Should not be this hard. On a quick business trip to LA so stopped in to fuel car and got some breakfast. Went inside as I needed restroom break also, this is were I knew I should keep going. This is one of those McDonald's that have decided to just use the self check and not have anyone in window in order to save costs. I can't place my order on that thing because I wanted something off menu. Went on drive through and ordered from dollar menor a sausage McMuffin with egg with no sausage and a chicken biscuit from get one reg price and other for $1. Girl says they can't do that it's full price? I said just take out the sausage but no dice would not let me do it, have done this at other places with no issue but not here.... Fine give me that and I would take out sausage and call it a day. The give me a McMuffins with no egg just sausage!!!! Wtf!! Kind of funny actually and they wonder why they have 2 stars rating. Girls were nice and they tried they just have their hands tied by their crappy management. Ordered on the app..and I was waiting in the drive thru for like 20 minutes. There was a truck in the other lane waited the same exact time. Mind you the drive thru was empty. This is the first time this has happened to me. I usually get up they are quick to ask for my code and I'm literally on my way. Not sure what was so different today. read more

My family and I were traveling up north and stopped at Earlimart McDonald's I placed an order of 3 (2 for $6 English McMuffins) and was waiting inside the restaurant for over 35 minutes and there was no one else waiting for food. Staff passed by us multiple times to take out carry out orders and no one went out of their way to ask what were we waiting for etc. I finally asked the staff how much longer and resulted they had made my order and my sisters order and possibly handed them to someone else. We then had to wait for our food to be remade resulting in over 40 minute wait for simple sausage and egg McMuffins. After I got in my car and started to eat my sandwich, my sandwich had egg shells! Not worth our $60+ order, I would never stop at this location again. read more

I wanted to order and the counter and the employee said I had to order on the self serve kiosk. And requiring everyone that comes in to order on the self serve. And when I received my order there were 3 items missing. And on top of that employees had a rude attitude. Double check you have everything before leaving with your order. read more

I used to stop here all the time but not anymore. They have kiosks where you can order your food and they will bring it to you. However this McDonald's is so lazy they will not bring it to you. Half the time the kiosks don't even give you a receipt so you don't know what your number is. They're up there hollering out numbers that nobody knows. Yet there's a locator number on the receipt. Unbelievable they got my order correct almost. I ordered a large Coke and they gave me a medium. So my recommendation is just go to the Calendar. In order, you'll get the same Service as if you order it yourself at the kiosk. Better yet go to a different mcdonald's they're all over the place. read more

This place has horrible management and horrible workers that look like they hate there lives . Esmeralda especially looked and acted like she hated it working here . Gave us attitude and mean looks . And when we asked for condiments she turns around and nods her head . We say thank you and she does not respond with anything but a mean look . The food was cold when we got it . Do not come here . The bathroom was beyond filthy and when address with the staff they said they were closing the dining room anyways. No exactly the response you'd want to hear. Happened to stop at this McDonald's on my way to Los Angeles from Sacramento. Town didn't look as clean. But the McDonald's was really clean and so were the bathroom didn't expect it to be that clean. Cleaner then the Sacramento ones for sure, food was good as well. read more

Ive ordered many time here but the one time I needed fast food the most it's closed... A worker said they were closed because their water was shut off? The customer service here is a hit and miss depending on who you get. McDonald's is McDonald's anywhere, as far as the fast food it's passable. I like it much better then Delano's McDonald's because they serve breakfast until about 3 pm whereas Delano only until 11 am. read more

Take a very long time for a simple order. Sometimes they get the order wrong or forget to give u what comes with the meal. I always go because is close to my home and my son loves the chicken nuggets. But to be honest I rather go to the McDonald's located in Delano. read more

It's a "good" McDonald's. Right off the 99 freeway (to the east). Restaurant was clean. I was assisted by "Yanley," a polite and efficient young women at the front counter. Restroom was clean. Fountain area was clean. Food was as expected. Easy parking - big parking lot. They have "drive-thru." read more

Disgusting. Stopped here on way back from Yosemite and the bathrooms had no soap and were very dirty so didn't trust the people making the food to have clean hands. Easy stop right down the street from freeway. New decorations friendly service. The bathrooms were not so disgusting as something else lamented. And as also mentioned the coke freestyle machines are my favorite. Can't go wrong for a buck. read more
