I just came through at about 11 pm after work and was the only car in the drive thru and had to wait 3 mins for someone to even answer the speaker, then i didn't get my sauce or even a straw in the bag. Got to McDonald's at 4:10 got a double quarter pounder meal and 10 pc chicken nugget total was 20.58 okay, I get to the window he says 17$ I was like I got the double quarter pounder PLAIN.he says yea I was like okay well I precede to pay,Get to the next window he gives me a coke I ordered a water n iced coffee I said I got the ice coffee he hands it to me and I speak up and say I think I paid for the wrong order, they had to refund my order and pay for my original one and it takes like 10 minutes they say pull up to the 3rd window wait 15 minutes it's already 4:30 no one came up to me okay finally someone does and is like you had the 4 cheeseburgers I said no I had a quarter pounder and 10 ct nuggets they say oh . Go back for another 15 minutes comes back w my order so I assume it's right because took them so long, mind u I saw 15 cars drive past me w their orders while I ordered 2 things. I was also late to work because of this I leave at 4:50 I get to work look at the bag I got a regular quarter pounder and it had pickles and onions when I asked for PLAIN. And guess what. No 10ct chicken nugget , not only did I pay for 10ct chicken nugget meal and EXTRA for a quarter pounder but I didnt even get them? Waited 30 damn minutes for one damn burger wtf is going on so I called the manager to get a refund y'all I'm so mad it's crazy rn . We got food from here Monday night (3/10/25) our fries were stale and my son complained his nuggets didn't taste right..anyways come noon Tuesday my son was VERY sick, continuously puking, diarrhea, headache, nausea and my daughter had a fever and BAD diarrhea, took them to their dr on 3/13 which was the earliest our doctor could get us in and found out my 22 m/o daughter tested positive for E COLI! iv contacted McDonald's and they need "proof" they are positive which I will be getting Monday. read more

After getting our food we noticed we didn't ask for ketchup. My partner goes up to ask for some and the African American manager with red twist braids comes up to him with an attitude and tells him when he asks that it's not on our receipt that he wanted ketchup and that we would have to pay to get some. Then I'm looking at my receipt where I did a deal of 15% off of an order 8$+ excluding tax and I realize it only took 1$ off of a 20$ order. So I go back up there to ask why it only took a 1$ when it should've took off 3$ and she proceeds to tell me with an attitude that there's nothing she can do to fix it and that the system takes the amount and if it wasn't correct then it couldn't be fixed. I say well thanks anyway and that we will not be back. She proceeds to say "mkay. Well have a good night" and goes back to her team discussing very loudly the situation that just happened. The employees and service as absolute shit. The attitudes are garbage along with their food. Won't be back for sure read more

Do I recommend this McDonald's? No No and NO! They sent us up to the second window to wait for a McFlurry and after waiting 12 minutes I went to the first window and asked her what was going on and she didn't even know what I was waiting on. Then I didn't get my order for another 5 minutes and when the woman making them brought it up she said "sorry I forgot". Okay I kinda understand forgetting but what I absolutely do not understand is you letting it sit there and melt for 17 minutes and not making me a new one. Order a small 2 item order on the app 30 minutes before closing. Arrived at the store drive thru and was told that they was short staffed (5 employees there) and they was going to be able to make anymore food unless I was one of the 2 mobile orders they had. I said I was 1 of the mobile orders and gave them the code. They then told me they couldn't make the 20 piece nuggets and they would get the manager to give me a refund. Sat at speaker a few more minutes and nothing more was said so I pulled around to the window and the employees hid and never came to the window. I sat at the window for 20 minutes and finally pulled up to park and walked to the window and all of the employees had come out of hiding and I asked for my refund. They told me to leave and I said I wanted my refund or food and they told me to leave again or they would call the police. This location is the worst with customer service and absolutely the most rude emplyees read more

The food is fine. It's McDonald's. Pretty much comes out the same each time. Let's talk about customer service with this one. No matter WHAT day you end up here, you will be met with the worlds worst customer service. They're snappy at the drive thru intercom, rude when you get to the window, etc. today I asked for light ice in my drink. First of all, she acted as if it was a bother. It's less ice in a drink. Come on. Then, I get to the window and see that it's actually got extra ice. Thinking this was just a misunderstanding, I mention it. I say, "could I get this light ice please?" And this girl, no joke, looks at me and says no. Excuse me? No? So I ask again. Hoping I misheard. She said, "I said no. We don't do that here." But uh. It's light ice. They do. I went about my day, appalled, but whatever. Wasn't gonna let it ruin my mood. I get home that night and I see a VIDEO ON FACEBOOK OF THE SAME GIRL BEING EVEN WORSE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I commented my story there and one of them tried to defend the girl. How?! Folks. This isnt about light ice. It's not about messed up orders. It's about respect. This McDonald's right here went above and beyond the call of duty. They took my order with the up most care and consideration. After which they seated me at the most comfortable table I have ever had the pleasure of devouring nutritional bits of food. When my food was ready they Carried the tray over too me and placed it at exactly 45 degrees so that I could eat it with proper wrist elevation. When my drink ran low the employee filled it with dr. AWFUL! rude employees! They gave me the wrong order then handed it to another customer! Then a girl LIED about being a manager and tried to just make us leave! Normally I like Macdonalds but I go inside instead of ordering at the drive through. Now I know why. This afternoon I was in a hurry and went through the Drive thru, big mistake. It was 4:30 PM and the drive thru was fairly busy but not awful. I ordered the 10 nugget meal with Honey and my wife got the fish sandwich with no cheese. When the order check board it came up Honey/Mustard. I told the somewhat brusk order taker of the mistake and he said he would correct it WRONG. When I got my order I asked the server at the window if it was the 10 nugget, fish sandwich order. She said yes. I made the mistake of not checking due to time and others waiting behind me. MISTAKE. I got home les than 5 min and found I had HONEY/MUSTARD, I HATE HONEY/MUSTARD, not honey and the fries weren't crispy but soggy and soft. I'll still go to Micky D's but probably not use the drive thru or will make sure to check the order before I leave. read more
