The lunch rush today was very crowded but the employees handled it beautifully and got us in and out very quickly! Gina specifically was so helpful helping other employees to make everything run like a well oiled machine. Awful service, I did a to go order online and specifically picked no mayo and wrote special instructions for no mayo. Went back to the store because obviously they did not listen to the instructions. The manager was rude, I had the staff make another sandwich and she messed up again and still put mayo. So after the third attempt at making a simple sandwich without mayo, I finally got my food. The service here is SO SLOW. I came in once and I won't patronize this establishment. I called my order ahead and wasn't ready when I get there. Seriously I walk in and they go oh we are just now putting it on the grill. Then why did I call in?! To make matters worse BOTH of my subs were not made correctly. My chipotle cheese steak was made with chicken. Even though I specifically said steak. And my buffalo chicken cheese steak has no buffalo sauce and since I had to grab and run I didn't find out my order was incorrect til I was already down the highway. I've been to jersey mikes all over the country traveling for work and I know for a fact this is the best store in the entire franchise simply because of the staff that goes above and beyond every visit for every customer to have a 5 star customer service experience. These folks are literally the only reason I eat jersey mikes multiple times a week and anytime I have to go to another location I am disappointed because the staff here set the bar so high. Y'all should really bonus, promote, give a raise to Jackie Alex Giovanni and Patrice on that night shift. I'm a COO of a large hospitality company and if y'all don't appreciate em and understand the impact they have on your repeat business you don't deserve to have them on your team because many of companies like mine would be more than happy to have them on our staff. Phenomenal customer service is a skill and frontline folks that behave like owners are hard to come by. Show them appreciation for their contribution to your location because they genuinely deserve it! Sandwiches are great! And the cookies are great when they actually put effort into mixing the recipe up correctly. The customer service stinks. I've never seen an unhappier bunch work at a Jersey Mike's location. I've been to several Jersey Mikes and they are always friendly and professional, but this bunch look unhappy and miserable as if they are working the food line in prison. They only smile with each other and as soon as a customer approaches their smile turns to a frown. Good luck having them acknowledge your presence when you approach the counter. They make you wait a few good minutes. My advice order your meal online for pickup. Enjoying your food in the restaurant is not good because you'll only hear the staff complaining and shouting loudly to each other in the background and sneezing on your food with a giggle and laughter after. read more

Let me first start out by saying the food is amazing. I am addicted to their sandwiches. The customer service at this location on the other hand is abysmal. The employees are relatively friendly but it's an absolute sh*t show every time and they clearly aren't trained on how to give quality customer service. I even filed a complaint on the website a few weeks ago and no one ever got back to me so I guess this problem starts at the top with their management. I placed an order on a Friday night to be picked up Saturday at noon. I showed up at 12:10 and told the guy I had a pick up order. They said it wasn't ready yet so as a heads up I told him I ordered it the previous night so I want to make sure they got it. I waited 15 minutes while people who came in after me that hadn't ordered ahead were long gone. Finally, the guy said they couldn't find my order even though it was finalized and still showing as paid on the app. He then asked me to get in line behind people that came in after me.. you'd think after all of that they would have made my sandwich first but nope. Was in the store for over 20 mins when I placed the pick up order so I could be in and out. Then this weekend I placed another order online. Picked it up, got home and it was wrong. I went back and after they ignored me for 5 mins while attending to people who hadn't picked up their order yet they remade it. They offered the guy in front of me a free drink for waiting so long but offered me nothing for having to drive home, all the way back to the store and home again. Today I went in to redeem my birthday coupon, and it was an okay experience. The young lady behind the counter was friendly, and smiling as she tried to understand what I was asking her. I showed her my printed out coupon, and asked about upgrading the free regular sub to the 12 inch or Giant size. She appeared to be somewhat confused at first, but an older guy also behind the counter pretty much helped her gain the confidence that they could get it done. He sliced my bread after I reminded him again I said wheat and the young lady began asking me what I wanted on it. She did a good job finishing it up and cutting it. Then another young lady came to actually ring the order into the register. We experienced a few hiccups because for one, I can't remember the phone number that's on my shore points account. After not figuring the right number out, I just said forget that part, and I pulled up my Shopping Boss app to create a gift card, for my cash back, and it seemed the gift card wasn't working. The young lady eventually figured it out after I decided to start pouring my drink from the fountain. It wasn't a bad experience, so I didn't want to leave a negative score. For a chain being one of my favorite subs says a lot about Dallas. This place or Eatzis are the only places I go for subs. They slice their meat fresh when you order and don't weigh it out! The guys there are always extremely friendly and chill. I'm a small girl but they always remember I like my sandwiches big! I get their Philly with just meat and cheese and sauce. After trying countless places around I like theirs best they make a great size Philly with enough cheese and the bread is always fresh and soft. I also get their turkey on lighter days and very good quality. To the person giving them a one star for not having a toaster or more vegetarian options.... this isn't the place for you. There are tons of restaurants catering to vegans around Dallas. Happy I can trust in this place to always give a good basic sandwich. read more

I cannot believe the reviews I see here. I visited this shop Sunday evening (because Potbelly was closed), and was extremely disappointed. Maybe this was after a shift change because the staff was anything but friendly. Who cares, let's talk food. I ordered a veggie sandwich on wheat, no cheese (yes, I'm a vegan). The bread was very good but not toasted, nor did they ask me if I wanted it toasted. The vegetables available were scant, but they did have an interesting red pepper sauce. So I accepted the lettuce, paper thin tomatoes, red pepper sauce and mustard. Gak! An awful, very hot mess that I could not finish. I give it one star (as opposed to zero) because the bread was good, but it would have been better toasted. I won't be back. BTW. I had a friend with me, and she agreed with my impressions and opinions. read more

Worst customer service and the girls that work here are always in a 'mood' and even one of the bigger guys made me move so he could walk by without saying excuse me...they don't even clean off the board when a new sandwich comes so you get the residue from the previous sandwich and you have to ask for them to fully wipe it down. I live a block from this location and go out of my way to give my business to the Lemmon location...yes, it's that bad!
