Ever since they redid it, the place has gone to pieces. I've came here twice and both times they got the order wrong and I got half of what I ordered. Not sure how hard it is to read a ticket right in front of you but these workers need to find another job because apparently they can't read. Maybe they should have taken the money they used to rebuild the place and used it to train workers who are actually competent. read more

The service was absolutely the slowest shit of all time. We waited 20-25 minutes for food. It's not even busy. This food better be bustin or I'm going to go insane. I'd rate it 0 stars if I can. One star is too much. read more

Taco Bell - Nothing, one other set of customers that don't know they're waiting a half hour for some cold food - Fast Food Near Me - Fenton, Michigan

Awful. Since they redid the Taco Bell on Owen road the service has been awful. We waited in line in the drive thru for 12 minutes and didn't get waited on. Has happened more than once read more

Terrible service waited 20 minutes in drive through. Got home didn't have 6 tacos I ordered. Went back sat in Drive through for another 15 minutes. Got to order and said you guys screwed my order up. They wouldn't give me my money or the tacos I paid for. I'll never go back terrible customer service just awful. read more

-1 star We stopped at Taco Bell just trying to grab a quick bite and were completely thrown off by being greeted by an AI receptionist. At first, we thought it was a joke or just playing specials or something. We asked if it was real or not, and it just kept repeating the same sentence like a broken record. It was weird, honestly. Finally, a real person came on, who turned out to be the manager, and instead of helping, she told us to "pull up to the window and find out if I'm real or not." The whole vibe was completely ghetto and shady. If you're going to use AI, at least make sure it works and have staff that knows how to speak to customers. Definitely one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable fast food experiences I've had. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell ever You literally thought 11 nacho fries was a full order of fries ? This is ridiculous not to mention we ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos and they only gave us 1 :( very disappointed in the employees y'all need to do better as a team something's not working maybe more communication between the employees or prop-per training ? read more

Taco Bell - You literally thought 11 nacho fries was a full order of fries ? - Fast Food Near Me - Fenton, Michigan

Where to even start. Place always had either no workers or slow workers because the line is long and moves very slowly no matter when you go. They often run out of different ingredients or menu items. The workers taking orders are almost always rude. And the inside of the place is disgusting! Don't recommend. read more

Just got my order...Mexican Pizza was tossed onto my order, upside down, ruining it. Also got my order wrong, I wanted a Cheeze it crunch wrap supreme, got a regular one. All my soft tacos were sloppily put together as well. Cantina burrito was damaged, cuts in the wrap. Staff not friendly at all. This place needs better discipline. I will not be going here anytime soon. read more

Placed an order through the app for the drive through. With a mile line of cars I decided to go inside to pick it up and was yelled at that I cannot pick it up in the lobby and have to wait in line. Just a complete waste of time for the same process of getting food read more

terrible! the food was bad when i ate it i threw up i had to go to the er because of it i do not recommend never come

If i could give this Taco Bell less than 1 star I would. I would give it -1. Food is ALWAYS WRONG. Every time. Consistently. At least one item is wrong or forgotten. The lobby is literally never open and the drive through is not an option unless you have 45 minutes because once you're in line you're stuck and it's never once taken less than 20 minutes to get my food. They let you in order online and then close the lobby so you have to sit in line anyways. read more

If I could leave a zero star I would. This place closes 4 hours earlier when they're supposed to or just whenever they feel like it. They're never open when they're scheduled to be open. You're always sitting and waiting in line for 20+ minutes when they decide to be open. This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. I can't wait for Hollys location to open because this is absolute bull. I've been trying to get food here for over 2 months now during BUSINESS hours. Awful. Just awful. read more

The food was good for the stuff we got. We got multiple tacos and only got a fraction of what we needed. I will give it to them, they looked very young and over worked. They did not have the drinks that we wanted that was on the menu. The workers that we talked to were very nice. The service could have been better. LOTS of missing food!! Check your food before you leave! read more

Had a shitty experience at Fenton tacobell! I got four soft tacos and it looked like the put the shell in and started wrapping it and then put the meat and stuff in the wrapper. Then forget 2 more items and called me a lier until I showed them the receipts. Asked for a manager and the employee walked away. So my husband called and talked to a manager! Great manager, very pleasant and understanding. Offered us more. The manager is the only reason this is a 2 star review! read more

Cashier working the lunch rush on December 21 it's very unfriendly doesn't want to listen. She has a very high don't care attitude not friendly I would not recommend eating here the food was terrible dried out just haphazardly throwing together worse than any other Taco Bell I have ever seen. Go to the Taco Bell's in Detroit you don't get food nearly as bad as this one this is an overrated Taco Bell franchise license should be polled reviewed by corporate all employees made to be retrained learn what their jobs are and realize they're in the customer service business they need customers to keep getting a paycheck. read more

Unbelievable experience. In the wrong way... Ordered DoorDash and nobody accepted my order. No worries. That happens. However door dash would only offer a refund for the driver and not the food. Because of that, I called Taco Bell and told them I would come pick it up. They agreed and said no worries. When I arrived to pick it up they told me it was canceled and they threw all my food out. It then proceeded to take over an hour to get my food in the pickup line. Absolutely disappointed. Take a few extra minutes of your drive to find another Taco Bell. read more

Good thing there is a crematorium right next door, because by the time you get through the drive-thru and finally get your food, you will probably be old enough to die from natural causes. read more

I heard about the free breakfast burrito so I went up to Taco Bell. It was 9:30. They said they were closed and wouldn't open up until some time between 10:00 and 10:30. A crappy way to run a business if you ask me. read more

I work very long hours and looked forward to getting Taco Bell on the way to work when I discovered that they were open until 4:30am on the weekends. The first weekend they were out of practically everything but I was able to substitute chicken for beef and make it work. Now this weekend for two mornings in a row they have closed before 4:30am stating that their "system restarted". I get it it's late and you want to go home but you are to provide a service until the designated time. If your going to close early then turn all the lights off and go the eff home! If I was the owner I would be furious! read more

Worse experience they had none of the food we wanted to order, for a friday night terrible management not to be prepared!

Yeah tell whoever was making the damn quesadillas at 1am on 9/4/20 they're fired af. I don't know if they're just high as shit but I got 2 quesadillas cut into 3 pieces instead of 4. On top of that the cheese wasn't even melted all the way. Shit still smacked tho. Just a little disappointed. read more

God fast service! the food is the same as other Taco Bell's. Average fake Americanized Mexican food. When we stopped by today as soon as we got to the window our food was red to go. If you are thinking about the watermelon freeze just be warned it's not very sweet and the candy seed are hard and not good. But that is just my opinion, and I don't blame this Taco Bell for the franchise recipe‍besides the freeze ur was tasty and quick read more

First of all, they forgot 5 things on our order, only gave us half of our food. They didn't even offer us a receipt. The manager on the phone said we could come inside to get our missed food back, we came in and some rude worker started being disrespectful, yelling at us for coming inside and saying we need to order it off the kiosk. Never coming here again. read more

One of the only places in Fenton that's actually open late. Also the only place in town that has Code Red Mountain Dew. This drive-thru is notorious for being S-L-O-W so I suggest ordering inside. read more

this place inspires me so much! your work is absolutely outstanding. i come here and enjoy the chicken quesadilla cinnamon delights and rice and bean burrito 3 times a week. every time i take a bite tears of joy run down my happy face! when im done eating i am full but also sad knowing that my delicious meal has ended. this place feels like home. i love taco bell so much fav fast food restaurant of all time read more

I use to go here all the time, it is close to my work. But never again will I go here. Both managers were extremely rude to me, and when I asked one of the employees what the managers name was the other manager came over and yelled at me. I then replied to her with "you should have name tags, then I wouldn't have to ask". Then she again got rude with me. Also, during the same visit the second manager went from making food, to touching a door knob and picking something up off the floor and back to making food (without changing gloves) which is highly unsanitary. I would give this place a 0 star review if I could. Worse service eveer. read more

I love Taco Bell. Its service and food is great. Love going here 10/10 would recommend!!!!

This place is a joke. I'll start off with a mix up of orders. That happens, but what really makes me angry is the customer service this place has to offer. My mom waited in line at the always long drive thru, then, when she got her wrong order the guy would not look at her at all or even speak to her. He was just holding the bag out the window, to which my mom couldn't even reach it and had to adjust for this guy who wouldn't speak or look at her. Completely disgusted by the customer service this place has to offer read more

Worst. Taco Bell. Franchise. Ever. I have a craving for Taco Bell once in awhile, but from now on, when the urge strikes, I will be driving into Flint. The past (at least) six times I have been to this location, my order was screwed up somehow, EVERY TIME. I keep telling myself each time that I'll never go again, but a few months go by and I tell myself "maybe they got their act together by now." Nope. In the past three years, every time I go, they screw something or other up. Mild sauce when I request Fire. Missing items, although they are on the receipt. Items made wrong. I order straight off of the menu, no special orders. (My wife usually gets the Crunch-Wrap Supreme Combo, but always something straight from the menu, no custom orders). I once got into an argument with a shift manager over the phone because I received Taco Supreme's when I had ordered regular Hard Shell Tacos. He insisted that he had made the order himself and thus was correct. (Sour Cream makes me violently ill). He ARGUED with me! I don't bother calling the store anymore, or taking it back. For the five bucks, it's not worth my time or expenditure of energy. And how hard is it to put three tacos in a bag without crushing the shells into several pieces? I can understand a shell or two breaking once in awhile, but it usually happens every other time, on top of the other issues with the order(s). And not just a broken/cracked side, I'm talking instead of getting a taco, I get a taco salad wrapped up in a taco wrapper. I usually like onions on my stuff as well, but I learned long ago not to confuse this Taco Bell anymore than I have to, so I just suffer without my onions. The drive-through is very slow at times, though they seem to have gotten better with the speed, although I don't mind waiting if that's what it takes to ensure my three-hard shell tacos and burrito are all correctly made and in the bag (with my Fire sauce) when I pull away from the drive-through. I shouldn't have to check my order every single time while still at the window. What's even worse, is that I have called the 800 corporate number twice, only to leave a message after spending a minute or ten navigating the automated voice system, to have my complaint(s) ignored/call(s) not returned. I have also written them twice via their website with the same results. It seems that Taco Bell really doesn't value customer relations. Which is sad. I worked at this location when I was in high school in 1987/88, and we were one of the highest ranked stores in Michigan. Today, they didn't ask me what kind of sauce I wanted (so I received none), and when I opened two of my tacos, the shells were in pieces, except for the bottom part, which were too soggy to have broke, which tells me that they were sitting there for a minute or two, despite the fact that there was no one in front of me in the drive-thru. (Read: They were not freshly made). I will never be going to this Taco Bell EVER again. read more

It's... a Taco Bell. But, it's clean, decently staffed and you get the feeling it's competently run. Food is as you'd hope it would be.

This is by far the best Taco Bell with the most wonderful people . I only have one complaint ... About people in general .. I had the cops called on me because I was dancing and singing in my car while waiting for the line to move up . Apparently some people think you can only enjoy yourself and your kids when drunk so you must be if your having any kind of fun at all . Please people mind your own business or join in on the singing ...stop being judgmental Assholes and learn to make memories with your kids no matter how goofy you may seem ! read more
