount code- but one sammich and get a second one for 50 cent. My food order took so long to complete that my order was already ready. The manager was helping the staff but he didn't call out my number-- probably because again there was really nobody else in line or waiting. So now im waiting for my food for about 30 Seconds as we stared deeply into each others eyes in silence. How romantic right?-- & then finally he asked what i had ordered. Yes. This place is alright. I come here out of convenience a lot for breakfast. The prices are pretty low and the service is a little slow but it's not a bad spot if you need some breakfast. I'm not sure it's as bad as everyone says it is in their one star reviews haha but maybe they had a worse experience than I've had. read more

There is a bad stench in this place and it's noticeable as soon as you walk in... a "we haven't mopped the floors in weeks" or a "we always forget to take out the trash" kind of stench. To top that off there are a lot of flies buzzing around the place which leads me to believe there is more that isn't clean than meets the eye. There's no reason a restaurant should have flies buzzing around... The staff was seemingly a little rude at first but once you talk to them they are nicer. There was a man who looked like a manager walking around and he seemed upset with one of the employees which made it an awkward situation being that I, a customer, was standing there. My coworker and I were originally going to dine in, but after being in the place for a few minutes waiting for the food I told him I didn't want to eat there and we took the food to go. I came here late in the evening after arriving on a long haul flight. Long story short the employees were so high on something that they were unable to function. I ordered a two double quarter pounders, no cheese, got two quarter pounders with cheese, was told there was nothing they could do to fix the order. Drove off missing half my order because they refused to change it, saying it was already in the system. When I say they were high, I'm not saying this as an exaggeration, the guy at the window was acting so lethargic he struggled to open the window. No one acknowledged me, the lady was taking someone else's order so I assumed that window was closed. I sat there for a bit until the car in front of me move forward. So I did too. One of the best McDonald's I've been too. Food came out hot and fresh. Nuggets were that nice crispy brown. The fries were golden crispy. Not brown and soggy like most McDonald's. The Big Mac came out clean and well dressed. Not soggy or falling apart. Very even portions. Morning breakfast rush and the drive thru is wrapped around the building and at least 10 people standing waiting for their order to be fulfilled. Service is very slow. Looks like 3 cashiers (including Drive Thru) and one cook, one guy wondering around and one "order expediter". The energy of this place is just not there ... reminds me of the sloth in the movie Zootopia. They may be quick to take your order but for a fast food chain of this magnitude, the service is not as expected.
