I was so excited when this McDonald's was built. There has been many disappointments from wrong orders received to very poor customer service. I got the fruit and yogurt parfait this morning and was provided this. It has very little yogurt and a ton of fruit. Doesn't look like the marketing photo. read more

This is possibly the worst mc Donald's I have ever dealt with ever! They are consistently understaffed on the weekends so getting food on a Saturday night takes FOREVER! They have repeatedly screwed up our orders when ordered on their app, and to add injury to insult, they app is crap as well. We were unable to even contact them because no matter what email we tried to use, it was not recognized as a working email. Go to Whataburger y'all! read more

DO NOT leave without checking your order for accuracy, because there's a 99% chance that an item(s) are missing. Worst McDonalds EVER.... And I mean ever. The service is slow and the order is almost always wrong. Today I sat at the order kiosk for 10 minutes while the cars lined up behind me. I finally got my cell phone out and called them to let them know there were 8 cars in line - not counting the ones that left. My 3 year old grandson loves McDonalds, otherwise I would NEVER use this location close to my home. Still rediculously slow. I only go here when I'm really tired and don't have time to run in the grocery store so I'm hoping for something quick. A few times I've sat at the drive through and nobody ever takes my order. Other times there is a super long wait in the drive through line. Going inside isn't any better especially in the morning. My food order is usually correct, but if I have to wait 30 minutes to get it, I'd rather go on the grocery store and get something healthier. read more

This McDonald's has been good to me. It's funny to me that I am even writing a review for McDonald's. haha I don't get much here. Just black coffee. The thing I like about this McDonald's is that the coffee is consistent, the internet is GREAT, it is really clean, and the population that comes in is primarily senior citizens. After ordering at the kiosk, it kept showing my order empty. Manager said she didn't know how to fix it so placed my order at the counter. Asked for here and received it to go. Had to go back and ask for my fries. 1/4 pounder with cheese patty was cold. My food got cold waiting for a replacement. Gave up waiting and got a refund. Others having issues as well. For a relatively new store not impressed at all. Extremely dirty all around. Its roughly 12:30 lunch time not very busy in the dine-in and hard to find a table thats clean. Went once a week for 3 weeks to get my daughter the vanilla shakes she loves. She also tried in between my visits but every time either of us tried to order them they said they were not serving them at that time due to equipment issues. The service was horrible and the wait was way to long... I waited for 45 minutes for my 10 piece chicken mc-nuggets... And it was not busy at all.... They had about ten workers in the back but it took 45 minutes for one item. I could have gone to a dine-in restaurant for that amount of time... I DO NOT RECOMMEND this MC.
