Ordered a foot long roast beef on flatbread with provolone cheese, lettuce tomato and onion. Flatbread was supposed to be toasted, not. also was thin and not the flatbread I remember. Cheese was missing the lettuce layer was so thin it was almost non-existent, very little tomato and I didn't find any onions. Slow service and watched the employee smoking out of the back door as I drove through drive true. The food is fresh and delicious. The vegetables are pretty good considering they might be precut and from a bag. It was really bad before, staff wise, so we did not go there. I went not too long ago and was very pleasantly surprised. They have excellent deals on foot longs and when we are too lazy to make lunches we pick them up the night before. They are fresh enough to be in pretty good shape by lunch time the next day. The staff is polite and professional and they work hard to make your order the way you want. I highly recommend the subway on silver parkway, as long as it stays like this or better. Ty Fenton subway for improving yourself. Don't understand the point of a drive thru if you make the customers wait over a half and hour when i'm the only on in line!!! I've given this subway over 10 chances now and every time i'm still disappointed!!! My sub is always a mess when i get it and never cut. The sauce and veggies are falling out of it when you unwrap it!! they do not care or have any type of good customer service:( do not recommend this subway ur way better of going into linden or the one on leroy!! this place is a joke and they need to figure it out!!! also don't understand how they are still running with a 1.0 star rating. read more

You know, this place doesn't make their sandwiches any different than other Subways, which is to say, a decent sub that is pretty darn consistent from location to location. So no faults there. HOWEVER, this particular franchise of late has had issues with staff. We went in around 9:00 tonight for a sub and both staff members behind the counter were quite rude and treated us as a nuisance. The irony of this is that the other customer ahead of us works at locally-owned deli up the road and took the time to say hello to us (he was at Subway because that other place closes at 9:00) and was quite friendly. All of these folks are in the same age range, so it's a stark contrast in attitudes. The male Subway employee actually went OUT OF HIS WAY to be rude. There were no customers after my husband and I and nobody in the drive-thru, but he was quite terse and impatient. He mumbled and didn't enunciate his words, but you could see him barely resisting the urge to roll his eyes when he was asked to repeat the indecipherable questions. Being the friendly sort that I am, I attempted to engage him in banter a bit as he asked me for my topping selections. As I asked for Sweet Onion dressing, I added, "it is so good, I don't know how you all resist just drinking the stuff!" He glared at me - one of the few times he actually made eye contact - and took the opportunity to scowl and derisively snarl, "Sweet Onion? It's DISGUSTING." Now, I understand if he doesn't like the sauce. But really? You're going to work in a food establishment and announce that something you serve there is "DISGUSTING" to your customer after they've expressed a fondness for it? I realize that some of that derision was directed at me, too. Both of those things are unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. A more savvy employee would have said something like "Oh, it's a lot of people's favorite!" with a smile. There were many alternatives to what he said and did that would not have come across as so pointedly hateful. The franchise owner may want to reevaluate who they have dealing with customers. If these employees do not like dealing with customers, maybe THEY need to reevaluate their choice in jobs. Lots of other folks out there who are willing to not be dicks to customers for a paycheck would love to be behind that counter, I'm sure. read more

We were heading north on 75, and I wanted to stop at a Subway. Exit 87. Takes you about 1.4 miles to get there. It isn't on the main drag. You have to follow a sign that directs you to turn left. I was just about to give up and turn around when I saw the Subway logo. OK, we'll stop. The place was staffed with young ladies. I had a hard time telling them apart. They often had to walk in front of each other. Each time I looked up from the ingredients, I had to orient myself to a new face. And I'm familiar with how Subway usually works. Because it's so far from the highway and because of the confusion behind the counter, we will not stop here again. I don't know why I didn't remember (must have been tired from the drive) that I-75 exit 90 has a Subway much closer to the highway, with a Meijer gas station (5 cents off if you have a Meijer credit card) and a McDonald's for coffee. read more

I went with my husband who has a speech impediment, and the lady taking his order was very rude. All she did was talk over him, he has a hard enough time ordering, with out her talking over him!!! My boyfriend and I got dinner there tonight in the drive thru, we were the only people there. While ordering our food we had to constantly correct the lady taking the order. Once we pulled up to the window we sat there for almost a half an hour before we even could pay. There were 3 workers from what we could see (touching our food) and only one of them had gloves on. When we were finally able to get our food, the bread was rock hard. We had ordered Italian bread and flatbread. Neither one of us will ever go to this location again. read more

Always make sure they give you the price of what your coupon says.The coupon was for an Italian Hero for $6.00 and was charged $7.50 plus tax.They Did not seem to listen to my wife she had to repeat herself several times to get sub heated until I said something and then they finally did it and I believe we where over charged on the sub we ordered they said we asked for double meat and all we wanted was what the coupon called for.I talked to someone on the phone and was promised to be sent something and have not received what we where promised and made a call back(4/5/17) but have not got one in return.This all happened on 3/25/17 and 3/27/17.They offer no explanation on weather that I might be mistaken or that they might be wrong.It is just easier to ignore the situation even after already talking to me.I will never partake in this Subway again because of this situation.... read more
