Seems like people only give reviews whenever they've had a bad experience.. but that's just not the case with me- I live in Coppell so I frequently eat at this location. I've been to many other McDonald's locations in the state, in the country, & a few over in Europe & this location is simply the best. Food tastes better. Staff seem nicer. Service seems quicker. Inside seems cleaner. And I'll say it again, their food tastes much better than the other locations I've been to. These are all consistently the case with this particular location. This manager does such a great job. read more

The remodel is niceish but there is no service, the employees walk right past you, the food took an extended amount of time to deliver and three out of the four orders were wrong. The team members seemed put out when we asked for the food took be remade. We ordered using the kiosks and selected the way we wanted our food. Why even give us the option if you don't want to follow instructions. Needless to say, very disappointed in the experience. I would avoid this location in every possible way. read more

Pretty good I mean there was Cockroach by a table but still good food and it came out great and fast and bathrooms were clean and service was Great read more

the food was cooked right and good like usual McDonalds, the service was pretty bad, it was one of the worst places have seen when it comes to cleaning, there were crumbs, cockroaches, and it was disgusting. read more

Got the basic food I needed. For a "fast food" restaurant, it was tasty and the service was decent. The environment was warm.

Don't go there. I was in line at the microphone 10 minutes. They move slow as shit to the point I drove off. I won't be going back to that location read more

Slow slow slow! The drive through is supposed to be a fast way to get fast food but I have seen at least 3 people go inside and get their orders while I sit here - trapped in the drive thru because once you enter the drive thru line they have the it engineered such that you cannot get out of the line due to shrubs and concrete walls on the side. Think twice before you go to this restaurant with slow service, and don't ever enter the drive thru line unless you want to be trapped like cattle going to slaughter. read more

Let me begin this with I go to this McDonald's at least three times a week. My orders usually run about $20. The last 4 times I have gone thru the Drive thru my order as been wrong. Also the food has been cold . Why do you repeat my order back to me and still get it wrong. Nowadays everyone uses the reason that they are short of staff, still should not get the order wrong. If you notice the other reviews I am not alone . Apparently the management nor McDondald's corporate care. read more

Why have 2 drive through lanes open if you only are taking orders at one? Consistently one of the worst McDonald's In terms of drive through service. Been that way for decades and only go because it is in town. Otherwise I actually go to next town for McD's. This plane needs new ownership. read more

I love this McDonalds but when it comes to ordering a frappe go somewhere else. I live right next to it I could literally walk there. Their frappe machine has been broken for over a month bc an employee punched the screen bc they hate making them. Well guess what? It's your job... so do it! SERIOUSLY?... you're McDonalds. A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY! How long does it take to get a new machine? read more

Ordered orange juice and a bacon mcmuffin, got apple juice and sausage, typical low rent employees.

I said no pickles like 5 times and extra onions and somehow they still manage to do the opposite of what I ordered.

The slowest McDonald's of all time. No matter what time you go. I don't know what it is about his location that is so difficult to keep the flow. read more

In recent weeks, this McDonald's has raised its price for the breakfast #1 (Egg McMuffin Meal) by 28%. It has been a fair value at $5.08 (incl tax)--but now is $6.48. The McDonald's two miles down the road on Beltline/635 still has it priced at $5.08. I'll just go there. I have been a regular customer--but no more. A price hike of 28% is outrageous. read more

Beyond horrible location. I've lived here for 20 years and it's NEVER gotten better. They'll make any excuse not to work at any time of day, whether lying about online orders, not accepting orders at 2 am, telling me they can't put app coupons on the order just because they're too lazy to do it. And all the other reviews here are right. Horrendously slow. Only redeeming quality is there is one employee there who treats the customers like actual people. I wish I could give this place Zero stars. Just go to ANY other nearby location... don't give them your money. read more

Last Thursday I got a burger that was Way under cooked and I took it back. I showed the manager and she looked at me and said "do you want another one?" I said "No, I just want my money back." she huffed and gave me the refund without an ounce of sympathy or an apology for possibly poisoning me. It is a shame as we ate there at least once a week. This shows how one employee can ruin things for an entire restaurant. read more

Low key, People sleep on McDonald's. The drive through is crazy fast. If you've been to any McDonald's you know the fries are amazing, this is certainly no exception. read more

I'm not sure why there's a dual line if it's not be operated. Pace needs to be faster with service, inside and out.

Very slow.... one of the slowest I have been. Lots of cars in the drive-through started to leave because of it.

This location is probably the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I will go out of my way to visit another store. I don't eat a lot from McDonalds but kids and husband love it. The drive thru window has the most unfriendly people working it including a manager. You get no hello, goodbye, thank you...nothing! It literally takes 20minutes to get an order. So much for fast food/friendly service. The food is always cold or stale if you manage to get the correct items you ordered. Too bad that for our city of Coppell, they do not have higher standards at this location. It is a shame and embarrassment. read more

Worst McDonald's in coppell, staff is unbelievably rude, food is always cold and still takes forever to get.

Ordered iced tea, got coke. Called the manager and was told too bad, mistakes are made.

Went to get my usual morning order and the doors were locked. No sign to give the reason as to why the doors were still locked at 6:20am! I knocked no answer or acknowledgement that I did so. I'm really disappointed! read more

Don't ever get breakfast in the afternoon. My egg McMuffin was like concrete because it had been under a heat lamp for so long. It was so disgusting I couldn't even eat it. The staff is very nice, but the food is worse than any McDonald's I've ever been to. read more

Went through the drive thru this morning. Very first visit here. Among the quickest drive thru experiences I have had in a long time. Ordered a frappe. It was filled to the top which is something that almost never happens. Very nice lady at the window. Would come here again. read more

Ordered curbside! After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to call the store twice for someone to tell me they dont take orders out to curbside after 8 so we have to go through the drive through! One the app let me put what spot I was in with no error on that option was close or anything! We get to the drive through to let them know that were here to pick up an order the guy response to us saying oh pull up to the second window I guess! We get to the second window the lady at the drive through gives us the WRONG food.. When she finally comes back to the window we let her know this isnt our food she then reaches her hands out to take the wrong order from us and gets our order.. When we got our food mind you we were waiting for 30 minutes I placed the order at 9:22 I didnt get a hold of anyone ( I had to call the store twice) until 9:51. We get our food everything is cold and missing some of the order. When we try to get someones attention the lady isnt at the window anymore. One of the worst orders Ive ever got at this location. read more

Honestly a disappointment, I come by and they say sorry our system is down.... Ok we'll what are you guys even doing in there if no body can order and the system is down. Frappe machine has been down for months. I came at night they said the frappe machine is turned off for cleaning at night I come a week later during the day and it was still down ??? read more

This McDonalds never gets it right. We have been here multiple times and something is always wrong. This morning we ordered a steak and egg McMuffin with no onions. Cashier replied it doesn't come with opinions. Our meal came out after others who ordered after us and it had onions. If you use the drive thru service seems a little faster but your soda will have very little ice. Also check your order before leaving as we were missing a french fry order one time. read more

Had a terrible experience. When I was ordering, cashier kept cutting me off to get my order. When I tried to ask a question, she cut me off and then was really rude in her response. Literally one of the main aspects of a cashiers job is customer service and this McDonald's completely has failed at this. read more

Don't ever go here. Your food will be old and cold. I ordered through the drive thru @ 12:00AM on August 4th 2018 and ordered 20 nuggets. The lady that took my order who had long braids was rude and disrespectful when ordering. (She must love her job) After getting home and opening up the nuggets I was disgusted. Just take a look at the picture and look at the effort that they put in on seeing how many different colored nuggets they could fit in the box. Nuggets went straight to the trash. I called and spoke to the same chick that took my order (as well as my money) and after telling her that my nuggets were old she said "You didn't ask for them to be fresh". I mean, isn't all your food supposed to be fresh? I will never visit this location again and if you're reading this, BE WARNED. read more

Probably the cleanest, friendliest McDonalds I hAve been to. Let's face it, these restaurants are a staple for most families. Being virtually everywhere you go, eating something familiar when traveling makes life easy, I live very close to this location so I stop in at least twice a month as a treat to my kids, it is really the only fast food play are ill let my children play in bc it's so clean. One of my peaves at a restaurant is the soda fountain. it needs to be clean, otherwise I will not drink out of it. This local never has a problem. Always clean and inviting! Bathrooms are always clean Too! Keep it up Coppell McDonalds!! read more

This place is so slow!!! Been through the drive-thru and inside. McD's was our go-to pre-church breakfast before moving to Coppell, but unless something changes, can't do that here. We'd be late every day! On a positive note, place is clean and nice, manager is a very nice woman. read more

I go into this McDonalds EVERY morning and I am not quite sure why I keep doing that. I go there everyday at the same time. They NEVER get it right. It seems like they get a good person at the drive through window where you get your order they take that person away. One thing I can always count on is that you will never see the same person twice at the delivery window. I keep coming back hoping that they will get better and they never do. I don't understand how a McDonalds can be so poorly run and it stays open. This one should close its doors. My suggestion is hire people who actually care if your order is right or not. read more

Slow service. Looks understaffed. Messed up 2 orders ahead of mine. Three items have taken over 15 minutes.

Ummm, this was a weird experience. We were picking up some food for the kids, my wife was driving. She pulls up to the second window after paying and Valentino says "you look nice today" and gives her the freaking Buffalo Bill stare. I kind of look over and give him a glance but this doesn't stop him at all. The entire rest of the time we are at the window he just stares at her like he plans to wear her as a skin suit one day. We pull off and laugh it off but I seriously hope no one ever ends up being a meal for this guy. The food was standard McDonalds but that guy was a damn creep. read more

Disgusting. Went inside and placed an order for 10 nuggets and a large drink. Asked for extra crispy on the nuggets & was not listed on receipt. Had to remind the cashier to request it and employees seemed flustered. I tried two different drinks from the soda machine in lobby and both tasted like they had zero carbonation. I asked the manager to get me a drink behind the counter and he seemed put out. He made sure to tell me it would take a few minutes due to all the other drinks in the roaring dispenser "ahead of me" for the drive thru. It took ten minutes to get my order for nuggets because I think the employee was just sitting there and not paying attention to which orders mapped to which ticket. She initially put my order in a to-go sack even though I'd clearly told them it was dine-in. Several other customers seemed to be waiting with issues on their orders while the manager seemed totally indifferent and left one cashier to handle everything. The employees here need more training and some basic guidance from management to ensure orders are coming out quickly and accurately. read more

This may seem as a very common problem, but I went to McDonald's to get some ice cream, but of course the machine was broken so I had to go elsewhere. It is very unprofessional that their machine is always broken. read more

This may seem crazy to say, but the service and cleanliness of this McDonald's beats that of many 4 and 5-star restaurants. It's awesome. I now go there every Friday morning with my lady for coffee and egg sandwiches. I truly can't say enough nice things about this location. The best staff, food quality spot on, clean, organized, friendly. They even come around to offer more coffee. WHAT?!? Is this really McDonald's?? Redefining the meaning of fast food in a totally positive way. Keep up the great job. A++ read more
