Finally something good has come out of the pandemic. It's been nearly 30 years since I went through training at McDonald's. And it's been that long since I had an order that was 100% perfectly executed. The fries were cooked to perfection, salted appropriately, and packed neatly just like the training videos show you to do. And not a bit of of the back of the fry box was visible. Textbook execution. The double quarter pounder was the same, from the bun being caramelized properly to the burger being juicy, seasoned, and stacked properly. This location has had lots of problems with hit and miss performance and sub-par service. But today, they did it absolutely right. Hopefully they can keep it up. read more

Was one of three cars in drive through. 11:40am in a Saturday afternoon. No one was moving and there were no voices coming out of the speakers so I parked to go inside. Passed a gentleman who I assumed was a manager (dressed in a tie) and mentioned no one was getting service at the drive through. Once I got inside, there was no one at the counter. One employee was in the back and another was chatting with a woman at a dining table. Walked back outside and saw the gentleman with the tie talking to one of the cars In the drive-through. Mentioned on my way to the car that no one was at the counters either. He said he was. I stated, 'no, you are outside.' No one running the place and all seemed to be without direction. I guess this accounts for the slowest McDonald's comment from another reviewer. Surprised corporate has this as an example of their brand. Managed to get a barbecue sandwich in same center. Additionally, the drive-through has the curbs around it so you can't escape which makes you a captive audience for everyone standing out here begging for a dollar begging for you to order for them on the speaker begging for you to add something to your order and McDonald's doesn't do anything about it here at this location. read more

Menu says #2 quarter pounder with cheese meal is $6.89 (see picture), but they insisted on charging me $7.08 plus tax ($7.66). I confirmed that it was the usual medium size and not upgraded and she acknowledged that there was no upgrade. They are simply charging more than their listed price and assuming people aren't paying attention... had the menu said $7.08, I would have paid it, but I can't support deceptive practices of businesses taking advantage of folks. I haven't seen chandeliers at a Mcdonald's in forever and there's even a china cabinet. Not that they would undermine my experience there; I actually really appreciate old school deco. The biggest problem though, I have with the place, is the cleanliness. Me and my wife ordered our food and we walked around the empty restaurant and could not find a table that was clean. The chairs, the booth, all the tables looked greasy and dirty, like they haven't been properly cleaned in days. We stopped by here on our way out of town to grab coffee, etc. Let me just say Ill NEVER come back. This place is completely sketchy. There's people randomly lingering around outside.
