At first, we thought it was a joke or just playing specials or something. We asked if it was real or not, and it just kept repeating the same sentence like a broken record. It was weird, honestly. Finally, a real person came on, who turned out to be the manager, and instead of helping, she told us to "pull up to the window and find out if I'm real or not." The whole vibe was completely ghetto and shady. If you're going to use AI, at least make sure it works and have staff that knows how to speak to customers. Unbelievable experience. In the wrong way... Ordered DoorDash and nobody accepted my order. No worries. That happens. However door dash would only offer a refund for the driver and not the food. Because of that, I called Taco Bell and told them I would come pick it up. They agreed and said no worries. When I arrived to pick it up they told me it was canceled and they threw all my food out. I work very long hours and looked forward to getting Taco Bell on the way to work when I discovered that they were open until 4:30am on the weekends. The first weekend they were out of practically everything but I was able to substitute chicken for beef and make it work. Now this weekend for two mornings in a row they have closed before 4:30am stating that their "system restarted". I use to go here all the time, it is close to my work. But never again will I go here. Both managers were extremely rude to me, and when I asked one of the employees what the managers name was the other manager came over and yelled at me. I then replied to her with "you should have name tags, then I wouldn't have to ask". Then she again got rude with me. Also, during the same visit the second manager went from making food, to touching a door knob and picking something up off the floor and back to making food (without changing gloves) which is highly unsanitary. Worst. Taco Bell. Franchise. Ever. I have a craving for Taco Bell once in awhile, but from now on, when the urge strikes, I will be driving into Flint. The past (at least) six times I have been to this location, my order was screwed up somehow, EVERY TIME. I keep telling myself each time that I'll never go again, but a few months go by and I tell myself "maybe they got their act together by now." Nope. In the past three years, every time I go, they screw something or other up. Mild sauce when I request Fire. Missing items, although they are on the receipt. Items made wrong. I order straight off of the menu, no special orders. (My wife usually gets the Crunch-Wrap Supreme Combo, but always something straight from the menu, no custom orders). I once got into an argument with a shift manager over the phone because I received Taco Supreme's when I had ordered regular Hard Shell Tacos. He insisted that he had made the order himself and thus was correct. (Sour Cream makes me violently ill). He ARGUED with me! I don't bother calling the store anymore, or taking it back. For the five bucks, it's not worth my time or expenditure of energy. And how hard is it to put three tacos in a bag without crushing the shells into several pieces? I can understand a shell or two breaking once in awhile, but it usually happens every other time, on top of the other issues with the order(s). And not just a broken/cracked side, I'm talking instead of getting a taco, I get a taco salad wrapped up in a taco wrapper. I usually like onions on my stuff as well, but I learned long ago not to confuse this Taco Bell anymore than I have to, so I just suffer without my onions. The drive-through is very slow at times, though they seem to have gotten better with the speed, although I don't mind waiting if that's what it takes to ensure my three-hard shell tacos and burrito are all correctly made and in the bag (with my Fire sauce) when I pull away from the drive-through. I shouldn't have to check my order every single time while still at the window. What's even worse, is that I have called the 800 corporate number twice, only to leave a message after spending a minute or ten navigating the automated voice system, to have my complaint(s) ignored/call(s) not returned. I have also written them twice via their website with the same results. It seems that Taco Bell really doesn't value customer relations. Which is sad. I worked at this location when I was in high school in 1987/88, and we were one of the highest ranked stores in Michigan. Today, they didn't ask me what kind of sauce I wanted (so I received none), and when I opened two of my tacos, the shells were in pieces, except for the bottom part, which were too soggy to have broke, which tells me that they were sitting there for a minute or two, despite the fact that there was no one in front of me in the drive-thru. (Read: They were not freshly made). I will never be going to this Taco Bell EVER again. read more

This is by far the best Taco Bell with the most wonderful people . I only have one complaint ... About people in general .. I had the cops called on me because I was dancing and singing in my car while waiting for the line to move up . Apparently some people think you can only enjoy yourself and your kids when drunk so you must be if your having any kind of fun at all .
