This mcdonald's is good, but the service is mid. it took around 5 minutes to get my food which isnt bad, i ordered a deluxe mccrispy with no onions, no pickles, and no tomatoes, but when I opened the box to see my mccrispy there was a slice of tomato inside, i said i wanted no tomatoes but they literally put a slice of tomato inside my mccrispy, and the lettuce was scattered all over the box, i had to put some aside just so i can eat my mccrispy in peace but the good part about my order was i ordered a medium ice tea, but they gave me a large! but although they added tomatoes and just tossed extra lettuce inside, and thought medium was the large cup, its still a great mcdonalds, last time i came here they had very good service and everything was neat. one of the best places to eat before your flight! McDonald's is McDonald's - their food isn't bad and it isn't great, but it surely does hit the spot and I enjoy it! I do have to say that this location's speed of service is like lightning. This McDonald like the rest is consistent with their food. Of course expect to pay "airport prices." A large order of Fries is about $5. I really wanted French fries, so I stopped here. Aya's take: I wanted to grab some breakfast before my flight and McDonald's looked like the quickest option. I'm not sure why there's no McGriddle option without meat. It typically comes with bacon but I opted to remove it. I like the sweetness from the McGriddle with the savoriness from the egg and cheese. That, paired with the crispiness and saltiness of the hash brown, it actually hits the spot. The Orange Juice was great but the Caramel Frappe (I had asked for a Caramel Latte) was not what I wanted. It was too icy and overly sweet. After a few sips, I just threw it out. I didn't have enough time before my flight to go ask for my correct drink. Airport fare is always expensive and sometimes it's not good. Because it was breakfast, we decided McDonald's because I do like their hash browns. Ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg meal with orange juice and hash browns. It was early so when she asked what I wanted to drink I said 'nothing' until I realized it came with my meal. Apologized to the server and we laughed at my half awake state. Got my receipt with my order number and waited at the side. They were busy but they moved the orders along fairly quickly so it was nice. Heard my number and picked up my meal. Headed back to the gate to eat it. Hadn't had McDonald's in a while. The hash browns were delicious ! Orange juice a good wake me up of sugar. The McMuffin just nice to fill me up but not make me feel like I over ate. I honestly can't believe some of the rude comments and reviews here. I ordered and got my correct order in about 5 minutes. It was perfect. I hardly every eat McDonald's anymore but when I can get a chance to, I'm taking it! The worst part of the experience were the other customers, specifically, a trio of white college a-holes from Rutgers. I never knew that college produced such hateful little pricks. The dumb blond and 2 other trashy guys stood there and just laughed at the service, making fun of one of the workers who had an accent. The worker didn't do anything wrong. While frequent travelers expect to pay more for everyday items while traveling, it still wrong to post prices on menu boards which are simply false. The menu boards at the DIA McDonalds locations advertise $1 any size drinks. However, a large Coke actually costs $2.94 which is not posted anywhere. When I asked about this, the rude person screaming out order numbers simply said, the board is wrong. Very well run restaurnt by an all female "front of the store" staff. There was an organized line and dots to stand on to wait for food, plexiglass, fast ordering and fast, hot food delivery. There was a creepy little computer voice saying something like "please pick up order number 148" but that was actually effective because it's a persistent little bugger so you hear your number and pick it up when the food is still hot vs. a human voice you may miss. For real though? Okay, so it was not awful. We had a flight delay...womp womp...and fries sounded like just the right treat at the moment. There were a lot of people waiting for their food, but there was some commotion going on in the back of McD's. It appeared that an employee was stopping by mid-shift. There was a lot of laughing, and hugging going on in the kitchen. One employee was wearing a ski cap with a ball on top. I didn't know that was allowed, but okay. So we asked for 'hot fries'. We really needed some hot fries, not cold and limp. The cashier looked at us, and then looked over to the fryer where about 8 large containers of fries were all ready to go. So we just decided to take our chances, as we could always bring them back...right? We moved over to wait with all of the other people and noticed all of the drinks sitting on the counter ready to go. There were a lot, and some were coffee. Isn't coffee supposed to be hot? Not sure how long all of these drinks had been sitting on the counter. We saw a few people get their orders of food, and they picked out their sodas from this grouping of drinks. One girl was mopping the floor, and then put that aside and grabbed bags of food that were ready to go. She dug through them to make sure everything was inside, and then handed them to waiting customers. Eww. At least the food was wrapped up. Anyway, we got our fries, tried one out and they were alright. Warm, but not right out of the fryer hot...obviously. This place could be so efficient, as they had so many employees working, but the management here is lacking big time. But we are stuck here and have no choice, so what do they really care. This McDonald's runs hot and cold. Sometimes you get amazing service other times it feels like you can miss your flight. I didn't take any photos since a McDonald's burger and fries are pretty self explanatory. I'm more reviewing the service. It took about 5 minutes to wait in-line to place my order. I'm good with that since the two employees at the register were taking two customers at a time each, so kudos to them. The issue is the length it takes the food to come out. An employee for an airline was waiting for his food by the time I got in-line to place my order. I got my order before he did. The people who are calling out the order numbers are also very quiet. Unless you're on top of the counter can you hear what order number they're calling out. Most of the times you have to rely on passengers to shout out the order number. They used to have a key pad and a speaker that would call out the order number but that is no longer there. For people who want sundaes or malts this McDonald's doesn't have the machines for it. read more

I had a very early flight in the "A" terminal in the DEN airport and noticed that although McDonalds was not the first place to open for breakfast, it was the most popular there. People started lining up at 4:45am when the place didn't open until 5:30am. Luckily for me I saw the line starting and I got in before it grew to half way past the middle of the terminal. This was just McDonalds, not the hottest new roller coaster. I just kept thinking about why so many people would chose to get in the long line instead of going to one of the other nearby places with shorter lines to get breakfast? Did this one sprinkle crack onto their egg mcmuffins? I tested that theory and can confirm that there was no crack in their egg mcmuffins. Everything was just your average typical McDonalds food. Um, yah I'm going to write a review for this McDonald's. So I have been to the Mickeydees so many times over the last 9+ years I've lost count...although my waistline has been keeping an accurate record. One belt notch at a time... It's definitely improved in process and quality during this time. It's always well-staffed. They organized a nice "guest" cue and they dish out orders almost as fast as they take in the money. It's typical and consistently McDonald's which is ultimately what we want and expect. Often establishments at the airport fall flat but I think this one is doing fine. It's spring break, the line was full of families on top of the typical business and casual traveler population. Breakfast all day was the best thing they ever did. read more

I was so excited to order a quarter pounder combo meal yesterday before my flight to Phoenix. As I ordered, the employee taking my order was scrolling on his phone as I ordered. Whatever, that's fine. I just wanted a good meal. They forgot two out of three of my drinks and I had to wait in line to tell them. There was also nowhere to get ketchup for my fries without waiting back in line. As I ate the burger, I was amazed at how flavorless it was and how hard/dry the bun was... how old was this thing!? The worst part was getting food poisoning. Thankfully it was a short flight, and I had time to get home before suffering. I saw them shrug off that I wanted my food dropped fresh. I told them I had hours to kill and did not mind waiting. I got my order and realized not only was my food cold, but it didn't have the extra pickles I ordered. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they did drop my friend's order of nuggets and fries fresh. When I went back to tell them that my order was not hot and they did not put extra pickles on my burger I got eye rolls and attitude. I specifically told them that I was there for hours and did not mind waiting and they still did not listen. I don't want food that's been sitting underneath a light for hours that's why asked for it to be made to order I realized it was busy and things were hectic, but that's no excuse for attitude and not listening to your customer's request. It's been a while since I last got McDonalds at the airport. Though the company claims all locations nationwide now offer the full breakfast menu all day, this one does not. This one was also incapable of giving me just the egg on a muffin. I had to take the whole package, with ham and cheese. It tasted just fine, but quite salty with the the full components. It was busy, lots of people being trained and they made a mistake on my husband's order ( they left the mcmuffin out of the combo package! )So we had to wait even longer while they made it. When Delta was on C gates, it was just so much easier to eat on that concourse. read more

So I came here at 2:45AM because my flight was cancelled mid flight. Asked these cool security dudes what was opened and they directed me here saying it closes at 3AM. I never choose McDonald's but I was desperate. Got to the front and encountered the most rude girl in the world. She was FaceTiming someone and was talking nonstop. When I got to the front to order, she deliberately ignored me for a good minute then asked me what I wanted. She asked in the most annoyed tone and basically rushed me to order. I asked for a McChicken and she told me they didn't have it in a very crude manner and was still FaceTiming! Mind you, I'm extremely patient so I smiled through the whole process. I ended up getting a 20 piece and McDouble and she forgot my sauces so I had to go back and get them. On the plus side she ended up giving me like 5 of McDonald's precious sauces when we normally have to pay for extra. Whatever the case, I don't think this girl (wearing a black hijab) should be working there if she's going to act this way towards her customers.
