The worst McDonald's I've been to. No ketchup no barbecue sauce, I was told to walk 4 minutes to buy barbecue sauce. Terrible service.

Paid for a small single order of fries. After waiting for 40 minutes, with the order still not complete, I left. It was no use trying to straighten it out, as neither the disorganized layout nor the workers supported that. Didn't expect it to be so difficult to finish that simple of an order. read more

It was jam-packed over heavy traffic during the holidays. The airport was packed. But this specific location was quick and efficient. I got my order in less than a minute with 15 others waiting. They know how to handle a big crowd during Christmas season. read more

Not a fan of McDonalds in general, but I give the staff credit here, they were very efficient. Located in the Denver Airport, I was short on time but my belly wanted food! Would have preferred one of the many sit down much better options at DIA, but alas I had to settle for some Mickey D's. no need to describe the food, same as every other McDonalds across the country. There was quite the rush however , so kudos to their employees. They were pumping out greasy goodness with the quickness! Their speed and efficiency were on point even if there food isn't my favorite. read more

Attended this McDonalds and thought I was dealing with an extremely rude manager, it turned out to be the owner, TONI. Very unprofessional and angry, not only was she handling food with her bare hands whilst correcting an order, she then began throwing it around once I politely pointed out that she should be wearing gloves. read more

Awful, awful service. The manager, Bajie, was entirely rude and cold not only to me, but to the perfectly nice employee next to her as well. The nice employee, Samaya, was actually helpful and responsive and fixed it when Bajie messed up my order (a large iced coffee with cream). I don't often go to McDonalds, and this reminded me why. The nuggets were completely disgusting. My toddler who eats everything refused to eat them. They were hard to bite down on and they were extremely dry. Won't be coming back if i use Denver airport EVER again! read more

I work on the B Concourse. My lunch break is limited. I decided to treat myself to a hamburger. Knowing McDonalds would be fast I went there. My order was taken correctly, double cheeseburger/pickles only. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I arrived back to my work position to find my "pickles only" request turned out to be no pickles, ketchup and onions. I am not allowed extended lunch breaks to fix the order mix up. I very seldom even buy food at the airport, so this was disheartening. Possibly remind employees to take that extra second to make sure the order is correct. I understand the dynamics of a very busy location, however not a great experience. read more

Hey everyone! This is the most busiest of the busiest when it comes to visiting a McDonald's... Especially in the airport!!! Unfortunately nothing can be done about it, but hey, it happens. It's not the workers fault if that's what you're asking. But their lack of improvement can be the main key source for the lack of providing excellent customer service. I believe no one should seriously fuss for one burger at McDonald's that just so happens to be busy all the dang time. It's the airport what does everyone expect? Reviewing a McDonalds seems a little out of the ordinary to me, but I wanted to share my experience since it was a positive one. Yesterday I was in concourse B and decided to stop at McDonalds for breakfast. I ordered the number 3 sausage combo and waited for my food to arrive. McDonalds is usually prompt but for whatever reason it took a few minutes and they compensated me by giving me another hash brown. I wasn't going to complain or anything, but I like the fact that they took the initiative and gave me something because they felt they were wrong. You don't see that a lot these days but its the reason I am giving them a very good review. read more

We were at Denver Airport 12/6/16., in Concourse C. They had one cashier and the line was very long. The wait time was unbelievable. We saw two customers return their incorrect orders. Once we received our order the hamburgers were not warm and the buns were stale. To top it all off, my husband and I got food poisoning. read more

Completed orders were carelessly tossed on the counter, perplexed customers waiting around for change because the cashier abruptly walked away, unprofessional manager, sauce spewed halfway off the sandwich, and fries spilled everywhere inside the bag. McDonald's is the best place to eat in a filthy airport. It feels almost acceptable. The service is fast and I was surprised to see the long line disappear so quickly. There are no shakes so I guess I'm being quite generous with this rating. read more

They must pay poorly here because all the employees are not from Denver. I think they must hire outside of Denver. Anyway, the bad management and poor communication skills of the employees make ordering here a pain. After confirming they understood my order (egg mcmuffin with a biscuit instead of mcmuffin bread) & explaining how so many others seem to mess it up, she says condescendingly, "yes sir, I got it". Ok thank you. Got my food to gate to see they put no sandwich at all. Ran all the way back to get it. She handed it to me "sausage mcmuffin with a biscuit"? Yes, thank you. We went to McDonald's At terminal B to order food for our flight to Las Vegas. We ordered a kids meal with extra pickles, apple slices "in addition to the fries" As offered by the clerk, and an orange Fanta. as well as 2 big mac's. We didn't get the fries, or the orange Fanta or the extra pickles. We found out at the plane that we received a red Fanta, no fries, no pickles. We came back from vagas on September 14th (about 9pm) and wanted to get another meal for my daughter before driving back to Greeley. I mentioned the problem with the last order a couple of days ago but the clerk didn't speak English or didn't understand me, so I just passed over it and made my order. The same as a couple of days ago. She asked for the credit card and I provided mine. The CC machine didn't work so I mentioned, why don't you enter the card manually instead of taking up so much time, trying to swipe it 10 times. The manager came over and said we don't enter the card manually. At this point I'm frustrated by the treatment and I proceed to take my card from the clerk and addressed the manager with my complaint about a couple of days ago and this date. She said I can't do anything for you, and I said I would like the number to the district manager, she said call Mcdonalds... Pretty much telling me to get the hell out of there... After that we proceeded to the burger king at the main concourse and purchased our food from there, and was treated with dignity and as if our business matters. Get your food some place else... these guys don't care about you... just your money... they are crooked... at least I think the owner is crooked and teaches the owners how to treat customers like a third world country. read more

Horrible service. Lady (I believe the manager) was on her cell phone the entire time while I ordered. Then I looked in the kitchen and it was trashed. Food all over the floor, dirty, unorganized, staff singing and doing other things instead of helping patrons. Sad that Denver is so beautiful when you visit and this is the last image I see? Worst food I have ever had and I have been to more than 40 different countries. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal. The sandwich was cold, looked non appetizing. The Coke was totally flat and fries greasy and cold. All went to the trash can. The dining area smelled like there has been a sewage leak, that has not been cleaned well.
