We have a few stories from this location. A tough corner to navigate at Richardson and Union Lake Rds. It's exactly in the wrong spot for us....Not their fault or problem. There's NO left turn onto Union lake. 4 or 5 times a week we see people do it. We've also seen 3 accidents. Again, not McD's fault. Iced tea and an occasional sausage burrito is our ushe. But every drink and every meal we've had has been consistently great. This store is less expensive than our back-up locations in Farmington. See, we're getting to know the towns. Back to the Richardson store. The people in the building before 6:00am are our heroes. Bright eyed and bushy tailed, raring to go with a smile and a nice greeting. 10/25 read more

As far as McDonald's go, this location is a solid choice. Now, I still never actually eat any food at this location, but when it comes to their drinks, I'm all about it. They make a mean iced Carmel Macchiato! It's always super tasty and I think the drive thru is pretty quick for the most part. Definitely worth it for a pick me up. read more

I can't believe that I'm giving a McDonald's four stars We just stopped here because we were going to check out the trail nearby and we need to eat quickly I just got hamburgers and fries and I have to say they tasted really good Now it's McDonald's so that's grading on a curve, but I was just really pleased. The service was very fast and even though the dining area is rather small. It was just a good experience. So if you like McDonald's, this is one worth going to read more

We went through the drive through, lady working couldn't remember the modifications to our burgers and we had to repeat numerous times. After that half the food was missing out of our bag so we went back they got the food another 4 times with it still being wrong the 4th time, we just gave up we were here for an hour. This was on the way home from renaissance festival, three people were working and one of Jen went on break while remaking our food. Don't come here under any circumstances. the environment was rude, not a person in sight. horrible customer service read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Unfriendly staff and terrible cold food. Also, this place is more expensive than the good McDonald's on Union Lake Road. The new collectors meal is at least $2 dollars more here. But anyways, worst McDonald's. Should shut down its consistently that bad read more

Went in with my granddaughter for lunch at 11:50 am, her request. Dinning room was empty and no one at the counter. Tables and floors dirty. Hand sanitizer dispensers empty. No booster seats. Manager was sitting at a customer table working on a laptop and never looked up. At least the food was warm, 15 minutes after we ordered. read more

Took over 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru on a Sunday morning with only a few cars in the line. One of the worst McDonalds I've been to in terms of time. read more

If you're going to close before 8pm on a Sunday that is fine but please update your hours on Yelp/Google (it says 11pm every day). Especially when it is a recurring thing. I live nearby and I don't think this location has ever been open past 9pm any day of the week since the pandemic which is TOTALLY fine. Just please update your hours to set realistic expectations for your customers. read more

I come to this McDonald's often and the service is usually great! Today I ordered my usual #6 and when I drove off my food was dumped inside my bag. Not cool! read more

Today I ordered two sandwiches to go with my free medium fries for Free Fry Friday. One was a Hot 'n Spicy McChicken. That one was correct. The other was a double cheeseburger without onion. This was a mobile order, by the way. After receiving my food I drove home. To my dismay the burger was topped with ketchup only. That was absolutely wrong and although there is a pandemic going on now, I truly feel that the workers need to be on their toes if special orders are given. People need to be careful with special orders if they are not ordering inside. read more

It is 9 PM... This McDonald's says it closes at 11!!! I wanted ice cream and fries and I couldn't get it because who knows why I was just waiting here and the light inside were on and nobody said we are closed or anything they didn't block the entry or anything! Outrageous waste of 10 minutes!!! read more

They must have newer managerment or ownership. I will never go back to this location as long as Maria is there. She is rude... impatient and belittling. She messes the order up and blames the customers. I will drive to a further location to avoid her such horrible behavior from Maria. read more

I haven't been to a McDonalds in years. And really, it just feels good to come here and eat and get the high level of service and quality you would expect from mcd's. The store is incredibly clean. And I ordered a Big Mac and it was PICTURE perfect. I mean, perfect like magazine perfect. I am so pleased i will probably make this a regular stop as a treat for the children periodically. Thanks guys!! Keep up the super work! read more

I went there this morning for a quick coffee. Get to the window he hands me my coffee. I understand they are short staffed, but this is the second time they completely got my order wrong, First time, figured it was a fluke. today I ordered my burger with no tomato - it was an online order and i double checked it, so I know it was correct. all the burger had on it was tomato. the fries were put in the bag upside down and they gave me a regular coke, not a diet coke. Once is a mistake, twice they just don't care. wont be going back there read more

Complete idiots work in this location, and that includes managers Mitchell and Jason. Went thru the drive thru and they gave me the wrong food. Didn't realize it until I got home. Called them to have them issue a refund on my credit card but they refused unless i come back in person. Bunch of jerks who are full of excuses. Thankfully I called American Express and they are removing the charge. Owner John Perras really needs to do something about hiring better employees and managers. read more

On 7/3/22 @ 7:00 PM, after a long wait as the line was moving extremely slow, the employee could not quite get my order right. I kept trying to correct the order, but she would not give me a chance to talk as she kept interrupting. I kept asking her to listen instead. Finally, after several tries, she was able to fix the order. When I got to the window to pay for the order, she was still not receptive to my comments "you need to listen to the customer" her response was "you give me headache". When I got to the second window to pick up the order, I asked for the manager. I saw a very pleasant employee asking the manager to come to talk with me, but she told him she does not have time for me and walked away. The employee conveyed the message to me. Not sure how someone like her was appointed a manager. Managers are supposed to be able to fix situations, they don't make them worse. Moreover, if she can't speak with the public, she should never be working with the public. read more

Don't think this location has gotten my order right once since I've been going there and I've lived down the road for 5+ years.

This McDonald's charged me $0.50 for extra lettuce on my big mack! That seems insane to me!

I visit this Mcdonald's regularly and I have not had a problem w food or drinks before. The food itself is mainly satisfactory. One of the most infuriating things about this place is the fact that they always close their indoor seating area HOURS before they are supposed to. I have asked before why they are closed so early and they say that they are simply allowed to close the floor early that evening but it is closed every single time I go there around 8 or 9 when the sign on the door says that the indoors is open until much later! Wish someone would do something to keep the employees faithful to the times advertised. Would love to throw more money at this place if that were to happen, but until then, enjoy 3 stars. read more

The attitude at this location is horrible. They got my order wrong, and when I called them on it, they accused me of ordering something else. It was so ridiculous. It turned out that I spoke to a person who said he was a manager, and I could not believe the mentality of this person. So unprofessional. It is hard to imagine this person was ever hired as a manger, as he was so completely rude, inappropriate, and very exasperating. The one thing I am grateful for is that there are so many other McDonald's restaurants. I just hope that their management team is more professional than this horrible manager with his undesirable attitude. When do you think they will get the fact that when they have customers, we are the people who are actually responsible for them getting their paycheck with the business that we as customers bring forth to their restaurant. No customers, no paycheck. read more
