McDonald's - Curbside check in - Burgers Near Me - Cullman, Alabama

I just came through at about 11 pm after work and was the only car in the drive thru and had to wait 3 mins for someone to even answer the speaker, then i didn't get my sauce or even a straw in the bag. My fries were also old. Kind of crazy when you have to pay extra for the ranch i ordered and didn't get. I used to work fast food and it really isn't that hard to do your job. thank you. read more

McDonald's - old fries - Burgers Near Me - Cullman, Alabama

This place is unacceptable. We got a large order, yes ik it's annoying coming from a fast food employee, we got pulled to a stall no problem, understandable. They only gave us 2 of our 3 drinks then when they bring the food out they give us the wrong food and before we could say this isn't ours a young lady walks away. Didn't say have a good day or anything. So we give the food to the RIGHT lady literally right next to us. We wait another 5-10 minutes and they finally bring our food out. We tell the same lady we didn't get our Diet Coke we ordered so she went to go get it and rolled her eyes at us. She brings us back a drink and it was a regular coke. So we're like whatever it's fine and I'm going through the back and they forgot 2 of my medium fries. So I go in and tell them politely Im missing 2 of my medium fries. The young boy who was super nice goes to the back and tells his manager and I immediately hear the manager yelling super mad about us and our order talking about "well they ordered this and that and the other they got they're fries" we did not get our fries read more

Go back for another 15 minutes comes back w my order so I assume it's right because took them so long, mind u I saw 15 cars drive past me w their orders while I ordered 2 things. McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Cullman, Alabama

Floors are slick and greasy. Bathrooms unkempt. Trash containers in dining area running over.

Do I recommend this McDonald's? No No and NO! They sent us up to the second window to wait for a McFlurry and after waiting 12 minutes I went to the first window and asked her what was going on and she didn't even know what I was waiting on. Then I didn't get my order for another 5 minutes and when the woman making them brought it up she said "sorry I forgot". Okay I kinda understand forgetting but what I absolutely do not understand is you letting it sit there and melt for 17 minutes and not making me a new one. This picture is exactly what she handed me without me doing a single thing to it. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

McDonald's - How Is This Acceptable?? - Burgers Near Me - Cullman, Alabama

After getting our food we noticed we didn't ask for ketchup. My partner goes up to ask for some and the African American manager with red twist braids comes up to him with an attitude and tells him when he asks that it's not on our receipt that he wanted ketchup and that we would have to pay to get some. Then I'm looking at my receipt where I did a deal of 15% off of an order 8$+ excluding tax and I realize it only took 1$ off of a 20$ order. So I go back up there to ask why it only took a 1$ when it should've took off 3$ and she proceeds to tell me with an attitude that there's nothing she can do to fix it and that the system takes the amount and if it wasn't correct then it couldn't be fixed. I say well thanks anyway and that we will not be back. She proceeds to say "mkay. Well have a good night" and goes back to her team discussing very loudly the situation that just happened. The employees and service as absolute shit. The attitudes are garbage along with their food. Won't be back for sure read more

Order a small 2 item order on the app 30 minutes before closing. Arrived at the store drive thru and was told that they was short staffed (5 employees there) and they was going to be able to make anymore food unless I was one of the 2 mobile orders they had. I said I was 1 of the mobile orders and gave them the code. They then told me they couldn't make the 20 piece nuggets and they would get the manager to give me a refund. Sat at speaker a few more minutes and nothing more was said so I pulled around to the window and the employees hid and never came to the window. I sat at the window for 20 minutes and finally pulled up to park and walked to the window and all of the employees had come out of hiding and I asked for my refund. They told me to leave and I said I wanted my refund or food and they told me to leave again or they would call the police. This location is the worst with customer service and absolutely the most rude emplyees read more

Absolutely no customer service. Food is okay given it's McDonalds. They rushed us while ordering.

Filthy in every direction . Floors, trash cans, bathrooms and shiny service. Only order two subdues and fries. I asked nicely for mgr to add two packs of ketchup and 1 pepper. She threw about 25 packs of ketchup and 50 packs of pepper in on top of my fries. I had to stop and remove all WASTED products from my bag . She would be filling up my car with bulk waste. She is effecting the bottom line of this business. All tables had food on floor under them . Trash cans overflowing . It was 3pm . The sad part is that this location is automated ordering . Yet they can't even keep it healthy and clean . I suggest waffle house next door. Good food, good service and CLEAN ! We had stopped there on our way to Nashville and hit McD's on our way back. We won't go back ! read more

The food is fine. It's McDonald's. Pretty much comes out the same each time. Let's talk about customer service with this one. No matter WHAT day you end up here, you will be met with the worlds worst customer service. They're snappy at the drive thru intercom, rude when you get to the window, etc. today I asked for light ice in my drink. First of all, she acted as if it was a bother. It's less ice in a drink. Come on. Then, I get to the window and see that it's actually got extra ice. Thinking this was just a misunderstanding, I mention it. I say, "could I get this light ice please?" And this girl, no joke, looks at me and says no. Excuse me? No? So I ask again. Hoping I misheard. She said, "I said no. We don't do that here." But uh. It's light ice. They do. I went about my day, appalled, but whatever. Wasn't gonna let it ruin my mood. I get home that night and I see a VIDEO ON FACEBOOK OF THE SAME GIRL BEING EVEN WORSE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I commented my story there and one of them tried to defend the girl. How?! Folks. This isnt about light ice. It's not about messed up orders. It's about respect. And this McDonalds certainly doesnt teach it. Never again. read more

This McDonald's right here went above and beyond the call of duty. They took my order with the up most care and consideration. After which they seated me at the most comfortable table I have ever had the pleasure of devouring nutritional bits of food. When my food was ready they Carried the tray over too me and placed it at exactly 45 degrees so that I could eat it with proper wrist elevation. When my drink ran low the employee filled it with dr. Pepper from a golden fountain of youth. I will never again eat at such a fanciful establishment again. read more

AWFUL! rude employees! They gave me the wrong order then handed it to another customer! Then a girl LIED about being a manager and tried to just make us leave! WE WAITED 11 minutes for a quarter pounder and chicken nuggets! Normally I like Macdonalds but I go inside instead of ordering at the drive through. Now I know why. This afternoon I was in a hurry and went through the Drive thru, big mistake. It was 4:30 PM and the drive thru was fairly busy but not awful. I ordered the 10 nugget meal with Honey and my wife got the fish sandwich with no cheese. When the order check board it came up Honey/Mustard. I told the somewhat brusk order taker of the mistake and he said he would correct it WRONG. When I got my order I asked the server at the window if it was the 10 nugget, fish sandwich order. She said yes. I made the mistake of not checking due to time and others waiting behind me. MISTAKE. I got home les than 5 min and found I had HONEY/MUSTARD, I HATE HONEY/MUSTARD, not honey and the fries weren't crispy but soggy and soft. I'll still go to Micky D's but probably not use the drive thru or will make sure to check the order before I leave. read more
