Burger King is quickly becoming our go-to post-flight meal on the drive home. This time, we stopped at the Fenton location, and it was fantastic. Burger King's recent rebranding seems to be paying off. My son and I both ordered special-order Whopper combos through the drive-thru, and everything was spot on. The burgers looked just like they do in the commercials, with fresh ingredients, great presentation, and excellent flavor. We decided to eat in the car since our social batteries were running low after traveling, and it turned out to be the perfect end to the trip. The fries were hot and crispy, the drinks were cold and refreshing, and the service was friendly and down-to-earth. Overall, this location exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a great Whopper and consistently good service, I definitely recommend the Burger King in Fenton. read more

Place is infested with bugs and management doesn't seem to think this is an issue. Service is horribly slow. Not surprising because there's two managers out back smoking weed while there's only one person up front trying to run the place by themselves. Place is a joke. Corporate needs to come in and clean this place out. Surprised it's still open and operating slightly. read more

Mobile order seems to never work at this Burger King, and the staff is less than helpful. Food takes long despite no cars in drive thru. Manager Lucas was very rude and condescending when I needed my order corrected. read more

Worst restaurant in Fenton. Slow drive through response and hardly EVER has a full menu. Only thing guaranteed to receive from here is a headache and wasted time read more

I dont eat a lot of fast food anymore except lately I have been stopping at the Fenton Michigan Burger King store as a treat after knee rehab sessions. I usually stop by at 12 noon. The lady with braids at the drive thru window (her name is Katy) is just awesome. Every time I stop there she is working hard, smiling and pleasant. She has never screwed up an order for my wife and I. She is consistent in these qualities so I believe she is being genuine. Lets face it, when was the last time you went to a fast food store and had pleasant service ? This girl has got it down. Please recognize her for her good, friendly service and let her know we appreciate her. read more

I stopped going here because I was tired of my order being made wrong nearly everytime I went

If I could give it a 0 star I would I'm Sick of this place, honestly I work is fast food and I understand you mess up an order here and there when you get a rush but this is a every-time we order, I once again was missing my side of both sides on onion rings that comes with the 2 meals me and my fiancée ordered and chicken fries for my 4 year old son at this point I'm willing to order from anywhere other then this place because it doesn't matter if it's DoorDash or drive though. read more

Went to the drive through for food, my boyfriend ordered his wopper meal and immediately after the lady said "Ok pull around." Without even considering that we would want to order more. We got up to the 2nd window and asked if we were able to order a second wopper by itself onto the order and she sorta made it feel like we ruined her night because we asked if we could add second sandwich, she shouted "I NEED ANOTHER WOPPER!" On repeat while the window was open. Im not sure if she was having a bad night, or maybe she thought we were trying to be rude, but overall it wasn't a good experience. plus, the sandwiches were made all strange, and no tomato. (The sandwiches were still banging tho so i put 2 stars instead of 1) read more

So disappointed! Purchased 10 Cheeseburgers for our dog. Get home and start feeding him - noticed it was difficult to tear into bite size pieces. Take apart the burger, and goodness, the buns are BURNT (look at the pictures). Not one but 2 cheeseburgers, Really! You couldn't toast new ones! Called the location, asked for manager . She was not friendly at all! read more

The BEST Burger King in or around Detroit! People and food are great. Everything gets done just like you would expect.

Don't ask for extra anything. They take it so serious they will Soak I'm in it. Very rude service. She argued with me when I asked for my drink saying I didn't pay for it when on the receipt it clearly stated I did. The drinks from here taste like cleaning fluids. read more

The staff here are always awesome. Food is always hot and fresh. I don't get the negative reviews, we go here often and its always a pleasant experience. Restaurant is always spotless... Guessing the haters are either disgruntled ex employees or customers who wanted free food.... Great people great food. read more

This location is usually drive-thru only, or at least for the last 5-6 months. I called and talked to the manager about why this is, and she wouldn't give a straight answer. I realize as a cash customer that I am not privy to their business strategies, but a courteous answer is not asking too much. Perhaps the reason that this ownership group is always looking for help is because precious few employees are willing to tolerate such poor leadership. McDonalds on Owen Rd. is a much friendlier and appreciative vendor. read more

went to go get breakfast before work seeing their hours show 6am open. Get there just to find everyone standing around by the counter not open. All the lobby lights on but drive through signs all shut off. Was father upset that their hours say open when they are not accepting customers and just standing around. read more

If I owned this place I would be ashamed and embarrassed. The food is not good at all. Maybe the employees don't care. Their prices are way too high for the quality of the food. I worked at Burger King a very long time ago when I was young. We would have never served this quality of food to anyone. Such a shame. :( read more

Fast and Friendly. Food not so great. Don't order fish and chicken at a burger place. Stupid me! read more

I was in the lobby today and the manager (at least appeared to be a manager with a green dress shirt) handled EVERYTHING with her bare hands... during a pandemic. She cupped out ice (assuming ice machine broke) and her fingers scraped across all of the ice in the bucket. Safe to say I won't be visiting this location anymore, and I'd advise others to think about the same. It'a a no from me dawg. read more

All of the employees had their masks dangling around their necks when I drove through two days ago, and the person handing me the food (not using the tray and leaning toward my car window) just laughed when I mentioned it, told him I need to protect my elderly mom and asked him to put his mask on. If they can't enforce their own rules, they don't need my business. read more

Quick place to run in for lunch. I work really close. Monday's can be hectic at work so it's nice to walk in and she someone like Allison who is great with people. You can tell just by the way she makes small talk. She has a great personality. read more

How did you guys mess up so badly? We ordered 6 Cheeseburgers and every single one was messed up in some way. My sister's cheeseburger had no cheese (even though we paid for it) the four bacon double cheeseburgers that me and my dad ordered had no bacon (even though we paid for it) and my sister's double cheeseburger only came as a single (even though we paid for a double). Oh yeah, and they gave us no napkins. How annoying. Purchase made 10 minutes ago read more

Their service here is pretty terrible. With all the other food choices in Fenton, I'd recommend blindly choosing anywhere else. Very disappointing. read more

Done mess up my orders 3 times now. They gave me beef instead of chicken bk king. Smfh...

The Whopper was just OK. Fry box was mostly empty. Kinda slow too. Nice inside though. Looks like it was recently redone.

Beyond upset. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich only to find when I got home and took the first bite that it was not cooked. I am completely beside myself right now. I will never go back to any Burger King after that. Period. read more
