I placed my breakfast order at 10:25 am on the McDonalds app. I arrived at the drive-through at 10:34 am. Because it was after 10:30 my order was canceled. I had to go to another restaurant and buy breakfast for my family. McDonalds refused to serve me the breakfast I had ordered and already paid for. I noticed a significant trend on other reviews for this location. Primary complaint is mobile orders are not put together until you arrive. Even then, you are low in the pecking order. You'll see several cars go through the drive in while you have been waiting on a order you placed 15 minutes in advance. Why even bother with the mobile app? I don't blame the hard workers getting paid near to nothing, I blame the management. Good management would do it's best to correct similar reviews, but nothing changes. I'll drive a little further to the McDonald's on 35E/Ft Worth drive. That location does everything right! Maybe they could have their manager help the Teasley location out. read more

Just ordered my breakfast only to find out that I'm being charged extra for coffee but if I had ordered a soda, it would have been free. My food was NOT HOT. This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at food wise and definitely the worst service wise. I've eaten at McDonald's in border towns in the middle of the night and gotten better service. The bar is not real high and yet, this location still manages to disappoint. None of the managers I have dealt with speak English, at least they pretend not to. When, not if, but when they screw up you will not get a reaction beyond "sorry". The tea taste like coffee because they don't clean the makers correctly, and they don't care if you have a coffee allergy. This time I ordered curbside well ahead of time, arrived, checked in, and waited. I watched a dozen cars go through the drive through waiting on my order and finally just went through the drive through and got it. When asked the managers reason was that service was slow, never mind the dozen cars I watched pass through. When that was brought up she didn't speak anymore English and scurried away. The food was cold, most of it stale and the burgers were swimming in mayo. I've given this location a couple tries since it is close to my house and the few times I want a chicken sandwich it is convent but I've had enough. The owner of this location doesn't seem to care and I'll just go elsewhere. I will however send a copy of this to corporate, I doubt it will do any good but why not try. read more

Every single time I go through the drive through they get my order wrong. I always get a DBL QTR w/cheese and they always give me a single. I went in last time and they argued with me stating I got a single even though I never do. This time I am currently waiting in spot 1 and there are 0 other customers. Every time I use mobile ordering it takes 5 times as long to receive the actual order. I sat in the curbside pickup for 15 min with a 2 year old whining in my back seat but it's raining and he had an accident so he's pantsless. I can't go inside and ask for my order so I went through the drive through and sat there while at the first window the person didn't know what to do then I pulled up to the second window and the lady instead of just making my food and handing it to me argued with me and asked me to go wait back in the spot on the curb. Probably the worst McDonald's to eat at every time I order food here they mess up my orders and tonight I had to return twice because they messed up my order and when I tried to go back and go in the lobby so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive thru line they had already locked the doors and refused to open the door when I knocked on the window and it even shows on the door the lobby hours and lobby isn't supposed to close until 10pm and it wasn't even 9:30. When I did get my food remade they still were somehow able to mess it up after I specifically told them what they messed up I went back because I had ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a single with no cheese and when they remade it they messed it up again and put no cheese on it. Dear General Manager, The 2 stars are for the 2 hard working employees that are always helping me and that this is the most convenient location on my way to work. You are neglecting your duties with this store and lacking on follow through. The trickle down effect has impacted your team and your customers and changes need to be made. If you put someone in charge, it is your responsibility to ensure they know how to schedule effectively, order accurately and retain your team. If they don't, it falls to you to train them and follow up. I have seen multiple employees be abused and overworked while poor employees are not held to the same standard. It's your job to set expectations and then inspect what you expect. It's ridiculous for one store to run out of sweet tea twice in a week, or cups or straws ever! However, this is a regular occurrence. A customer should never be turned away without explanation and the store should be open during the posted hours. You changed the hours and gave your overnight staff 2 days notice and your customers none. Shame on you!! Not only did you put livelihoods at risk, you lost good employees because of it. Now your staff is unclear on what their own hours are! In the last 8 weeks, on Monday mornings, your store wasn't open when it was supposed to be 5 times and not ready to operate/turning people away another 2. That is completely unacceptable! Will not be returning here again. I accidentally place an order on the app at a wrong location which is too far to drive to. I try calling them and their phone simply does not work, trust me I called 9 different times. So then I try going into my local McDonald's to see if they can help me or try to contact the other McDonald's internally. Then she goes and asks the manager to talk to me and her sorry a** begins to play telephone with me through the employee 5 feet away. No gravy today (second time now), no mayo packets anymore at this location, have to check our order every time, overall very slow. Here's what I sent into McDonald's via their feedback website: I ordered or wanted to order the sausage biscuit gravy dish. The person said they did not have any today. Weird since this is breakfast time. This is the second time this has occurred. I found out that the can opener that they use to open the can for the gravy was broken. The manager thought about going across the street to the Kroger's to get a new one, but since it was 12-14 dollars, she did not. So, no sausage biscuit gravy for that location for the day I guess. I then ordered a chicken biscuit. As I was about to leave, I forgot to ask for a mayo packet. Apparently this general manager has eliminated all mayo packets for the site. Mayo is what goes on my biscuit to give it some extra taste. So off I head to home now, where I was going to work, to get some mayo. When I get home, the biscuit is hard and the chicken does not seem fresh. This McDonald's receives very bad reviews via Facebook and Yelp. Take a look some time. Store 35462. After explaining the entire story, he wanted to replace it, " NO THANKS ! " Would you like your money back ? YES !!! Then he goes and gets the " general manager " ( the wicked witch from the West ) and she refuses to give my money back, but will replace the order. So if you work late this is not the McDonald's to go to. I've been here at least 10 times around 11pm ish and they've been "closed". It's so funny how they constantly make excuses for the reasons they close early. This has to be one of the laziest night crews around. On the positive side, the food taste is just alright - I mean, it's McDonalds after all - but at least it's hot and fresh. The restaurant and play place are newly renovated, which is nice. They now offer the self-ordering kiosks, which I like because I can order my food specifically the way I like it. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because I used to frequent their location on a weekly basis in order to study (I'm taking college courses) while the kids played, & then we'd either eat dinner or have ice cream there before heading home. Ever since the renovation, however, they no longer offer WiFi!! I don't understand why they took it away, but it's infuriating. Now we have to travel 20min to another location for something that used to only be a 5min!! Taking away Internet access in today's world just doesn't make sense! I say Diet Coke and Diet Coke on my receipt, but they give me regular coke. 3 people in a row asked to pull to a waiting space with another already waiting at the end of the line.
