My husband and I stopped by this Culver's on our way out of town for a quick bit to eat. The restrooms were immaculate, the dining room was sparkling clean and the staff were very polite. My husband got a burger + fries meal and so got a chicken, cranberry and bacon salad. Bothe meals were delicious! The salad mix was very high quality, the chicken was straight off the flat top grill and very tender. The veggies were very fresh and the small fruit was must enough to satisfy my "salt tooth." They even had sweet tea that wasn't too sweet. It was just right. Now that I've tried the salads, I've decided I'm a huge fan! read more

Usually Love Culvers. Super disappointed today tho. Went thru drive thru, first customers. The young man was super pleasant. Hubby's food was great. I ordered walleye sandwich. It was super fishy tasting to where I didn't eat it. Item description, "Mild and tender fish"....i took it back and the female employee argued with me over this. "Well, it is a fishy taste with a brown bottom/layer" I asked for refund because it made my stomach upset. Nope. She offered to make me a cod sandwich, but I had told her my appetite was gone. So she blankly looked at me, with no other solution and no offer to give my money back. I threw it away in front of her and walked out. I don't understand why customer service has to be like this. I had reviewed a few years back. Recent coupons had me return twice in the last two weeks. As prior, I won't be back to this location. People working drive-thru are pleasant and easy to understand, but again - the food is terrible. Asked for a burger with onions, pickle, mustard, mayo and ketchup. The amount of mayo would not cover a pin head. Burger was overdone - even for Culvers. Waste of time, money and only ate few bites. So sad! read more

And the food order was in wrong bags and missing an entire meal and drink. He was so unpleasant to speak to and SO unhelpful. I will not be returning to this Culver's because of this kid. Usually pretty decent, today, not so much! Went through the drive-thru and ordered a fish basket...not the sandwich...specifically specified. Get to the window and ask for tartar sauce...they say it's on the sandwich....sandwich? I can't have a sandwich because I don't do cheese. Anyhow, ask them to make just a fish dinner basket as originally requested..the guy gets all confused, cancels the order and types it in again. Charges us a bit more for the dinner basket...ok. We are told to pull up and wait for our food...ok. 10 minutes later...they come with the food, I check the basket....a damn sandwich! We go inside and ask for it to be re-made...again...and ask for another piece of fish for compensation which is the least they could do and they were arguing that we only ordered one. Left finally after about 20mins with my fish and some cold fries. Customer service is non existent and people are so stupid it's painful. Get your shit together! read more

We were on a road trip, looking for quick food that was a step up from the regular fast food options. Neither my hubs or I had ever been to a Culver's. For what it is, we were pretty impressed. The thing to get here is a burger, crinkle fries, and a side order of cheese curds. I went after the chicken fingers and was pretty disappointed. I glanced longingly at my hub's delicious looking burger the whole time. If you are going through the drive thru, it takes an extra minute or two, because an actual person runs your food out to your car. Fun touch that makes the fast food experience a little more personal. Also - very efficient. I hear the custard is something to be desired. I can't speak to it, but my puppy Maximus can as they gave him a free puppy treat. It consists of a small cup of vanilla custard that he quickly devoured. We had a car full of happy passengers after that! Healthiest option? No. But for a quick stop along the road, I can't complain! read more

Super friendly staff who greet you when you walk through the door and also checking up on you after they bring your food to your table to ensure that the quality is up to par. I had a mushroom swiss butterburger and my wife had the classic butterburger. Both were scrumptious but I think mine was better. We had to try the fresh frozen custard and I was awed that we could add more than just one type of candy filling. I chose Heath and Andes mints. Delicious!!. If you don't want fries, you can get mashed potatoes with gravy, and real green beans, though they had that awful "canned" aroma. They don't cook your entree until you order it so you might have to wait about five minutes for your meal to be assembled. Everything is hot hot hot when you get it. If you are in the drive through lane, you will most likely have to wait in the overflow area. They bring your food out to your car. The staff people at this location are very pleasant and seem to get along well with each other. You can get a nice variety of sandwiches. Dinners come with two sides. We like to get the cod dinner. The tartar sauce tastes odd. They give you lemon slices for your fish. You get a mountain of fries - enough for leftovers the next day. I just warm them up in the toaster oven. The cole slaw is OK. Not too sweet, and not too much mayonnaise. I like the celery seed they add to it. They have Lenten specials (cod, walleye and shrimp) along with the burgers and pot roast sandwiches. If you like ice cream drinks and frozen yogurt, they have a lot of flavors. Expect to spend about $8~10 for your meal, but it's pretty good. read more

I have yet to step into any Culvers and have a bad experience. Fenton just happened to be on our way to a dogshow and I wasnt disappointed in the least. We were both welcome upon entry and the service was amazing. Great prices and the meals were amazing. For under $13 we both had chicken tenders, fries, a drink. And a double butter burger. Delivered to our table with the table number sign they provided us. Felt like going to an old A&W or drive-in. Manager welcomed us and also thanked us as we left, felt like old times even though we are both born in 1970. It felt like caring service to make you want to come back again. Well played Culver's well played. You have 5 stars from my recent visit. Keep up the 5 star service! read more

Went on 1/12 and ordered 2 deluxe doubles plus large onion rings. While i waited for my food the burgers where sitting in the window for about 10 min. and i was waiting on the onion rings to be completed.Thank goodness i had a b.o.g.o coupon it still cost me $10. for it all. Both burgers seemed dry and mine seemed over salted and my wife says hers was not very tasty and the onion rings where like a regular order not a large they must of put 2 orders together then separated them equally.The Onion rings seemed like they where cooked in old oil and was not crispy.We where totally looking forward to our meal because it's been a while and with Taco Bell down the street and Rally's around the corner not sure if we will be back for anything other than a concrete. read more

This is a well ran Culver's, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Culver's menu is good for this type of restaurant. This location in Fenton is clean and in a nice area with easy access (On or Off) to US-23 if needed. Culver's custard is very good, if you like ice cream. read more

Can't really rate the food bc I never got that far. I have never eaten at Culver's before so I had a few questions about the food and the girl behind the register was completely lost. Nothing complicated but she had no idea, just stood there looking at me like I was stupid. I decided to roll the dice and order and she didn't even put the right thing into the register. Spoke with someone in charge and it was essentially my fault bc it was the girls first job. Highly disappointed because I was looking forward to trying the food. But if you can't input the correct item into the register, that tells me the staff is clueless and my order will be incorrect no matter what. read more

Do not understand the love of Culver's. The burgers and buns are as greasy as anywhere with taste that's no better. It's not a bad burger, just nothing special for the hassle. The drive thru system is beyond annoying, forcing every car to pull up for the benefit of "fresh food", even on the simplest of orders and even when no one is in line behind you. Been there four times with my family since they opened. I had the butter burger which was okay, the mushroom swiss and onion which was so greasy i couldnt' eat it, the chicken salad sandwich which was also so greasy from the overly buttered bread and large amount of mayo I felt sick afterwards and the pork tenderloin sandwich which was very dry and came without any condiments except a single pickle slice stuck on with a dime sized dab of mustard. I do however like the frozen custard alot and the service is excellent from the cashiers to the servers, it's just the food that is terrible. read more
