Placed an order for breakfast to go at an indoor kiosk on the way to a work meeting only to find out once I got to work, I was missing an item. I called the store and told them I had just come by and was missing something and couldn't turn around before breakfast ended, due to the work meeting going on. I was told to come back by and ask for the manager, and when I did later on, I was told I needed to speak with the manager that opened and not the one that I was speaking to at the moment. They explained that without a receipt, there wasn't much to be done, I explained I placed the order, inside their store, at a self serving kiosk and it didn't print me out one and they can clearly see the details of the sticker on the bag or even check the camera that I was there. All I had as evidence of my food was the sticker on the bag which lead exactly all the details of the order. They refused to look at either one. The manager I did speak with was incredibly rude and short with the conversation, almost trying to hurry me along to get back to work. This location should be shut down if they can't do the job of what's being asked. read more

I really don't like coming to this location at all!! It's always something. I ordered A kids meal, McChicken with cheese and a small fry . I get to the window and all I get was a kids drink. They were waiting on fresh fries. Someone finally comes out and only brings me the McChicken . I'm still missing the sandwich and happy meal. He goes back in to get the food and only comes out with the small fry. They play on the headset all the time !! Especially the afternoon lunch crew. I will not be wasting my money here ever again . Started to feel a bit groggy on the 20 freeway and needed a caffeine boost. I saw a McDonald's sign and knew the McCafe brand would be acceptable to my taste buds. The restaurant looked packed and the drive through was the next choice. Ordering was very quick and efficient. I also decided to taste the newest item, the apple fritter along with my medium coffee . Fast delivery as I whizzed through the 2 windows. The apple fritter was not freshly baked but tasty. Bakeries do not have to worry about these new items. If given a choice, pick up your fritter at a donut store or bakery since you will get a freshly baked item. read more

Mcdonalds in Almon, Covington, GA Hwy. 278 and Hwy. 142 McDonalds all 3 need better management. My husband and I have stopped going. Employees don't care. Food is not fresh and managers don't seem to care. If we stop going, that hits hard. Owner has sent me cards for free food, it's not the price it's the quality of food and the employees. Bad customer service. I go there mainly for the strawberry cream pies and they never have any, and when I ask if they have any they automatically say no and a few times they'd say "no, then wait a minute yeah we got some". I mean is it that hard to keep pies ready or even check. They dont even offer to make any, I have to ask them if they could drop some. Even one of the evening managers, I think he had dreads, did this. I managed a McDonald's years ago and know the importance of promoting limited time items. The last batch I got were burnt, but anyway that's my two cents, they could do much better. read more

I have been to a ton of McDonald's in my 40 years... but this one might be the best EVER! While traveling we stopped for food and a restroom... the bathrooms were clean. But that wasn't the best part of the trip to McDonald's #3200 The best part was how joyful the manager was. You can tell that man is happy to be working and providing a valuable service. We went inside and had to wait less than 5 mins. This manger felt bad about the wait time and gave us apple pie!! I wish all of my McDonald's experiences could have been like this!! Great job!! The ice cream machine was broken, which I wouldn't care if I hadn't already ordered and paid for my McFlurry on the kiosk (which showed it as available), then they told me after I waited in store for 10 minutes. They offered me a Frappé which I don't drink coffee, but that's all they offered to do, so I just left without my McFlurry and fries. During this gradual rise to next month's pandemic, I was in the drive-thru window on Friday. I noticed that the window attendant was not wearing gloves. Rather than to disrupt, I immediately used my personal anti-pathogen spray, on my bag, my cup, and, my debit card as they were handed back to me. This is the perfect way to receive exposure from someone passing through the drive-in, make contact with the attendant, and, pass it on to another customer in the drive-thru. This is inexcusable public conduct during these times with rising cases every hour around the globe. read more

Slow service... orders are usually incorrect and have to be taken back. Drive thru takes so long and you are asked park. Your order is then brought to your car and more often than not is is incorrect or you are not given napkins , nor condiments or something. read more

This McDonald's was worthy enough to be my first ever yelp review. It was by far the worst McDonald's- if not fast food place entirely- I've ever been to. We stopped here on our 8 hour drive home and I had placed 2 separate orders in the drive through. The girl at the window asked us what we had. (which is fine but also how do you not know lol) I repeated it to her and she handed us our first order and then told us to park in a pickup spot. We waited about 10-15 minutes and still no other order. I decided to go in to use the bathroom (huge mistake, don't do it. disgusting, they literally do not clean). While I went inside, I texted my friend in the car and asked if our other order came out as well as her drink. Nope. I go to the counter and I tell them I'm checking on our ~drive through~ order, and they asked me what I had 3 different times. Then someone else came out and asked me what I had. I told them the 2 cheeseburger meal with a drink and a mocha frappe as well as my friends frappe. They kept asking me if I wanted it plain, I told the girl 3 times I wanted it like however it came. I waited an additional 10 minutes for the food which was very odd as it seemed like my order got lost entirely. When it came out, I asked the girl if she wanted to check my receipts because I know some people will pretend they got food when they didn't. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence, said no, and walked away before I could even tell her she didn't give me my drink. We were mad so we just left without it. The food was also gross in general and not worth the money. So fair warning travelers, do not waste your time or money here! :) read more
