We have a few stories from this location. A tough corner to navigate at Richardson and Union Lake Rds. It's exactly in the wrong spot for us....Not their fault or problem. There's NO left turn onto Union lake. 4 or 5 times a week we see people do it. We've also seen 3 accidents. Again, not McD's fault. Iced tea and an occasional sausage burrito is our ushe. But every drink and every meal we've had has been consistently great. This store is less expensive than our back-up locations in Farmington. See, we're getting to know the towns. As far as McDonald's go, this location is a solid choice. Now, I still never actually eat any food at this location, but when it comes to their drinks, I'm all about it. They make a mean iced Carmel Macchiato! It's always super tasty and I think the drive thru is pretty quick for the most part. Definitely worth it for a pick me up. read more

We went through the drive through, lady working couldn't remember the modifications to our burgers and we had to repeat numerous times. After that half the food was missing out of our bag so we went back they got the food another 4 times with it still being wrong the 4th time, we just gave up we were here for an hour. This was on the way home from renaissance festival, three people were working and one of Jen went on break while remaking our food. Today I ordered two sandwiches to go with my free medium fries for Free Fry Friday. One was a Hot 'n Spicy McChicken. That one was correct. The other was a double cheeseburger without onion. This was a mobile order, by the way. After receiving my food I drove home. To my dismay the burger was topped with ketchup only. That was absolutely wrong and although there is a pandemic going on now, I truly feel that the workers need to be on their toes if special orders are given. I haven't been to a McDonalds in years. And really, it just feels good to come here and eat and get the high level of service and quality you would expect from mcd's. The store is incredibly clean. I went there this morning for a quick coffee. Get to the window he hands me my coffee. The lid wasnt on fully spilled all over my shirt, burned my stomach and now im driving to work with a stain on my shirt and a cold water bottle on the burn. On 7/3/22 @ 7:00 PM, after a long wait as the line was moving extremely slow, the employee could not quite get my order right. I kept trying to correct the order, but she would not give me a chance to talk as she kept interrupting. I kept asking her to listen instead. Finally, after several tries, she was able to fix the order. When I got to the window to pay for the order, she was still not receptive to my comments "you need to listen to the customer" her response was "you give me headache". When I got to the second window to pick up the order, I asked for the manager. I saw a very pleasant employee asking the manager to come to talk with me, but she told him she does not have time for me and walked away. The employee conveyed the message to me. Not sure how someone like her was appointed a manager. Managers are supposed to be able to fix situations, they don't make them worse. I visit this Mcdonald's regularly and I have not had a problem w food or drinks before. The food itself is mainly satisfactory. One of the most infuriating things about this place is the fact that they always close their indoor seating area HOURS before they are supposed to. I have asked before why they are closed so early and they say that they are simply allowed to close the floor early that evening but it is closed every single time I go there around 8 or 9 when the sign on the door says that the indoors is open until much later! Wish someone would do something to keep the employees faithful to the times advertised. Would love to throw more money at this place if that were to happen, but until then, enjoy 3 stars. read more

The attitude at this location is horrible. They got my order wrong, and when I called them on it, they accused me of ordering something else. It was so ridiculous. It turned out that I spoke to a person who said he was a manager, and I could not believe the mentality of this person. So unprofessional. It is hard to imagine this person was ever hired as a manger, as he was so completely rude, inappropriate, and very exasperating. The one thing I am grateful for is that there are so many other McDonald's restaurants. I just hope that their management team is more professional than this horrible manager with his undesirable attitude. When do you think they will get the fact that when they have customers, we are the people who are actually responsible for them getting their paycheck with the business that we as customers bring forth to their restaurant.
