Simple order was for a quarter pounder with Cheese, regular cheese burger (for the Corgi) and 4 piece Chicken Nuggets with the drive-through drive-through at McDonald's he got dog biscuit out of it after I pulled up and the chicken nuggets with ranch dipping sauce, There was a blue truck at position 2 when I pulled in even before I arrived. Drove around and went through the drive in and was directed to pull up to the same blue truck. 10 minutes later, neither of us had our orders. Pulled around and went in to retrieve my order. It's really disappointing when I order something, like a Happy Meal with an apple juice, and they forget to put it in the bag. I was looking forward to it, but when I opened the bag, there was nothing but my other Happy Meal with a Dr. Pepper. It's just not fair--this has happened before too. Didn't catch his name but the late night manager on Tuesday morning at 2:45 AM December 18th was extremely pleasant from start to finish which didn't take long even after he informed us that it may be a little longer than expected due to the fact he wanted to provide us with the freshest product that we had ordered. I've traveled the country and frequented many McDonald's locations during the late night hours and this is by far the best experience and freshest ingredients I've ever encountered during any operating hours at all of the locations I've visited. A great advantage to me given that I live within 2 miles of this location. Any time we are in Denver, NC, we hit McDonalds for a dinner- us and our 3 kids- the staff is really friendly, makes us feel that we are in the right place to have good times- the kids are enjoying the games and we have some free time- enjoy the food and service- many times one of the staff/manager stops by and share some stories. Our kids feel that it is a special place to go, thanks for the entire staff, server/kitchen and utility! They are a great team. We will be back! read more

I've had minor issues with this place before, like no napkins or straw missing, but nothing like I experienced today. We got to the speaker and the girl, quickly and unpleasantly asks for my order. I started, got to my 3rd item and she doesn't let me finish, or ask if I was done, flashed a total on screen and goes to next car. I said "I wasn't done". No response. I said "I guess I'll give the rest of my order at the window. I get to first window and the poor lady there was flustered. The order she reads to me is not even close to what I ordered. Then, a tall girl with BRIGHT red hair comes up and yells at her saying "you're holding up my line". RUDE! Then the manager comes over, asks what's wrong and treats her like crap as well. I was like ....ummm no honey, the lazy girl at the next window with the headset on, leaning her ass against the counter, chewing on her nails, and playing with her hair (BTW, those are all health code violations), that girl is holding up the line because she's getting the orders wrong. The lady in the first window was just taking money and I know that was not her voice on the speaker. I've been there before and that lady is good. The one with the red hair and her lazy side kick were gumming up the works. I get to the second window and I can see the red haired girl running her mouth, and the little girl in the window (whom I also felt bad for) gives me my bag after handing me my drink, and I noticed the fries were missing. She closed the window and I see red haired, disrespectful girl # 1, and lazy side kick #2, carrying on. She comes back and says "she didn't ring you up for it". I said "I want to see the manager now!". The manager proceeds to tell me "she didn't ring you up for them and I was standing there while she put in the order (ummmm no. She walked away in the middle instead of making sure it was being entered correctly. She did nothing to help that lady. She treated her like crap and didn't say a thing that rude girl that humiliated her in front of me). I said "Are you kidding me!". She walked away and brought back fries and never apologized. When I drove away the last straw was we got the wrong sauce for the nuggets and my daughters sausage biscuit was stale. If you offer breakfast all day it should be as good as when it's offered in the morning. Or maybe you should say, "old breakfast left overs served all day". You know as former manager, and employee of a fast food place, I know how stressful it is, but you don't EVER argue with the customer. You make solutions not excuses, and you encourage team work and not bullying like that disrespectful girl was doing to everyone. And I will be contacting the health department.
