This McDonalds is hit or miss. I keep updating my reviews on Mickey D's here. Today my daughter and I went through the drive through. My daughter is a vegetarian and asked for a cheese burger with no meat. So they give us one with meat. Not a big deal. When we went back around to get another one. The person at the window took the bag with the open cheese burger and inspected it to make sure we weren't scamming I suppose. It gets worse -- she then proceeded to take it out of the bag and dropped the meat out of it and hand it back to me. It was so quick I had to think about how tacky of things she just did. I'm so done letting this place slide with forgetting an item or 2 in my drive thru order. I know I'm not the only one. I've lived in this neighborhood for more than a decade and they didn't miss a beat. Lately, they miss an item or 2 through the drive thru. I ordered apple slices instead of fries. They forgot the apple slices and I'm like... Ok, I'll go in and grab them. I asked the cashier if I may please get my apple slices; she requested for the receipt. I paid and they never gave me a receipt; told me to go to the next window. I looked through my order. A meal with apple slices instead of fries weren't there . I understand more now how working there sucks... you can't make it more obvious the reason why you treat customers like crap. It's obvious that McDonalds treat their employees like shit because they're intentionally forwarding this experience with their customers. Good job McDonald's executives (eye roll). She reminded me that her managers don't care about her customers when she responded with, maybe you should get a receipt if you're going to come in for your missing items. Pristine clean inside which we appreciated. But the egg McMuffins were simply awful. The English muffins were stale and not toasted at all. The cheese was not melted on them, and they were cold. The Concord McDonald's on Clayton Rd is more often a miss than a hit. When you decide to dine inside in the morning the music is so loud you have to yell to carry on a conversation with those seated at your table. This issue has been frequently raised with both the staff and management to no avail. We have been stopping here on our morning walk for years to get a cup of coffee and meet with friends. At times they have decaf coffee at other times they don't. Just recently we were told they didn't have decaf coffee with no explanation. Be prepared to take your chances at this location as neither staff or management seem to care that the customer is what is keeping this place open for business. If you do go inside be careful as they religiously mop the floor inside and the outside entryway just after they open and it is very slippery, an accident surely waiting to happen. read more

First of all I asked for two burgers just cheese ketchup and that's it and they said OK just plain burger cheese and ketchup. When I looked at it. It had onions in it. I asked for three barbecue sauce they gave me two so I didn't care about that I was still happy. But then when I looked at the barbecue sauce, the lid of it was open. The whole thing was cracked and there was old barbecue sauce coming out of it and it was all sticky and hard but they said that everything was correct, but that wasn't true I'm very disappointed so this is why I'm giving them one star. read more

Sanitation. Restrooms, no toilet paper. Totally out of toilet paper. None available /in stock. What does that say for staff hygiene? Hand napkins were offered as a substitute. Hand napkins in the trash bin in restrooms were nasty .... Anyone seen how TP is managed after use in Mexico? It's put in the trash. I can speak Spanish. I shouldn't have to. This McDonald's is advertised as open 24-hours, but isn't really open 24-hours... I ordered on the app at 5am on a Monday and the order went through. I pulled up to the drive thru and it was blocked off by cones- I call the store and tell them I'm there to pick up my order I placed, and a lady picked up and told me they're not taking orders and they're closed. She did not explain why, and did not apologize. I called McDonald's customer service and they issued me a refund, however I'm mostly mad about the false hours and my time wasted. This place gets worse everytime I come here. Asked for no Pickles, half of my burgers missing. Everytime you pull up, you pretty much have to readtedly say "hello?" to the speaker or end up sitting there for minutes. Everytime we come here they either messing something up, left something off our order, give us old dried out food, or forgot part of the meal. I've lost count after 20 where they left pickles when asked no pickles so thank goodness I am not allergic. This place is becoming worse each visit since the previous Manager Candy left. Went to McD twice within a week. This time I tried the regular (non-spicy) Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The "non-deluxe" sandwich was considerably much drier than the "deluxe" version which comes with tomato slices, shredded lettuce, and some kind of sauce. The fact that this location is only rated 2 stars proves that people are impossible to please Literally the cleanest most pristine McDonald's in the world possibly... play place is beautiful spacious and verrry well air conditioned. While yes they could almost get 1 star for their lack of actual human interaction at the front counter, when you do see people they are always friendly and helpful. Very impressed with this location. We were looking for a rainy day activity for our 3 year old and this place was perfect. The indoor play area is super clean and they have tables where the parents can sit and eat. Lots of fun things for the kids to play on. Very efficient service and the food was good. I wanted to review the overly hyped celebrity endorsed Travis Scott meal my son suggested we try. We had a feeling we would be waiting in a long drive-thru line and sure enough, cars were everywhere! We even bumped into a friend while waiting. The Travis Scott meal is essentially a Quarter Pounder with cheese with added bacon and lettuce. It was supposed to include a side of barbecue sauce but it was not in the bag when we got home. It also comes with fries and a Sprite. My favorite burger from McDonald's is actually the Quarter Pounder so I did enjoy this meal. The burger wasn't that warm when received so a few seconds in the microwave did the trick. Would I order this meal again? Probably. Was it the affordable $6 price tag or the fact that teenagers created funny videos on TikTok about this combo that has made it sell like hot cakes? Side note: Michael Jordan endorsed his special McJordan burger back in the early 90's. So the Travis Scott meal is just a slight variation of it! I don't frequent McDonald's often so I don't think I'll be eating it anytime soon. This was more of a FOMO moment! read more

If I could give this McDonalds a zero, I would. My son loves McDonalds mainly because of the toys. Currently they have Pokémon which he's obsessed with. I got him a 6 piece chicken McNugget happy meal (at an outrageous $7) and they didn't include his toy. (I know, first world problems, but $7 and no toy is 100% not worth it). I called the store once I realized he didn't have his toy and they hung up on me, not only once, but twice. As soon as I mentioned no toy, they hung up. Let's be honest here-McDonald's French fries are arguably the best around. I remember growing up, every Friday or so we'd swing through the drive thru to treat ourselves to a fast, yummy large order of these guys as a weekend treat. Even sweeter is when you get a shake to dip those salty little snacks into. A slice of fast food Heaven on Earth. Until one day we decided to bring Grandma along, who's lactose intolerant, but still enjoyed the mouth watering satisfaction of the "sweet and salty" snack combo. So she ordered her fries w a side of pure honey, which (I never knew) was always an option. Me n my dad were a little hesitant, but too curious to not try her interesting set up of dumping her fries out of that red case onto a plate, then drizzled her two packets of honey onto them. 3 honey drizzled fires later, both my father and I were hooked. McDonald's French fries ordered with two honey packets were now a staple on our weekend trips to the fast food chain. That is until Covid hit. We'd have to have our weekend treat delivered, which was fine, except we NEVER got our two honey packets, even when it was a choice on the menu you could actually check off with a check mark. Instead, after checking the "pure honey packet" sauce box, we'd end up with a perfect order of fries, only to be met with a plethora of honey MUSTARD sauce packets. So far from the same taste we were used to it was almost inedible. So for the last few years of my adult life, when we do want actual honey, we have to pile ourselves (including my much older grandmother) into our old Honda Civic and physically go inside, where not once, but EVERYTIME, we'd order 3 of that exact same order, we'd end up having to stand at the counter just to hand back the 6 packets of honey mustard as trade for the actual pure honey. I'm usually not much of a complainer, especially when it comes to fast food, (not like this was a Ruth Chris Steak House or anything) but these people are the people PICKETING for $20 an hour, but can't tell the difference between honey and honey flavored MUSTARD. I mean, even the pockets both sauces come in are different sizes AND color. Come on guys. I know it's fast food but it'd be a lot faster if we didn't have to wait at the counter just to do the trade off ritual every single time. Believe me, I think there is NOTHING more rude than physically checking your bag and holding up other paying customers, but if you guys would just read the damn ticket correctly the line would move along a lot quicker, plus, I wouldn't have to have the extra "pleasure" of popping ol' grandmas hip back into place before sitting here down in the car and at the head of the dinner table. Btw-if anyone on here is in need of McDonald's honey mustard sauce, shoot me a message and I'd be happy to give you handfuls. read more
