Service was absolutely terrible. We sat at the menu for the drive through for a few minutes before someone helped us, then they couldn't remember what I ordered after repeated it multiple times. My husband and I ordered food for just the two of us and it was $30, that's expensive for just 2 people to eat. Customer service was not the greatest, idk about day shift but night shift can definitely use some hospitality and curiosity. We got home to eat, and neither one of our double burgers had any onions on them, I was highly disappointed! read more

I came in on my Lunch break on day and ordered 12ct nuggets and saucy fries and I ordered at 1:44pm and didn't get my food till 2.00pm and it was sitting there and no one brought me my food the cashier was not very friendly and the lobby was not very clean with food and trash all over the floor. read more

My first time at Milo's and I used the drive thru. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a sweet tea. Only thing is I prefer no raw onions so I asked it without. The burger was very good, the double pattys were a somewhat of a thick size and generous was the bbq sauce and pickles. The fries were hot & crisp, salted just right and my sweet tea was great and not too overly sweet. I loved that they sold Coke products also. I ate there recently (03/15/23)! It was a really clean and nice atmosphere. The staff was very kind and very helpful. I placed an online order and arrived a little earlier than the specified time, and they got it out to me very quickly! Super prompt and fast. They are surprisingly never busy. I love Milo's hamburgers. They are the only hamburgers I will eat from a fast food establishment. I am super bummed that the Milo's sauce is now prepackaged. It was so much better prior to that change. read more

I love Milo's tea so we decided to give this a try while on a family road trip. We should have known something was up when there were lines wrapped around other building and not this one. We ignored the red flags and now we're wishing we hadn't. The grilled chicken was cooked into what could only be described as a chicken hockey puck. It was devoid of flavor and moisture. Meanwhile, the chicken tenders we purchased were uncooked and soggy. Same went for every bun, on every sandwich we purchased, Soggy City! It's really hard to mess up fries but this restaurant has managed to do it. Have you ever accidentally poored too much salt on your popcorn at the movies then eat one of the pieces just to see how bad it is, hoping it would be okay? Well, that's the best way I describe the awful salt content of these fries. Save your money go to the other place next door! read more

I have to say that Milos breakfast is my favorite. The protein plate with Conecuh sausage is my go-to, but I've tried them all. If you are low-carbing it, this is the tastiest and fastest option. Great service and they've never gotten my orders wrong! read more

I've been to this Milo's location three times in the past 30 days. I guess I wanted it to be better than it actually was. The fries are really good, and the shakes are decent. My burger has been cold every time though. Like not even a little warm. I think the bun makes it seem warm, but the patty has been room temperature. I'm pretty sure that it isn't being held at food safety regulation temperatures. I might be back to get some fries, but probably wouldn't order anything else from here. read more

Waited 35 minutes on chicken tenders and drink then brought food out to eat in after ordered to go. Front register yells back wrap in wax paper n Saran Wrap n throw it in a bag. Not words you wanting to hear after 35 mins of waiting and packing and not even warm by time gets to me. Seems the customers were a bother to them and no smile no I'm sorry or any response besides grunts eye rolls and poor service all around. Fast food while necessary sometimes really makes you appreciate better places. Staffs here are untrained rude kids who have no quality or care except to get through a shift and go home. If you need a job and want to stay in business. Actually acknowledge customers or you may not have anymore!! read more

I got the number 7, which was the 3-piece chicken finger meal, the chicken was delicious and the fries wasn't bland they had a great taste with enough seasoning and the sweet tea was amazing it wasn't to sweet but it wasn't to unsweet it was perfect, t was a great meal, I would recommend!! read more

This place was filthy. Tables, floors, windows, doors and out of lemonade. If I owned this place I'd fire everyone.

Forget the burgers, the chicken fingers are what they do best here, and few people know it. The chicken fingers are larger than your average strip, and are fresh breast meat. I dare say they are better than most sit down restaurant chicken fingers, and I prefer them over Chick-fil-a, hands down. The service is a whole other ballgame. I had a bad experience recently with one of the cashiers. I also had to wait for them to cook a four piece tenders box, which is not a big deal. What was disappointing was one of the tenders was old, and apparently they only cooked three fresh ones and gave me an old one that had dried out for the fourth. Not cool. read more
